They knew what they were doing and most important they respected our needs. vs 2ND - FLOOR At 12am we were sound asleep and woken up by a transfer team to be moved to the 2ND -Floor. It was a nightmare. They said get up hurry up , telling us to throw everything on the bed , wheeled us up to the 2ND -Floor. No regard for patient sleeping and demanding we move now. We arrive to our new room only to have nurses and techs great us with a whirl wing of questions and protocols and procedures and we were barely awake. They made us feel like cattle/not sheep. It was unbelievable. 12am in the morning? Couldn't they waited till a reasonable time ?

I have been going to my regular Dr. For several years complaining about the same thing... always extermely tired, easy weight gain . They did not have an x-ray technician on the day we were there so we were referred to Simon Med for x-rays. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff from the receptionist to the NP. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Not sure why this facility has received such horrible reviews. We were quite pleased. My appointment was on a late friday morning.
