Silky with sweet blended mangoes, the yoghurt has a satisfying, contrasting tang. Slurped it dry. We also went with Ras malai for dessert. The dairy chef makes his own cheese patties and then they soak and lounge in reduced milk with cardamom and pistachios. Perfect end. Note: they are serious about the heat levels.
