I have been taking my 2008 Mercedes-Benz C300 Sport to Jose at German Auto since 2015. It's now…read more01/2019. I would like to state that Jose is an honest mechanic. My car has nearly 150k miles on it, and he's been a part of basically every mile since I've moved to the area. I've brought my C300 in for multiple issues that dealerships have quoted me outrageous amounts for, and when I bring it to Jose, he always sets the record straight and tells me exactly what I would need. If there's ever anything he can't do (things like key replacements, dealership-only resets, etc) he tells me right away. My car takes a whopping 8 quarts of German synthetic oil, and Jose charges around $100 for the oil change. House of Imports Mercedes (local dealer) charges around $225. In this shop, you're not going to see a waiting room, coffee or any sort of amenity. This is a car repair shop and a car repair shop only. You are also not going to see inflated prices or any sort of fee for operating these sorts of worthless amenities - so it's a win-win. There's no shuttle service or free car wash, but you are supporting an honest local business who does great work at quality prices. This shop also speaks Spanish. Over these past years, I've had a sincere and trustworthy business relationship with Jose. He's down to earth, got a good sense of humor and an honest businessman. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get great service on their German car.

But when I had and electrical problem all 4 power windows quit at once on my ford fx4 my guy was like it could cost a 1000.00 I remembered Integrity fixed my son's toyota electrical problems for a great price. So I made the drive expecting 1000.00 When I gave them the problem I was given and estimate of 240.00 . But I was told it would be for 1 1/2 hours of labor to find the problem. If they fixed it sooner it would be less??? Out the door 231.00 that's unreal. While I was waiting a man came in said his car died at the service station next door. Joe asked some questions now he had 12 cars to be repaired !! He left his bussiness to help a man in need got the car to his shop. The man said how much do I owe . Joe said nothing I haven't fixed it yet. Wow if that is not Integrity what is.

I took my truck in to diagnose for an ac evaporator failure. There vacuum test pass so then they…read morerefilled my Freon and sent me on my way. I paid for the Freon gas that had a fluorescent dye in case it leaks the next day. The next day my refrigerant was empty again and I took it back and they found the leak behind my dashboard. Which meant the whole dashboard needed to be taken off to replace the AC evaporator. They gave me their bid and a turnaround time of about a week since they wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. On top of that they found that my brake pads needed to be replaced which i let them replace. Overall I didn't go with them for the ac evaporator job since I found another shop that was cheaper and gave me a faster turn around time, however I felt that they were honest and genuinely tried to help me. Nothing bad to say about this shop.
