I paid full price $8.50 and it was never like this in the past. I love their Creme Brulee coffee and would go out of my way to get it, but this is unacceptable.
Aroma Craft Coffee *July 7th, 2026 *12:30pm- Tuesday *4 Stars Environment: *Inside and Outside Seating *Order Meal before Sitting *Nice Aesthetic Food/Drinks: *Mushroom Benedict *Pink Vodka Pasta *Hibiscus Organic Floral Tea It had been a while since I last came here, so it was nice to stop by again with a friend for lunch. The café has a really nice aesthetic with both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a relaxing place to enjoy a meal. We decided to share the Mushroom Benedict and the Pink Vodka Pasta so we could try a little of both. I was actually most looking forward to the Mushroom Benedict, but the Pink Vodka Pasta ended up being my favorite of the two. The pasta had great flavor, while the Benedict was still good, just not as memorable as I was expecting. Overall, it was another enjoyable visit, and I'd definitely come back again to try more of the menu.
Great place to grab coffee and breakfast! The interior is very inviting and spacious, which is refreshing for those that want to sit down for their meal and/or do some work/studying. The service here was fantastic and the hostess was very welcoming. I ordered the mocha which was pretty good and also their chicken rice bowl (which came with eggs). The bowl was delicious, packed with chicken, and perfectly filling without feeling heavy. Also, bonus points for the presentation of the food and drinks, really added to the enjoyment of the meal. Really enjoyed this place and will definitely stop by next time I'm in the area!
Girl at the counter was really cute So they used to have WiFi here and you could sit eat lunch and do some work but I guess they opened up a cafe where you can do that elsewhere... Anyways, the panini was pretty filling end the coffees were great, my friend liked her spaghetti !! Einspanner w miso cold foam was 8/10 pretty solid It looked somewhat busy for a Wednesday lunch. We got our stuff to go to eat quickly and get work done at the cafe I would def try their sweets if we were allowed to work in there Oh wells! Enjoy
Friend and I have both been here before and rlly enjoyed it! But today was a little off He ordered the smoked salmon eggs benedict and the yolks were both almost fully cooked through, practically hard-boiled consistency. As eggs benedicts are supposed to have runny centers, we did call over a server and asked very kindly about the mix-up. He was VV annoyed at us for even asking, making a face and talking w attitude saying "it's usually like that" (my friend has had this menu item from this location many times, he said it was always runny. we do wonder if they changed management or recipes, but that's beside the point) While he did eventually say he could tell the kitchen, he made us feel so bad we just said nvm and my friend ate it that way :( The lattes were good! Very strong and sweet! Otherwise, the server who brought our lattes was friendly and hospitable! And the girl at the register was welcoming and friendly too! -1 for the cooked yolks and unwillingness to fix the mistake -1 for the unnecessary attitude when we asked nicely (I worked food service too so I know his tone was unwarranted)
The Black Sesame Latte was the standout for me--rich and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. The Mocha Latte was equally impressive with a smooth espresso flavor and just the right amount of chocolate. You can tell they put care into every drink. For food, the Roast Beef Panini was delicious. The bread was perfectly toasted, the roast beef was tender and flavorful, and everything came together for a satisfying meal.
I only come here maybe once a year, and each time I have a great time and I think, I should come here more often. What I ate: - Hojicha Basque cheesecake: This was thick and creamy, tempered by the roasted green tea flavor. But, don't be fooled by the name, or the dark top. This was not a Basque cheesecake at all, more like a traditional cheesecake. Basque cheesecake, when done well is a light creamy almost fluffy cake with a burnt topping to give it a nice, rounded flavor. This was super thick and dense. The dark "burnt" top did nothing for flavor. The slight nutty roasted green tea flavor was mild and honestly very good. If you're not a fan of overly sweet desserts, but wanted to indulge in something creamy, this may be the dessert for you. - Iced latte with oat milk: Creamy, cold, and delicious pick me up. Not sweet but still decadent from the oat milk (I typically drink my coffee black but treated myself to some oat milk). Pros: - I really do love the inside of this cafe. There are plenty of 4top and 2 top tables, as well as a few communal long tables, and a higher communal table next to the baristas for people just waiting for their drinks before leaving. Lots of people were there to grab a meal, and some were there to work on their laptop. There is also a glass paneled conference room in the back which would be ideal for study groups. I'm sure you could reserve it, though when I went it looked like a meeting of staff was in progress - Menu is really nice mix of cafe foods - Coffee is really good - Staff is always cheerful and helpful - Plenty of parking in the lot Cons: - Honestly, the only con I can think of is the fact that I always forget about this cafe, and that's on me. I come here every year to sit and wait while I get my car windows tinted at the shop next door. I wish I came here for often for lunch - Definitely a morning and afternoon cafe, they close early at 4pm. The sweets sister cafe is open a bit longer, but smaller with less plush seating. Would I come again? Yes, if I can just remember
FYI you have to order first before seated, so come prepared with your order before you enter hehe. Mushroom Toast (10/10) - I believe it is honey whole wheat toast layered with mixed greens, fluffy scrambled egg, and mushroom. All the ingredients are super fresh and come together well. I love how they make their mushroom juicy and not so oily. Smoked Salmon Benedict (9/10) - I am usually not a fan of Benedict because of the sauce. However, they made the egg perfectly hard on the outside but running yolk on the inside. It layers egg, smoked salmon, and mixed greens on top of English muffin. The smoked salmon is a bit salty but it balances well with the other ingredients.
Aroma Cafe is the main store to Sweets a couple of doors down. I went here on a Saturday at 11:30 AM to grab brunch before stopping by Sweets for a pickup order. There were plenty of parking as it's in a shared plaza. For the store, it's a moderate size but it was definitely busy at the time we went. For ordering, you'll need to order at the counter before sitting down. After browsing the menu, we decided on the pink vodka pasta and the rich miso pasta (Taiwanese sausage added). American Express is accepted as a payment option. The staff gave us a number to place on the table we sat at but we were free to grab any seat we liked. For seating, there were a few tables for parties of two and limited tables for bigger groups. Keep in mind if you need water or extra napkins, they'll have those near the bar seating. Both the Pink Vodka Pasta and Rich Miso Pasta exceeded our expectations! The miso pasta leans on the creamy side but pairs very well with the pink vodka pasta. The miso pasta didn't come with any protein by default, so we were glad that we added the Taiwanese sausage. Fun fact is that the meatball from the Pink Vodka Pasta is vegan! The portion size was super generous from both dishes and was beyond just two people. I wasn't expecting to discover pasta dishes that I'd consider as one of my favorites from this visit! I'll definitely come back to try other dishes.
Was looking for a coffee shop in the area and found this on Yelp with many great reviews so decided to check it out. The cafe is cute and is more than just a grab and go spot. You can actually sit and they offer food on their menu. If I had more time, I would have done so since lots of things looked appetizing. The girl at the front helped us with their menu and answered all our questions. We ended up getting creme brulee latte and hojicha latte. I liked the drinks. They were pretty good. There is a more grab and go location literally doors down from here. Will come back and check out their food and sweets sometime.
8/10 Got the roast beef panini. Great sandwich overall. It came out fresh and hot which was nice as I like my food hot. All the ingredients tasted fresh and the cheese was perfectly melted. I'd definitely come back to try more of their food
Truly impressed!! Coffee was good and they have a roastery/sell their own beans. It seemed like a lot of the menu items have Taiwanese influence, which I enjoyed. The pasta was delicious. Plenty of seating so we had no issues with that. There's a dessert store owned by the same company a few doors down and they were offering samples while we were there. They were good, not too sweet, but the fruit flavor wasn't super strong or apparent either. Would love to come back if I'm in the area!
It has been my favorite place for many years, and my favorite drink-matcha, but lately the quality is not there any more. As a loyal customer, sincere reviews matter most. The drinks from Sweet Aroma tastes better than the cafe. Btw, the manager today said this is normal with an attitude. Here's the picture of the drink for matcha lovers to see.

