Let's go with hiring Brittany Anderson and her team. They bit off way more than they could chewthey saw $$$ signs with my tragic fire. I had a $400,000.00 personal loss policy. They figured throw a few items on a list and I would be paid out the full amount.The total loss fire occurred on 12/09/23, Brittany was amazing setting us up in a hotel, unfortunately for my family and I we gave her our full trust..she advised that she would have the paperwork completed by Christmas and we would be paid the $400k minus her fees by the end of the year. Never had a fire or total loss, don't know anyone that has.she advised she had 12 years experience and that my family was her main concern. THE FIRST OF MANY LIES! We decided that Brittany had our back...if I had to do it again I would have called a friend and asked for advice or googled her company. I trusted and Brittany Anderson took full advantage of me in my weakest moment. She and her team over promised and Did Not Deliver!! No regulations, no guidelines and no real Timelines!! I requested multiple times the owner call .too busy! Christmas came and went, she had one excuse after another. One date after another, one broken commitment after another. I finally had enough and decided in January if this was going to get done I needed to help, so my son and I assisted. OMG you should have seen the Excel sheet, no consistency, you could not tell what she was doing. They had no reasoning on how items were listed, why so many of my things did not make the list!! They were in the garage, then my bedroom, upstairs, then garage....Stupid Pricing! January 17th while my son and I were trying to clean up her mess, he noticed someone was playing his PlayStation 4...humm that was involved in the fire? How is someone playing it? I told him change the password...he did and on January 20th he received an email wanting to know why he changed the password? I immediately reached out to Brittany Anderson and she said I watched it be destroyed..HUMM. I asked her to have her boss call me. Too Busy! Mine, and my families life was in that fire, tax returns, blank checks, social security cards and anything else you can think of. Brittany assured me it was destroyed. I asked her to file a Police Report, multiple times. She did not! I filed a police report, placed a block on the families credit. It was now mid January and we still have no settlement, Brittany stated she had 3500 photos and we were way over $400k, however her team wanted to stop at $238k after all it was a total loss and I would be paid. Nothing further from the Truth. Finally March 8th we were paid out. We were depreciated by $89,000.00. Brittany made sure she was paid, but not my family. We received less than $300k on her failures. Her lies and very incomplete sloppy paperwork. I was embarrassed for her when she sent in the final documents. She can't spell to save her life. FIRED is what I should have done the very first week. If I only knew she would be worse than losing everything in my life! Back to the PlayStation, when I cornered her about my personal effects, my grandmothers missing pearls, grandfather clock and other items...she Told me it was probably the Fire Department or the Boarding up company that stole our stuff. WHAT? I called the fire department and boarding up company and they both said they are here to help, not steal. That's when I looked up the reviews on AZ Packout realized they are not the company I should have hired. Brittany and I have different ideas on communication, she Does NOT return calls. I DON'T LIE! Hello! We received this letter and complaint This may end up going into a legal action, because the complaint is all about me personally and vividly describes my life, my personal information, kids, etc. And she lied in the complaint about numerous allegations. I have spoken with my boss and his response is "I don't understand the complaint or what the violation is. This is not a real estate transaction. If Mrs. Call would like to sue us for something she is certainly welcome to do that. My information shows that she owes Arizona Pack Out $3,527.94 which we reserve the right to collect. In my opinion Mrs. Call has some personal relationship with the husband of Brittany Anderson, who is an employee of ours. Mrs. Call, her son, and her daughter have all written negative reviews about our company on review platforms which are inappropriate personal attacks." STAY AWAY!!!!!! THE LOWEST OF LOWS AT THIS PLACE. PLEASE READ THE REVIEW ALL THE WAY THROUGH. ITS WORTH IT. have reached out to some of you in an effort to get back from AZ Packout what they took. Shoot me a message if you'd like to join forces. They have a grade of F at the Better Business Bureau. Around %70 of their online reviews are the minimum rating one can give. I recently had the displeasure of working AZ Packout after a fire in my attic. Like most everyone else I wish could leave less than 1 star. That's too good of a rating for AZ Packout. I was out of town when it happened, so I have no idea how they ended up at my house. It was a nightmare from the start. They refused to show me my property in their storage locations. I showed up at their place of business and they would not open it up. I wrote them emails every single day until they finally let me see my stuff. I am guessing none of it was boxed up so they stalled long enough to put my property into boxes and fake the staging area after the fact. They are unresponsive when hearing out issues until you email them every single day. In those emails you should write how many times you have written and how many times you have mentioned the area of discussion. (I.E.) This is my 5th time reaching out to you about