To bee or not to bee - that is the question. I called at 7:35 A.M. and David was to the house to inspect the bee situation under the eaves and possibly in the wall/attic by 11:30 A.M. David could have exterminated the bees - no problem. I requested the hive be removed and he recommended a specialist in the area. Wow!!! David is a lifesaver. We had a cockroach infestation for about 2 years now and the reason why we haven't gotten help is because we were all so busy with work and school that we didn't have time to move things. However I contacted David and he made the process so much easier than we have imagined. First, he gave us a quote we can't reject over the phone - 3 treatments at $125. Then he came over and helped us move the heavy furniture - sofa, refrigerator, stove... When he moved the furniture, we realized that it was way worse than we have imagined. There were generations of roaches crawling up the wall, down the floor, it was all just a big mess. David came in and did his thing. About a few days later, we started seeing a decrease in the roach population. After the second treatment, we can barely see any more roaches. By the 3rd treatment, it was over! Our home was roach-free! I will forever recommend David for whatever pest problem anyone has. His deals are great, his services are great, and his attitude is great! We had bedbugs for a while and tried to fix it by ourself my spraying commercial sprays. We kept on trying every week, but could not able to control it. So we called David for help. He came within few hours and suggested that 3 sprays would eliminate bedbugs. To be on safer side, he suggested to take his service for 6 months from March to August. David was very informative and he showed all the chemicals(liquids and dust). He sparyed all over the apartment including suitcases and shelf. Found out Sunday that my dogs were bringing ticks into the house and called David the next day from all the positive yelp reviews. David came in promptly the same day like he said he would, sprayed down my entire house inside and outside. He explained everything along the way, never pressured me to buy and even threw in a few freebies to top it off. I waited until my 3 month contract was up to write my review and all things considered these guys exceeded my expectations. First, I called several competitors which all quoted me the same price for a 1 time service only, whereas for a few bucks more APS offered me a 3 month deal. Dave came out to my house the same day I called, treated my entire yard, garage in interior areas of concern. He explained everything in detail, almost to a degree that was certainly over my head. I used their service a few months ago and I am very happy with everything that has happened. A few days before my trip abroad, I found ants swarming over my cat's food bowl leading up to the bedroom door frame. I looked all over Yelp to find the best place. Since this business had quite strong mixed reviews I hesitated to call, but once I called them, the man who picked up the phone was helpful and set me up for an appointment to inspect the house within 24 hours. David himself showed up promptly in the morning. I was not a bit alarmed to have him at the house although I was by myself because he was very professional yet friendly. He explained ALL of my options and I chose the most inexpensive one of under $50. He sprayed all along the walls and frames, inside AND OUT. He took extra care around my cat and explained that the chemicals he was using was safe and top-quality. It has been months since he came by and I have not seen a single ant. He was great at following up and an interesting person have conversations with. Arizona Pest Squad went above and beyond for my problem. Had a rodent sneak into the kitchen after a heavy monsoon storm. APS came out, removed the rodent, set traps and explained possible plans of action. They came out each week for a month and checked the traps. Luckily all were empty each time. The owner, David, contacted me within minutes of the initial phone call to set up a time to go to the new place. Since I was already at work, David and the roach specialist came to my office to pick up my key so they could get to work. Although my first encounter with the company was excellent and remarkable, subsequent requests for service have been fraught with miscommunication, missed appointments, and, ultimately, no service. David came to my house this morning to spray for scorpions. I mentioned to David that my children had spilt cereal in my couch and I was seeing what I looked up on the internet to be cereal bugs. I just want to commend David on his work and customer service. I had a pretty big bee problem that I wasn't able to fix. After calling the Arizona Pest Squad, I was told there was a discount by mentioning Yelp and that Dave would come out that next evening. He showed up on time, went the extra mile and stayed for 2 hours spraying, caulking and spraying again to make sure the bees wouldn't return. He calculated around 2000 bees. I felt very comfortable talking with him when he explained what he did and what to expect. Early the next morning, much to my surprise, he was at my house investigating. Not a bee in sight. I didn't even have time to call and give the good report before he showed up. Also, they were the least expensive of the 3 companies I talked to. I was referred to this company by Light Outs a company that received 5 stars on yelp. I trusted their referral since they are a five star company and the owner stated they worked together. When I scheduled my appointment they were very anxious and willing to accommodate my needs. We scheduled for 3 pm on a Friday afternoon, at 2:30 I received a call that they were running late, and they would be there within a half hour, no problem. Five thirty came around no show no call I phoned the man that was scheduled to come out, no relply. I phoned the owner left a message no reply for an hour. In the meantime they arrived around six or six thirty. The owner phoned apologized said he would spray any of our friends house for free but did not offer to comp our visit for that day. Two weeks ago I received a follow up call I informed the caller that we were still having problems with ants. She said they would send someone out to address the issue. To this day I have not heard from them, II understand they are a new company but they probably will not last, I consider this poor customer service. read more