I was a little bummed out that they didn't have the eggs benadict on the weekdays, but having other great food made it okay. I ordered the avocado toast. It was a very good size but it definitely needed seasoning. I felt like the eggs or something it was missing salt, pepper and maybe spices. The panini was wonderful. Nice little place in walnut! Who would've known there's this legit good coffee place all the way here. We came here pre covid so we were able to dine in. We ordered espresso and latte. We came here after lunch, looking for a place to hang out, otherwise we would've dined here too. Everything looks fabulous! The espresso is actually served with sparkling water to cleanse the pallette and they're served on very nice cup and tray. Who would've known they're very fancy. Overall all the drink is good. The eggs bennedict looks fantastic, will definitely give it a try when we're in the area. The place is very nice and spacious too. They even have some kind of vip room that we can reserve for a private party. They also have their own coffee roaster displayed outside. Met up with a friend to catch up and we decided to give this place a try. We loved it! Food: Excellent - We ordered their French Toast and Aroma Trio. The french toast was delicious, it was the perfect sweetness combined with the syrup it came with. The aroma trio was also very unique. All three flavors were interesting. Did I mention, the plating of the food were both super pretty! We only ordered sweet items this time, but will definitely be back to try some of their savory items! My wife enjoyed their ambiance here which included industrial light fixtures and uniforms for all the employees. The coffee was four stars for me as I enjoyed their black sesame latte. The black sesame is grounded so you can really taste the flavor and you get a grittiness at the end which wasn't too pleasant. Perhaps filtering out the last bit of your latte and it would be perfect. The food was mediocre and almost too simple. Eggs were overcooked on the benedicts and I wish they gave more hollandaise sauce. The blueberry cheesecake was refreshing but I wouldn't call it a cheesecake. It was missing that cheesey flavor and tasted more like curdled milk in a sense. I would pass on their food and stick with their coffee. read more

