We recently bought a fixer upper house that needed a lot of tlc. I called a few electricians in the area and found armor. I priced about 6 companies total (yes I go a bit overboard, but I'm a analyst) but armor was the only one that showed up on time and gave me a great price for the work I needed. While doing the job they found that the previous owner had done some work that was very dangerous and could have started a fire. They fixed the wiring for free! Was very impressed with them and will definitely use them again. I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Brandon and Randy at Armor Electric and I yet again was very impressed with their quality of work, professionalism and attention to detail. I First hired Brandon in 2008 when I bought my home. The home needed a lot of work and I knew the things I wanted to do would come with a hefty price. Initially I wasn't sure where to start but Brandon gave some great recommendations and I hired them to install 5 new ceiling fans, and add 7 new dimmer switches on all of my recessed lighting. The project turned out great and I added them to my list of of companies to work with again in the future. In 2015 I wanted to add some exterior lighting in my back yard and needed some additional plugs added in the Eve's and a new switch added in the home to control, again their price was reasonable, their work was exceptional and I was very happy with the end result. Most recently I started on a kitchen and bathroom remodel and I wanted to add some new can lighting and additional plugs in both areas. Brandon came out and suggested LED cans in the kitchen and retrofitted a few others to match the LED we were putting in. In the kitchen I had an issue where we always had to unplug the coffee pot or the toaster to plug our phones in and Brandon immediately said he had a great solve for my problem, a plug with two USB ports and two regular plugs! I now have the brightest kitchen and bath with the best technology and couldn't be happier with my experience over the years. Randy came out and gave us an on-site estimate for the job. We wanted two carriage lights installed on the front of our garage and that required running conduits from the breaker box to a junction box, a timer and then to the lights. Randy scheduled two electricians to handle the job and they accomplished it as scheduled and at the price quoted. The timer turned out to have a hiccup in it and Randy was great about getting a replacement installed immediately. I would definitely use Armor Electric again and refer them to others. read more

I highly recommend using Armor Electric. Brandon and Randy are the nicest, finest men you will ever meet. I showed Brandon the two areas of repair that I needed fixed. One repair area was the wiring to an attic fan . The second location was a GFI that is located under an outdoor BBQ. This GFI was in a difficult location and controlled four other receptacles. This J-box was a wiring mess. These locations were two very difficult places to gain access. Brandon sized up the two problems and can up with an efficient plan. He made sure that the work was done quickly and correctly so to economize the labor charge. I noticed that he was working in my best interest and not trying to lengthen the time on location. I liked that a lot. Brandon and Randy gave me an appointment within two days and were on time. I am sure they would have come sooner if either of my jobs were pressing. I initially contacted Armor through a bidding system offered by Yelp. They contacted me immediately and offered a fair price to install a 240v outlet for my new car. They set an appointment for 10:30 the next morning, they showed up at 10:20 and was prepared to work. The price they charged was as quoted, they left a clean and professional job. I was so impressed I brought them back for an electrical problem where the lights would flicker in my house. I had messaged for a quote to change a 240v outlet to a 120v after converting an electric range to a gas range. The quote was in line with most other electricians in the area, but they offered an appointment the day before we were set to move into the house. The initial appointment was set up, but was cancelled approximately two hours before the appointed time.