my stolen property and the 10th I have asked you what you are planning to do to resolve these issues. Are you refusing to acknowledge my requests? and so on. Someone claiming to be named "James" and the owner did finally call me. As you can imagine he didn't do anything about it. But legally you can now use that to fight them. I got tired of dealing with them so I asked for my stuff back early. I didn't want to pursue legal action when they were still in possession of my belongings. Virtually every single thing they brought back is damaged. At the moment, there is still a lot to go through, I am missing around $5,000 in property. They've damaged close to $50,000 in property. Candles they returned were melted. So, much for a climate-controlled environment. They broke 2 big screen TV's, countless photographs that can't be replaced by cramming them into boxes with hand tools, power tools, gardening tools. They just swiped off counters into a box. It didn't matter what the items were. Boxes had items from the garage, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room in the same box. How could that be if they package at the house and take to their storage locations? Open liquids and chemical were placed into boxes with other property. Inflated material costs by 800%. Placed 60 lb industrial equipment on top of plastic items and wood worked pieces of furniture. Broke 4" X 4" legs on workbenches that can support 1000+lbs. There are water damaged items inside the boxes that were not damaged in the house. They used our garbage cans, broke them, then brought them back to us with their garbage still in them. Did not tape close a single box. So, everything they have has been exposed to the elements the entire time. Everything is completely covered in dust and water spots. Images they took are at their site. A dirt lot. Their non-salvage inventory list was useless. Provided me with a 311 line item spreaadsheet. 212 of the items were food and spices and 40 items were personal hygiene items. That's 81% of what they put on the list wasn't property. They did not take any pictures that show the condition of the items prior to them taking possession of them. Electronics were placed into boxes with liquids, power tools, and glasses. They destroyed a $25,000 sports memorabilia collection. These facts qualify as criminal damage so reach out to your local law enforcement. Failure to return items is theft so you can put that in your police report too. Inflating costs is fraud which the Attorney General takes interest in. Reach out to a property lawyer if the value of your items is enough. They'll take your case pro bono for a cut. Gather evidence. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS ATTACHED. Willie and John were awesome from Arizona Pack Out and Dry Guys Restoration. Some background information on our situation: My husband and I went with my mother to open her northern home on July 1. When we turned on the water, we discovered a leak, in fact there were multiple leaks. Unfortunately some flooding had occurred leaving a bedroom and bathroom with soaked floors and walls. My mother tried calling several plumbers but since it was a holiday weekend, we were not able to get a plumber to come out. She also called her insurance company who told her that since it was a holiday weekend an adjuster would most likely not contact her until Tuesday or Wednesday (July 5 or 6). We were very fortunate that my mother's neighbor was available and knowledgeable. He, along with my husband's help, were able to fix three leaks and finally provide running water on July 3. On July 5th, my mother made a call to the insurance company again and left a message. Someone returned her call and they were very helpful this time. They asked if she had a restoration company come yet. It wasn't suggested by the first insurance contact so my mother didn't know to contact someone. This person sent us information on Dry Guys Restoration. We contacted the company and was able to schedule a time for them to come on Wednesday morning July 6th. After waiting so many days with the insurance, we were so very grateful someone could come out the very next day. Willie and John arrived on Wednesday morning and were extremely efficient. Willie was able to determine the damage of the subfloor and walls. Based on the water damage, he recommended that they pack up the bedroom and remove the carpet and pad so the fans could dry out the space more effectively. They wrapped the mattress and bedsprings, and carefully took apart the bed frame. They also removed and wrapped an antique mirror and vanity/dresser. They wrapped and boxed all of the other breakables and collectibles. All items/boxes and furniture were moved to the desired spaces. Next they brought in fans and a humidifier to remove the moisture from the musty smelling bedroom. Willie said they would bill our insurance. He commented that after the work was completed to repair the flood damages they would return to set up the furniture again. What kind of company is this and the Integrity of their employees is questionable. She was a very positive and helpful voice as we moved through this difficult incident. If I could give negative stars, I would. I can say the kids they hire are polite, but they don't know how to pack. Two employees are hired on daily basis and get paid daily cash. One just got out of jail within the week. Read their website they do not itemize anything. They broke many of my household items and never put them back into the rooms. They do not work with your insurance and want more money than the quote. The employees requested me to write a Google rating for them listing their names. Go to Google and see