Cute little brunch place but not your normal brunch where there's a server taking your order. You place your order with a cashier when you walk in, find a table and they bring your order to you. I've driven past here a few times and wouldn't have known there's a bunch place in this plaza except for a line out the door. Came here with friends on a Sunday morning around 10ish and surprisingly there was no wait! We ordered salted caramel latte, black sesame latte, miso pasta, French toast and smoked salmon benedict (only available on weekends). Food and coffee were good, friendly service but a bit pricey. A friend brought us to this wonderful place a while back. Had a chance to revisit again a couple months ago. Very spacious restaurant with high ceiling and nicely decorated. Great with big parties, plenty of room for strollers. The food is delicious! The avocado toast with scramble eggs is amazing! I was worried about the miso pasta will be too salty, of course I worried too much, tasted just right, the pasta texture was perfect! The staff are attentive, only thing is u need to place order with the cashier at the entrance. I'm sure u can settle down first before ordering. Unfortunately it's kinda far from where I live, or I will return more often. read more
Aroma Craft is a really cute spot for a quick brunch! Came on a weekend and was pretty crowded with a line going out the door, but the line moved quickly. You go up and place an order and the cafe has a self-seating so you're able to sit on the cute outdoor patio or inside. Inside they have a little coffee bar where they roast all their coffee and tons of seating. Our food came out within 15 minutes and everything was pretty good. First time here and wanted something light so I decided to order their braised spicy tofu because it looked so yummy in the photos. In reality it was an overpriced $17 bowl of bland mushy quinoa and barely flavored spicy tofu. The spice just is a sauce that sits in the outside and doesn't even penetrate the tofu. I ended up just wasting money because I couldn't eat it. I'd rather go to Ten Ren's next door. read more

Not my favorite place to get coffee. Very nice and friendly staff but both drinks we got were ehh. My cousin was having her baby shower nearby and we were early so decided to get some drinks. Hubby wanted a dirty chai - didn't have it so got him a hoji tea latte with coffee. I wanted a green matcha latte but this also came with coffee. Got mine ice with almond milk and got his hot with almond milk. My green tea matcha was bitter and just didn't taste good with the coffee. Hubby's hoji latte tasted ok but still wasn't good. Disappointed having to wait and pay $12 for my drinks and it not tasting good. read more

The guy at the front (Carson) was kind and informative on the menu. He saw me looking for an outlet and right away told me that there was a connection near the bar stoles. I was so thankful that he noticed that I needed an outlet for my laptop! As I was waiting for my food to arrive the owner arrives. Wow! Now I know why the employees are so helpful, cordial, and kind! She is from Taiwan, she started her business 7 years ago and now it's doing very well! The food is fresh, hot and tasty! The coffee is on point! Try the crème brûlée, smoked salmon Benedicts only on weekends, and lemon tart! All is good here! Coming all the way from San Diego, this will be my go to spot for now! After seeing such a high rating, I thought this place would be really good but it's at most decent. The setting is a super cute place to study or catch up with a friend over coffee and toast, but the food was mediocre. I can't say much for the drinks since I didn't order any, but the avocado toast was really bland. Although it had fresh avocados, it really had nothing more than a few slices of lettuce, a tomato, and scrambled eggs on toast. I didn't try the roast beef toast but it looked the same as the avocado one. The only difference is roast beef instead of avocados and the egg was runny. Atmosphere and cleanliness: 10/10 Food: 6/10 I might come back for the coffee but not for the food. read more

I visited Aroma this past weekend for the first time. My boyfriend and I decided to have brunch there Sunday, after having been swayed by the Yelp photos and reviews. We had high expectations, and I am pleased to say that we were not disappointed! We ordered the salmon toast, avocado toast, veggie panini, blueberry cheesecake, brown sugar latte, and rose latte (I guess we didn't order enough for two people... LOL). Our absolute favorite was the salmon toast. The bread was soooooo good, and we loved the poached egg on top. Every bite was amazing. We also liked the cheesecake, as it tasted fresh (unlike the usual super sweet superficial stuff). We enjoyed the lattes, as they also tasted clean... my guess is that they make their own rose syrup, but I did not confirm this. Needless to say, we plan to return, hopefully soon! read more

