I found Celebration creepy as all get-out, and wasn't thrilled to be staying here alone on a work trip. So it was comforting to find Seito, where I dined two nights during my trip. At least I had a reliable dinner option in this manufactured proto-town. Sushi was excellent here, as other reviews indicated. Very fresh, and a lot of creativity with the rolls. I don't think you can go wrong if you order a roll with ingredients you like. I paired my sushi with a glass of wine each night, although in retrospect beer might have been a better choice. I did appreciate that the waitstaff at Seito was appropriately interactive. Sometimes if you dine alone, waiters either ignore you or hover, but the waiters here were available without being intrusive. Despite the excellent sushi, Seito lacked the "je ne sais quoi" that makes a restaurant five stars for me. In fairness to them, the restaurant had only a few patrons the nights I dined there, which made the atmosphere kind of dead. If you came here with a large group, it could be a great time. read more

We were in town for a conference and decided to try Ari sushi, and overall it was very good! Ordered the plum wine to start, tasty but a little on the sweet side. Had the cucumber salad, nice portion and good amount of crab in it. Also ordered the gator appetizer, it was good but needed some kind of dipping sauce or zing to it, missing some acidity. Got two rolls, the spicy tuna and the Venus roll. Spicy tuna was delicious! Venus roll sounded fancier on the menu that it actually turned out to be but still very good. I grew up in Japan, so I know Japanese food. The price of their food does not match the quality of it's taste. I was disappointed in their slow service; there were many delays and mistakes. It took us 45 minutes to receive our first dish. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Seito was a great place for a midday bite with coworkers, or an after-work dinner/drinks spot with nice outdoor seating for that incomparable Celebration "do these people really live like this?" people-watching experience. Sigh... I miss Seito. Ari is something different altogether. Under the new management (and new name), the quality of the food has suffered to the point that it's very noticeable. Not to mention the higher prices. Overall, not a place I'd revisit unless, for some reason, it was someone's ultimate birthday or Christmas wish. For the sushi beginners, I can't recommend it because it might turn them off sushi completely. For the sushi enthusiasts, I can't recommend it because the food here would be an insult to a discerning palate. However, if you're one of those people who's like, "Oh I love Sushi! I get the pre-made California rolls at Publix all the time!" Then you'll be in heaven. Ultimately, Ari gets 3 stars because the food is still edible. It's not horrible by any means, but it's not great either. read more

I was in town for 3 days and I ate here twice! The sushi was great, well priced and had a lot to choose from. The staff were fun. It was 2 for one sake on Tuesday night, so that made things interesting. I recommend the seaweed salad to start then a Godzilla roll and some hot sake. I enjoyed my visits here. read more

Decent sushi. This used to be a seito location. The service is always pretty bad. Recently we came on a Saturday night and they told us sushi would take 45 minutes to make. It didn't seem to actually take that long so I don't know why they would try to dissuade us from dining there. The sushi is really good and I love the ginger salad. read more

We love sushi and have had it all over the United States. Ari had excellent food and fantastic service. We had the chicken tempura, Godzilla, and Ari rolls. All three were excellent! My friend has been wanting to try this sushi place and as a sushi lover of course I agreed. We were both very impressed with the prices on the menu, very affordable especially for the Celebration area. I ended up getting the salmon bento box that came with a California roll, gyoza, and a house salad, with another order of the chicken tempura roll. As far as the bento box goes, I typically don't like California rolls but this one was very flavorful! The gyoza was really good, the salmon was also maybe just a little bit on the dry side though. The chicken tempura roll was okay, I've had better. Our waiter was nice and very patient with us as we took forever to decide what we wanted and sat and talked for awhile after we paid our bills. I've been coming here with my Japanese grandma for years, even before it was Ari when it was Seito. We live in Celebration and this is our closest option for Japanese food. The food is decent, but the service is slowly getting worse. Today was a horrible experience and we won't be going back after today. I came with my grandma and boyfriend and we ordered 3 bento boxes and sushi. We received our miso soup immediately, but then after over 30 minutes we hadn't gotten anything, not even the sushi. We looked at the party sitting behind us that got seated at the same time as us and they had already eaten and were paying their bill. At this point we were pretty upset and hungry so we told the waiter we just wanted to leave and we'd pay for the miso soups that came with our order. We told him the party that came in at the same time as us had already left and said "well they got sushi". I told him no, they got sushi and a bento box. He responded with "okay yeah". He then brought our check of $9 for miso soups that were supposed to come with our order. We paid and he took the money without an apology, without a thank you, nothing. Not only did my boyfriend, my pregnant self, or my 89 year grandmother not get food, but they didn't even offer any kind of apology. Like I said, we've been coming here since we moved to Celebration years ago, but unfortunately, we will never be coming back. read more