why. I went to Google and saw the comments and asked why and they said everyone must be listed. LOL The staff on the phone is so nice until you have a problem. They will ignore all calls and won't help. They will then threaten collection's and their attorneys. Bad business practices. They must give promotions to other companies that refer them. Be aware!!! I had a small water claim and had Bingham Restoration come out, per plumbers recommendation. Both Bingham and AZ PackOut did a good job but both are VERY EXCESSIVE with their billing!!! Home insurance will pay what is reasonable and they both balance bill you and it's wrong!!! Az PackOut was here 33 minutes and billed for 2.5 hrs per two guys, They bill for after hours, when it wasn't needed, because they got there after 5 since they were coming from other side of town. Then they bill for their truck and $27.50 per box evenwhen I asked them to set things on table. I can't stand companies that are deceptive and have no problem doing this to people. They charged $1600+. The guys that did the work were nice but the ladies that answered phones when I called about this were very rude. If they come out, get a price up front or don't use them as you will regret it if your insurance doesn't cover all of it. read more

AZ Packout was hired to pack everything in my second home in AZ after most of the furniture, flooring and drywall was destroyed by a flood and needed a near full restoration. I wasn't all that convinced to use them as it was incredibly difficult to communicate with them while I was out of state trying to coordinate everything but, once I could actually speak with the guys (Husky and Andy specifically) and the rest of the crew Freddy, Jave E and Victor and watch them work so well together I was really impressed. I had some valuable items I didn't realize my wife left behind during our last visit and Husky made sure they were safe and in my possession and accounted for, which ultimately made my wife extremely happy thereby, I was ecstatic! After serious water damage to our kitchen, our kitchen cabinets had to be emptied. The restoration company we used told us to expect a call from someone who would do that for us. Jaime and Freddy showed up later that same day and in about 45 minutes they had wrapped, packed, boxed, labeled and stacked all the contents of our kitchen cabinets! I didn't have to give instructions or lift a finger. They were courteous, worked efficiently and quietly - I hardly knew they were in the house. I would definitely use this company and these two gentlemen again! A caveat to this review is that a restoration company is handling the project which should be covered by insurance so I do not know the cost of this service. My mothers basement flooded and was referred to Arizona Pack Out. Within an hour the owner of the company, Jim, showed up. He was very kind and helped my mother calm down. Then when All State showed up they denied my mothers claim!! Fortunately Jim was there and called a public adjuster out to review what was denied. He said it All State made false Claims and this damage is covered! They claim to help the home owners and they really do! Some nice men came in and quickly packed up household items taking pictures and logging the contents. Jim has continued to check on my mother and her situation. I don't know what others have complained about. This is an EMERGENCY RESPONSE COMPANY! It's going to be more expensive but Insurance sets the prices. i forgot to share my experience about arizona packout back on september 10 2019 my home was involved in a house fire when my insurance company came out to look at what happen they told me i need to have my kitchen and living room packed out,and cleaned,also i had a very very old hutch i was worried about but the guys that showed up to pack it up went over very thing that was going too happen .. timmy and aaron did such a good job on wrapping all the glass in the hutch and even blanketed my smokey hutch... now on november 8 at 930 am on a friday i called to get my stuff back and that evening i was getting it back at 330 pm.. aaron and timmy returned my stuff back and put it back where it went i was so happy my hutch was brought back looking like new... i would recommend these guys to any of my family or friends.. read more

Love these guys. We attended a "pool" party on our street and as we were heading over, a grandson (who we assumed was using the bathroom) started the bath water. Unattended, the result was that It overflowed and water covered perhaps 3/4 of the main floor. We urgently needed furniture and personal property moved. Josh and Matt from Arizona Pack Out were quick to arrive and thoroughly efficient in boxing, packing and moving items that otherwise would have been seriously damaged by standing water. They never stopped working, were careful with all of our items, including books, photo albums, food storage, and more precious items. BEWARE !!!!! This company was brought in by Bingham restoration, to pack & move my daughters room out . They were at my home for 35 minutes and threw all her items in her bins breaking glass and damaging her bed frame . They lied to my husband and told him to sign acknowledgment the room was moved out not telling him to read it nor explained it ( I have cameras inside my home and have video ) that consent states if not paid a lien can be placed . I have already included this company on a ROC complaint I filed on the restoration company along with notified my homeowners ins and my attorney . They came in just two days after my mom's surgery and treated my parents with kindness, patience, and compassion, clearly understanding they were helping an older couple.
