    After a unexpected flood in the house Arizona pack out was here and had my two-story four bedroom house was moved out in less than 24 hours, professional paid attention to detail and did everything as an ex moving company owner would do like myself

    This is how they pack

    The workers were not friendly nor neat. Everything thrown in a box. One box had the bottom falling out. They did about an hours worth of work, I guess you call it work. They moved my freezer, washer and dryer approx 15 feet into my living room and packed up 3 boxes. For this I was charged $1402.00. What a rip off.

    Headboard damaged on both sides and put on backwards in an attempt to hide the damage.

    I'm writing a new review because the owner of the company replied to my last review using my full name; which is highly inappropriate. I'll stick to the most important and relevant facts now that I've gathered a lot more information about this company from other reviews on multiple sites. Please read reviews/complaints and consider the F rating on the BBB website if you're considering working with this company or have had issues. From my research I have learned that the consumer complaints are all very similar to mine. The biggest concerns being: 1) Outrageously high prices. 2) Work that was not completed yet people are charged for it. 3) People feeling taken advantage of in a vulnerable situation. 4) Horrific experiences with customer service and extreme disrespect and lack of concern about issues reported. People have complained about everything from being ignored or mocked to being attacked and even cursed at. 5) Damages to personal items in their care and missing property. 6) Non- response to concerns or hostile responses if they even get a response. 7) Blaming consumers when mistakes are made rather than taking ownership or having genuine concerns when things go wrong. 8) Making promises and not following through. 9) Taunting and harassing customers. 10) Other professionals in the industry who know full well about this company and their tactics, which is why they are well known for not being a reputable company. They will create new business pages on Google, Facebook etc. to hide consumer reviews and not take accountability. Former employees who have left the company who speak of their horrible business practices, dishonesty and terrible treatment of customers. That last point alone speaks volumes. Go to the BBB and read the reviews/complaints there as well as here. The insults and mocking of customers with serious and valid concerns when the company replies to reviews will give you a glimpse of the kind of treatment you should expect if you are unfortunate enough to get tangled up with any problems while working with this company. The pictures are of damaged furniture I was told would be replaced months ago that was never taken care of. There were many other issues, but I've decided to modify my review to focus on more important issues because my situation (no matter how awful) pales in comparison to what many others have been through. Do your research. There are dozens of other wonderful companies that operate with integrity, treat their customers with respect and won't "lose," damage or misplace your items after charging you and/or your insurance company outrageous sums of money who would be happy to earn your business. Work with one of them instead.

    I just switched to this storage unit and so far huge upgrade from my previous situation!…read more I have a larger unit at a more cost effective rate. The hours are a tad limited, daily from 7 am - 7pm, but not a huge issue overall. I was able to easily lock in and secure my rate all online and move in same day. The onsite staff was friendly and resident straight forward process and experience. The overall facility is quite large and they have a wide range of options for storage, including climate control. A large amount of aisles and units, so even if you find a way blocked there are numerous routes and work around points which is nice. The entry point is a little tight and unique setup as it's in shared lot with some other businesses, but the nice yours familiar it's easy enough. Positive experience and definitely recommends as a storage option!

    Update: I wish I could say better, but even the sudden "change of heart" attitude I got from the…read more[manager?] woman that usually tends the administrative end upon trying to vacate still left me feeling like this ended sourly. I had called a month ago to notify my card for auto-debit has been updated, and also to give ample notice of the date I'd be vacating. No prob. Until I get a voicemail saying my payment was declined and I was now charged a $15 late fee. I called to clear the issue- I was met with quite a hostile response. After keeping calm & trying to reason, I got the fee waived. And I appreciate it, even though I do think my new card information was not properly updated. All is well? Upon trying to vacate, my access code was repeatedly denied. She finally opens the gate for me when she sees the moving truck. All is well. Until I can't get out. Magically, the gate opens as I get out & start to walk inside. I don't think any of it was an "accident" or "faulty keypad". To top it off- the movers happened to get a snapshot of the WATER DAMAGE inside my unit. Which, we also noted, compromised my belongings I had stored in there. You could say I am a bit less than pleased with how this ended. No one should be treated rudely for vacating a unit. And, the fact water damage occurred isn't leaving me feeling very confident in recommending or ever opting to re-rent in the future.
