I have completed some transactions through the Facebook marketplace, and am always watchful for specific details, such as responsiveness to questions as well as meeting in a safe public place. That's when I found Monica. Monica had listed one of the computers I was looking for on Facebook. The most important specifications were in the ad, but I had a couple more. Monica is the exclusive reason this computer sits in my home office today. I have never in my life walked into a Pawn shop to browse. Monica brought me in because of her immediate, detailed, and accurate answers to my questions. She was knowledgeable about the computer, and had it all set up for me when I arrived at Pawn USA in Des Plaines, where I happen to work. She was patient with me, and made me completely comfortable and confident with my purchase. She even helped me with it to my car. I can now say that I would not hesitate to shop at Pawn USA, and I would definitely recommend asking for Monica!

They also sell variety of merchandise from jewelries, musical instruments, DVD movies, etc. It's not a big store compared to others but you will find something worth getting and the friendliness of the staff is something you just do not see anywhere else!

Well Kim Hout and the staff here are very helpful and are easy to talk to unlike some others down the street. My family and I get jewelry here as gifts for family members as it is the tradition for weddings and baby's births. There seems to have been quite a few weddings lately. I was able to resell some other jewelry that I no longer wear as well. The quality of the jewelry seems very consistent whereas some other stores are a little more dull in appearance. I'm sure my family and I will be back again.

Once you get over that hurdle you will be fine. The staff is very easy to talk to. Very comfortable. They specialize in getting merchandise in, then getting merchandise out. They sell merchandise by volume. I really had a pleasant time in the room, they just could not help me at all. I will not be going back to AAA Coin as they are not selling coins. They should change their name to better describe what they do.

Phil helped my daughter pick out jewelry that will go perfectly with her dress!
