This place is great! Highly recommended trying it out and specifically trying their Indian food. Wanted to order take out and saw that they had Indian options, didn't have high expectations but man was I surprised. Good authentic Indian food to rival any stand alone Indian restaurant. My only complaint is that I wasn't a huge fan of their Naan. Have a feeling they use the pizza dough and I thought it came out too doughy. Went in for pick up. Shrimp chicken cheesesteak was pretty solid. not overwhelming, price for a combo with fries and soda is 12.00 (or around that price).. This place is definitely one of the best Fried Chicken carry outs in Baltimore! Their food is very fresh each and every time, the meal deals are awesome and I love the fact that they have a dining room so you can sit there and eat. My favorite thing to order from them is fried chicken and fries, but I have had their salads and other menu options that are equally as good, I'm just a fanatic for the chicken though! The only downfall is you have to wait a while for your food but, anything worth having is worth waiting for! The wait has never stopped my family nor I from ordering/ eating here and we will continue! This is the second of three locations that I am aware of and they demonstrate the same Quality food service as well as great customer service. They now have another new location in Northwest Baltimore that look forward to trying very soon. read more

I have ordered delivery on numerous occasions and have been very satisfied with the food and the delivery service. The last time I ordered in late Oct 2018 I was served a whole sub with green spots which was molded bread. How you can make a sub and not see the bread was molded is a mystery to me. Prices are great compared to other pizza restaurants in the area. I was a little disappointed that when I ordered online I wasn't made aware that the pizza is triangle instead of square cut. This is my new favorite place for authentic Indian food (I know they also do pizza and subs but I've only tried their Indian dishes). Their chicken chunks in their dishes are super tender, and everything I've had is very tasty. I love their Daal Makhani (black lentils veggie dish), chicken kalfrazi and chicken korma. They make their naan bread from scratch and it's awesome. On the other hand their palak paneer was okay, but I've had better. They also ask what spice level you want for each dish, but they have adjusted it to American level, so "medium" means you barely taste it, and "hot" means about sriracha level (perfect for me). If you want hotter, I'm sure they can do it truly authentically, just ask. read more

Arlon's has the best buffalo wings in Pikesville! They are always cooked crispy and covered in a generous amount of sauce. The Honey Mustard BBQ wings are incredibly delicious. This place has gone so far down hill! First they changed the fires from those nice ones with the crispy flaky outside to plain boring soggy under cooked things you have to heat in a skillet until edible. Then they solved that problem by just never including the fries! The first time they argued with me, but when I was so insistent they agreed to bring the fries.The restaurant is about half a mile from my home. A half an hour later when the fries still had not showed up my daughter took my whining hungry grandchildren to McDonald's in the pouring down rain. 15 minutes after they left the guy shows up with a bag of cold fries. I told him I didn't want them, that we thought he was not coming so my daughter took the kids to McDonald's but he insisted on leaving the fries that I just tossed in the trash. Today because I really wanted their Chicken Tikka Tandoori I decided to give them another chance. Mistakes happen right? Yep with Arlon's mistakes do happen. They didn't bring the kid's fries AGAIN! I was expecting the usual triple decker club with turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo but if you get a Turkey club at Arlon's with "everything", youll definitely get your dollars worth. Also, the cashier was friendly and polite. Update as of 10/2016: Their Chicken Curry is good. You have the option of getting it mild or spicy. I got it spicy and thought it was delicious. You also get rice with it which is also delicious. I also got the Tomato Soup which comes with crackers. The tomato soup is creamy too. I recommend getting an order of rice with the tomato soup. I just ordered two subs, buffalo wings and fries. The fish sub was disgusting and nauseating,the fish was burned, and the roll was stale. The sub looked like slop or like someone vomited on it!!!!. I am not sure why this establishment has been given poor reviews because in my experience it is not true at all. We had our wedding reception catered by Arlon's to add to an international style and all of our guests were fabulously happy with the food. The Indian dishes can range from mild to very spicy and there hasn't been an item on the menu that I have had yet that I haven't enjoyed. Please give this restaurant a chance it's really worth it it's in our local neighbor and it's just plain good food made with love. read more

Not only were they 45 minutes late but the order was totally wrong. My son's cheese steak sub was chicken instead of streak. My chicken tikka masala and naan was horribly spices and sour. I write this with a heavy heart as I have been a long time supporter of the Arlon's in Towson for over 6 years and we just moved to the Pikesville area. This restaurant should not even be allowed to have the same name. We have ordered here a few times hoping for improvement, but this last order will be our final order from this establishment. The food took over an hour and a half to reach us, when it normally takes 45 min tops. Then the size of the Indian entrees was in a smaller than usual container, and only half full. If that wasn't enough there was a visible layer of oil about a half inch deep covering the food. It was inedible. When I called the restaurant to complain they offered to explanation, refused to refund the dish! Not a way to keep clientele. read more

I go to Arlon's almost every week. I love their Indian food and I think for the portions they give you get a bang for your buck., especially with the Italian food you get the dish, garlic bread, and a side salad. I usually have 3 separate servings of the indian dishes I get. The only negative thing I will say is they take FOREVER to complete a meal. If I call in something I know not to leave my house about 45 minutes after ordering because I know I will be waiting. I always carry out, I've actually never seen anyone dine in. read more
