DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT BUSINESS A few weeks ago we moved and during the transit of our furniture the moving van was in an accident and severely damaged our $2k couch we've had for only a year. The owner and the customer service team have been rude, unresponsive and ultimately decided that our couch was only worth $257. We have yet to receive that amount. When we finally saw the bill they had charged us for over 6 hours of time which was completely overstated considering that once the movers got to our house they sat in their truck for almost two hours while they called to report the incident and were doing literally no moving of things into our house. They refused to refund us for the two hours where they did nothing so I had to call my credit card to report the fraud.  Now they are claiming that the credit for time we reported should cover the cost of our couch. I am in disbelief that this is how a moving company with such great reviews would treat us. If you plan on using these people for your move cross your fingers that nothing happens to your possessions because according to them your things are only worth pennies. Needed a moving company for a within Bay Area move. Called a few other companies before I finally chose Arnoni Moving. They the most responsive and also had the fairest price. It was a 2 day move and they did not disappoint. They were on time, professional, efficient, and I like the fact they had a team leader that you can go to for if you have questions or requests, although all entire crew was all very accommodating and friendly. Not only was the owner, Airan punctual and friendly but he went above and beyond every step of the way to make ensure all of our questions were answered even when we were rude enough to message at odd hours. Loved the transparency, responsiveness, and focus on customer care. I got the quotes from Airan within a few minutes of sending out the request on Yelp. Although their quote wasn't the cheapest but it was reasonable, I decided to go ahead with them because of responsiveness since that makes the stressful job of moving a bit easier. About the move itself, Paco and Carlos were great and worked hard without taking any breaks. Paco was the one doing most of the communication and he was respectful. Initially, I had requested 2 movers and was hoping my 1 bedroom move would take about 4 (30 mins commute time). However, packing and loading (via stairs) took about 3hrs, so I decided to add a 3rd mover at the destination and Airan quickly arranged for one. The 3rd mover, Tadeo, joined at the destination. Unloading & unpacking were done in 1.5 hrs. All the 3 movers worked hard. Although the entire move took longer than I expected, no complaints since all the furniture was wrapped properly and delivered without any damages. I had a previous experience with a different mover who probably did the packing a little faster but my furniture had multiple damages, I will accept a longer packing time over damaged furniture any day. We had the pleasure to find Airan and his team for our big "4 BR plus Garage Gym plus Backyard Play Area"- move last month. Not only was the response time and the back and forth via email quick, friendly and professional, but the move itself was a great experience. They were on time, and in addition gave us a 30 minute pre-arrival call, which was just a tiny thing for them but a huge nerve calmer for me! In the packing process they found out that we had more stuff than they anticipated would fit into their big truck and it took Airan just 10 minutes to arrange a second truck to help us get all the things moved from one city to the other in one trip. This was the first time I was moving with a significant amount of furniture so I was nervous about how to find a larger moving company that was trustworthy, quality and not too expensive. They were great. Showed up right on time, even texted hours beforehand to let me know they were on schedule. All 3 were super friendly and helpful. Thoroughly wrapped and protected all of my belongings. Disassembled my bed frame and reassembled at the new place which I really appreciated. Frequent check ins to make sure they were taking the right items and placed everything in the right rooms in the new place. My fiance and I were moving out of state and needed help getting our boxes and furniture into pods. I contacted Arnoni initially through Yelp to request a quote and the owner got back to me within minutes with general pricing information. We booked some of their guys for the following week to load up the pod. I should note that communication was excellent throughout the booking process. The owner almost always picked up his phone immediately, and when he didn't it was easy to get in touch with him through texting. The guys arrived a few minutes after the arrival window started. They were extremely fast, efficient, and professional. All our furniture was expertly taken apart and wrapped to avoid damage while in transit, and they were able to get everything downstairs effortlessly (even an extra large wardrobe!). The boxes we packed were reinforced to make sure they wouldn't break, and the guys did an excellent job playing Tetris getting everything possible into the pod. Once the pod was full, they continued to wrap everything, simply putting it in the garage until our second pod came. If you are looking for muscle to load up your pod I cannot recommend Arnoni enough. I would gladly use them again for another move. read more

I needed to move 4 bedroom house last minute. They responded quickly with a quote and was able to schedule a truck. Unfortunately, I didn't know there were time constraints for Public Storage. We determined to prep the move by moving it all to the garage and come back next day. They wrapped up everything, used cardboard to cover fragile items, and was very thorough. Bringing the items to the storage, they were very quick. They had a system to make the move efficient, even with only one elevator. My storage was probably too small but the were able to fit everything inside filling it to the top so I wouldn't have to buy another storage.