What a cute spot!! Loved my sautéed mushroom toast (soooo filling), they really pile the mushrooms on. The oolong tea was good, very light in flavor. They have outdoor seating which felt really peaceful and quiet despite being in a parking lot. The inside seemed a little too crowded but I see the appeal of being in A/C. brunch date with my cousin!! the cashier was really nice and helpful when we were trying to decide what to order. we settled for the smoked salmon toast and mozzarella and kale panini for our food! the toast was so good and the egg was perfectly poached! the panini was good as it not only had just the cheese and kale, but added sun dried tomatoes and corn in it which gave it a good sweet and tarty flavor!! the portions were large and filling, it was worth the price in my opinion. for drinks we got the standard iced cold brew and the sea salt caramel latte! my cousin described her cold brew as pretty standard, a little sour. the sea salt caramel latte was definitely interesting, it was more saltier than i imagined which isn't what i necessarily prefer but i can see the appeal as it's one of their top drinks!! their coffees are not too sweet and have a strong flavor which i liked! the interior is large to hang out in and they offer tables outside if you'd like to soak in the sun! would lovvve to come back and try their pasta dishes and explore more on the menu read more

I have to start off saying that this place is okay for a first time visit but I personally won't be going again, at least for food. I got the Taiwanese Sausage Panini and it was alright but nothing out of this world. I do want to complain that the price for the food and drink I purchased was highly over priced. As for the drink I got a jasmine iced tea which I believe was in a 16 oz cup and paid nearly 7 dollars for it. To me that is highly overpriced for an iced tea. Service wasn't bad but it was weird that you have to order as you come in. Since I attend a university near by I thought it would be a place to come have something nice to eat and do some work but as I came to the door they had a sign stating no wifi. This made me a little sad as it would have been cool to sit and do work well I ate. The place on the inside is actually really nice and I love how they decorated the place. I also like the fact that they roast their own coffee beans. Unfortunately I didn't get to try their coffee well I was there as I am a coffee lover but, if I do come back I'll only be trying the coffee. (I'll update this review when I do) With this being said it's a great place if you want something simple but I can't recommend due to the pricing of their items. read more

Cute decor, tasty food, no wifi. Avocado Toast Freshly sliced whole avocado layered over creamy folded eggs, topped with our specialty sauce. Served on toasted artisan multi-grain bread. I've been here twice and gotten the avocado toast both times because I just LOVE avocado. The first time I got it, I didn't really enjoy their specialty sauce. It had a weird pungent funk to it. However, the second time around, it was less subtle and paired better with the avocado. Sure, they give a lot of avocado, but you're basically paying an entree price. The Lemon tart Lemon fanactics' rejoice. The perfect pairing to a nice fruity cup of pour over coffee. Sweet lemons, skinned, pulped and jucied into a lemon custard direct from our kitchen. All naural colors and flavors. My friend's lemon tart was divine! Not too sour and huge for the price! If you're into lemon desserts, this is for you. A cute place to catch up with your friends. Really cute industrial decor, busy on weekends. I ordered a Cortadito, which is a small concentrated espresso drink with tiny bit of milk. It wasn't sweet, which proves it is delicious. I normally like sweet, but the high quality espresso here didn't need sweet. I want to come back to try the food: like the avocado toast, mushroom toast, or egg benedicts. This place is so yummy! The perfect brunch spot with a variety of dishes. My sister and I were in the mood for pasta and heard they had vegan meatballs so we ordered the spaghetti and the pesto pasta. It did not disappoint! I also had their Brown Sugar Latte with oat milk and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. (Not too sugary) They have plenty of indoor seating as well as really cute outdoor patio seating. This place is absolutely adorable! Upon driving by, you would never think that this kitschy coffee shop would be in this business looking plaza. As I was walking in, I saw a lady roasting some fresh coffee beans! Once I saw this, I already knew I was in for a treat. I ordered the mushroom toast and an iced latte. I was here on a Saturday, so I knew it was gonna pretty busy, but to my surprise I was able to find a seat. Both the mushroom toasts and coffee were delicious. If it weren't that pricey, I know I would've ordered at least two mushroom toasts! Just an FYI - this place does not have wi-fi, so be prepared to tether your cellular data if you plan on coming here. read more

Stepping into this sweet little coffee bistro is such a treat for a nice brunch special. I was invited by the pictures I saw on yelp about their salmon and avocado toast. These simple things delight me. So it seems they've let up on their photography rules in the business. My BF had a cappuccino and we both ordered the salmon crostini since he was not eager to share. Our drinks came out pretty delayed so service was slow on that part. It came out with a small vial of coffee grounds to take in the aroma (hah. Hence the name). And a small cookie biscuit. The crostini was delectable. Nice and crisp, chewy with fresh amazing herbs like basil and dill tossed in maybe a hint of balsamic. It was lightly toasted with some cream and smoked salmon sat generously on top. Clearly the highlight of the meal. My coffee creme brûlée came out with a toasted sugar layer on top of my latte drink. I had the same sensation of cracking the top of the drink like I do with my favorite dessert. Sure the sugar made it sweet and the coffee got me wired. But at the end of the day I thought this place was absolutely worth it. read more
