I visited the massive Aritzia flagship in Midtown West (5th Ave) with my college daughter. The store is absolutely stunning and huge, but because of the size, the service felt a bit disorganized at first. I was on the hunt for a small Super Puff jacket. I kept being told the staff was looking for it, but after a long wait, they brought me an XS, which obviously didn't fit. I honestly started to feel like we were being ignored, and I was just expressing my frustration to my daughter when a manager named Helen overheard us. Helen was a total gem. She stepped in immediately to take care of us and completely changed the vibe of our shopping trip. She was so kind and even treated us to two drinks at the A-OK Cafe inside the store while we finished up. I ended up ordering the jacket online when I got home a few days later--it'll arrive in a few weeks, which is just fine by me. One thing I love about Aritzia is that the clothes are versatile enough to work for my college-aged daughter or myself! If you go, the store is beautiful to walk through, but if you run into any trouble, look for Helen. She knows how to provide true customer service! And I am serious about that.

I think this is one of the best Aritzia's in the city. Staff is almost always helpful and friendly, compared to other locations. Also feel like they usually have better options out on the floor, compared to the other locations. I know this location's layout a bit better than others so I can navigate it myself but whenever I need help, I hardly ever feel like I am being a burden. Their A-Ok cafe is really good! Wanted a suggestion & was recommended the Banana Matcha and it was soooo yum!

The return policy is the worst out of all retailers. They give you a gift card if your return item was on sale. Any item 50 percent off or more is final sale. What if it doesn't fit? Then you are s@@@ out of luck. The worst return policy.

Was invited here for a fun first look event in the new location. Scenic, spacious for Manhattan cafe area overlooking Rockefeller Center. Beverages at the A-OK cafe included matcha and espresso beverages along with soft serve. Helpful staff members were there to assist at every point. This location is larger than the SoHo and Flatiron store with three different levels. When I went, my size was mostly in stock which was great. Ended up purchasing a reasonably priced pair of leather gloves. The only gripe I have with Aritzia is the lack of mirrors inside the changing rooms, but that's their thing so come with a friend to give you the real. The employees also have great suggestions and are super stylish.

I bought $900 worth of clothes that I never received from Aritzia.com and they would not replace the items, or give me store credit.

I stopped by the café at the top of the Aritzia store on 5th Ave just to take a quick break, and it turned into such a lovely experience.

It was really nice to have a professional tell me what work best for me and then give me things to wear that actually look right on my shape. I cannot think her enough! I ordered a beautiful pair of black Foster pants. They are so comfy and versatile thanks to the crop option. I can't wait to get them. Lauren put it the other pieces I'm thinking about in my wish list so I can order them later (like the Dietritch Jacket - that's an absolute must!). This was such a great experience, I'm really happy I visited the LA pop up and spent time trying on such a nice clothes. Thank you Lauren for your patience and style advice! I'm already looking forward to adding more MM.LaFleur pieces to my closet!

Many of the items were missing buttons and they don't come with replacements. The store is quite small and has limited inventory, as well. If anything, it may be worth going in to confirm your sizing, but I'd rather shop at another boutique or online. I ended up having to go through corporate for a resolution for an item that ripped right after I bought it, after this boutique never returned my calls and was unhelpful and curt over the phone when I finally reached them. The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. While I'll probably buy from MM la fleur again, it won't be at this boutique, which is a shame because it's the closest to my home and work.

I am confident, however, I will find something that appeals to my frugality. I do not know if Muji invented the concept of a brand that is not a brand, in the sense of not advertising itself, which ironically achieves its own iconic minimalist status. They have perfected it though. Last time, I got their 90 degree socks. I actually have concluded it is not a gimmick. I have some socks that slip off, at the heel, in particular if I wear them with runnig shoes. These do not. Everything I have acquired from Muji has gone into my regular rotation. The design is good, the quality is there, and the prices are not outrageous. So I commend Muji to you if you have a similar sense of not wanting to want, but being willing to browse. I'm confident you will find something on every visit.

I feel like it's free aromatherapy because they have tons of diffusers going on but never overwhelming. I also appreciate this location is wheelchair accessible. The employees are helpful and never pushy. It has the usual stock of home goods and clothing for men and women, but I don't think this location is particularly large if you're looking for the full array of what Muji offers.

Dear Stacey Bendet,…read more As a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars with Alice + Olivia over the past decade, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding both a product quality issue and a subsequent failure in your customer service department. I purchased a white vegan leather jacket from your brand at the soho location. Shockingly, the material has begun to discolor and turn black, rendering it completely unwearable. When I reached out for support, I experienced an incredibly frustrating "ping-pong" effect: the Soho store told me to call customer service, and customer service directed me right back to the Soho store. No one was willing to take ownership or provide a solution. For a luxury brand with premium pricing, this dismissive attitude toward customer loyalty is unacceptable. Product defects can happen, but your current policies and customer care framework fail to support the people who keep your business running. I have noticed your merchandise lagging on the floors of major retailers like Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue--and frankly, this unhelpful approach to customer service is likely a driving factor. Until Alice + Olivia improves its quality standards and institutes a policy that actually protects consumers when items go bad, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I will also be sharing this experience with my network to warn others against buying from a brand that does not value its dedicated customer base. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve your customer support infrastructure. Sincerely, Dr. Estupinan