Very surprised by the lack of reviews. I was happy to find a sushi spot within this little restaurant area of Celebration. Really enjoyed the sushi too--very fresh and a good cross section of sashimi and roll selections. The cuts could be a little finer sliced (but I find it hard to complain about extra meat). Stopped in for lunch and were surprised how cute the town of Celebration with the different shops surrounded by the beautiful lake. Ari has a pretty good lunch special with basic rolls and sashimi. We sat at the bar and had excellent service from the bar staff and our waitress. This isn't a bad place for sushi; it's reasonably fresh and tasty. Service usually misses the mark and is slow. I always end up here for work lunches and will either get a bento box or the sashimi plate. Both do the trick and fill me up. Sushi is my favorite food so we had to try some in Orlando! Seito was recommended to us and they held true to each positive word. The fish was fresh, service was attentive and helpful. On top of it their location is great. We enjoy their patio that overlooks a small lake and took advantage of walking the rest of the boardwalk they are located on. I was in town this week to do an install, and took the customer to Seito. The service for the lunch crowd was OK but not outstanding, and the food was good, but not great. They have one of the largest menus of rolls I have ever seen at a sushi place. I probably would have gone to four stars if the Hamachi had been better, but alas it was not as fresh as I had the day before at Amura. The Volcano roll was delicious, and maybe that is their specialty. If I get back, soon I may try again, but it's hard to not go get the salad at Columbia.... read more

I enjoy eating here! The food is good and it's never extremely crowded which makes it really nice because it's rare to find that in Celebration. I like the sushi, this place is a little expensive when I feel their sushi is just as good as other places I have eaten that offer more affordable prices, but it's not unreasonable. The service is good, no complaints. But the only thing I didn't like, is the table they placed us at last time we dined. I was staring at the entrance to the back and the area where they keep the dirty dishes which really wasn't that exciting. My boyfriend and I visited Orlando for New Years. In search for something different we decided to check out Celebration. We ended up going back two nights in a row and on the second night we ate at Seito. We started with dumplings which were tasty but pretty standard. I enjoy dumplings with a little bit more crunch from the pan fry. The highlight of the entire meal was the salad for the amazing ginger dressing. I get salad with every sushi dinner....for the Ginger dressing. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad, but this time it was fantastic. The best I've ever had. It was light and flavorful. I considered drinking the excess from my salad bowl once the lettuce was gone! So good! For sushi we had The Ultimate Spicy Tuna,and fireworks on the beach? The spicy tuna was good, surprisingly the spiciness didn't overpower the flavor of the tuna. The firework one was ok. It had a lot of smelt roe on it which dominated the roll,which I've learned I have a personal distaste for. I'd obviously go back to this restaurant for some salad with ginger dressing and would definitely re-explore the sushi menu. The roll list was long and unique from other sushi restaurants so I'd definitely try some other rolls if I was ever in the area again. read more

Stopped in for dinner while in town on business and I must say, we had a good time. Split a sushi boat and we both ordered an extra roll. For two guys, it was the perfect amount. Everybody else with us had ordered and for the most parts there were no complaints other than we were having too much fun. What else are you to do after being in meetings all day but to get out and grab a bite of sushi. I was not pleased with the quality of the service. The food was excellent, but we waited far too long for our food. Once we received our food our waiter was in the back joking with fellow coworkers and we had to flag down another server for refills. Other guests who came in after we were seated had already been served and checked out. Maybe this was an off day or understaffed, but it really lowered the quality of our overall dinning experience. Went there, the food was good, but the physical location needed a complete remodel. We were seated at a rear exit door foyer (yes, our table was pushed up against the emergency exit doors!), with missing ceiling tiles overhead that were blowing A/C air out of, along with dust, insulation, and dead bugs from the rarely cleaned windows into our food. Front entry was no better, huge amounts of dust and cobwebs adorned their decorations that were hung up on the walls. It felt like they just shoved a sushi restaurant into some random location without any remodeling or forethought as to layout or ambience - Service was good, they just need a better manager/owner. read more

Awesome Sushi. The Tuna Crunch roll is my favorite and the Spicy Tuna is consistently great. I even tried a vegetarian roll that was sweet potato that they fry first. It was amazing and great for friends who are afraid of raw fish. I have been on Tuesdays which is $3.00 Sake bomb night and it was a lot of fun sitting outside by the lake in Celebration. I highly recommend this location over the one in Dr. Phillips. That one is fancier and newer, but the quality of sushi is not as good. read more

The quality, portion sizes & speedy service definitely decreased when this restaurant changed, but it is still the local spot for lunch Bento boxes. Today my meal came with barely any wasabi or ginger for the sushi, and the sushi fell apart as I ate it, but it was a good lunch in a nice setting. I miss Seito's though. read more

The name and (I am assuming) the owners have changed, but I find it odd the old name "Seito" is still on the awning. Anyways, the food has gone downhill, especially the quality. The sushi especially is lacking - rice too vinegary, fish mushy, sauce overwhelming ... I could go on. However, what especially bothers me is when getting sick after eating here I looked up the health inspection reports and found some pretty disturbing stuff. This restaurant has a whopping 28 health code violations!!!!! Needless to say I will not risk eating here again. read more

Loved this place. The sushi was great. We ordered 4 different rolls which were all delicious. The service and ambiance were great too. They even put on the blackhawks game for us ;) It's in a great spot too. Celebration is a nice town to walk around in and is never too crowded with tourists.
