I will not be renewing my membership because this location has completely fallen apart. The turnover is beyond ridiculous. Every single visit there's a different General Manager , a different front desk employee, and a different aesthetician. At some point you have to ask why. Are employees quitting because of poor leadership, or are they constantly being fired? Either way, it speaks volumes about how this center is being run. The current General Manager COURTNEY is, without question, the worst I've encountered. COURTNEY is arrogant, dismissive, and completely incapable of taking accountability or resolving even the simplest customer concerns. Instead of de-escalating situations, COURTNEY makes them worse. It's shocking that someone with such poor customer service and leadership skills is managing a business built on client relationships. This location has destroyed the reputation of a brand I was once happy to support. Corporate should take a serious look at what's happening here because this center is driving away long-term, loyal customers. I expect someone from corporate to contact me and explain how a location can decline this dramatically.

I sat there confused, waiting for balance to be restored... but nope. That was it. The tech was kind, and if he'd shown both feet equal love (and maybe eased up on the grater), I might've become a regular. I went and got a mani pedi done here on Saturday 1/10 around 3:00pm and the service was okay, I did mention I did not like the nail color but it was as close to what I wanted and I also didn't have the time to get it changed. Monday 1/12 my toe felt sore so I looked at it and noticed that one of them is bigger and more red with white. I went to see my pcp and I have an infection! I called the manager to let him know that they should probably sanitize the area I was in and quite frankly, in general! He was very unprofessional, he yelled at me through the phone so I yelled back. He is incredibly rude. He stated my complaint was only because of my nail color and there was nothing they could do about it. That was not the intention of my complaint, I didn't ask for a refund or credit, I just wanted to tell them about my infection so they can ensure nobody else gets one. I do not recommend this place. The manager is terrible and I will not be going back... I showed my doctor and nurse a photo of the nail cart and they was immediately disgusted! read more

I can't say enough good things about this salon. Every time I come in, I feel so welcomed and genuinely valued as a client. The entire staff is incredibly kind, warm, and professional, and they always make the experience enjoyable. What stands out to me most is their customer service. On the few occasions I've had something with my nails that I wasn't fully happy with, they've always been so gracious about fixing it and truly want me to leave feeling happy and satisfied. That level of care means so much and is honestly why I keep coming back. It's rare to find a place that not only does beautiful work, but also treats people with so much kindness and respect. Hands down, the absolute best nail salon I have ever been to. Moved to Arizona after living in the Bay Area my entire life and I couldn't believe how incredibly superior this place is. Unfortunately I can't go here anymore because I moved back to California and boy do I miss Aria. My standards have risen and made it difficult to find a place a new salon I'm happy with going forward. If you're in the area, be sure to check it out. Hi! I normally never leave reviews but I had an amazing experience with my nail tech KIM. I used to have my nails done all the time but since going into a profession that does not allow this, it is very important to me when I get them done for my nails to look great! KIM did an amazing job. She payed excellent attention to detail and followed my inspiration photo to a T. All my nails are the same size and thickness. I've been getting my nails done for over a decade across 11 states, and this nail bar is by far the best. The service is exceptional, they always deliver exactly what I ask for, and the conversations are amazing. Katy did my nails recently--she's sweet, engaging, and nailed the elegant short nails with chrome tips I requested. We drove 30 minutes in traffic with our 22-month-old son, only to be told upon arrival that our appointment wasn't in their system and Maria was already with another client. The receptionist was polite, but even after showing our confirmation email, the only option offered was to reschedule. It feels frustrating knowing clients are subject to a strict 50% cancellation fee within 24 hours, yet when a confirmed booking is dropped on their end, there's no real solution or accommodation made for wasting our time. With a toddler and limited free time together, this was an upsetting experience for what was supposed to be a special day.
