I love that you can customize and add what you want to the sandwich. The option to add avocado is great. I love adding avocado and pesto sauce. It just makes it more filling. Service is decent. Had a horrible experience with the quality of the food here today! Ordered half a dozen bagels and my cinnamon crunch bagels were burnt!!! Practically black underneath. Not to mention my other bagels were super pale as if they weren't even baked properly!!! Placed a order in the app. Received my sandwich with a hair inside that made me gag. My husband couldn't even finish his food once he saw the hair. The GM Vincent who's not there would not allow for a refund to be made in his absence. This is appalling and beyond even a subpar performance and quality. I will not be back period except to collect my refund which I have to now drive there for on Friday (today is Tuesday). Quality and customer service is in the negative. I don't think I've ever been to this Panera location, because it was very pretty hidden in this Lake Elsinore area, all I can say is the place were well kept, everything setup nicely organized and tidy, cleaned thru and thru. Has outdoor seatings and a drive thru, and the most important part is the vanilla syrup bottle is presented at the coffee station. I don't remember if they had Dr Pepper fountain drink at other locations, but this one does have it as an option if you got tired of Pepsi. Trying to get away from the heat of the area, so come inside here and enjoy some AC and stay for awhile read more

That bad experience never happened again, service has been quick and nice, the food is always correct, a good location.

They have those order yourself kiosks and it was easy and served very quickly..I had the autumn squash soup with pine nuts ..so yummy..nice and hot..and a cáptese chicken sandwich (1/3) and a fruit cup ..my family had a fresh Caesar salad, broccoli cheese soup (always a hit) and my granddaughter had chicken noodle soup..that bread is delicious as always and let's talk about their pastries ..so much goodness..in glad they were behind the glass..can't leave without one ..(at least a COOKIE) lots of beverage selections too! ..we sat in a cozy little booth .. read more

1st time trying it . I thought I would and try and eat better food than just normal fast food . Signed into app and join the rewards program . Ordered some food for a early dinner on my way home from work. ordered a nice sandwich (chicken salad w/apples) $13+ with a salad cup of chili and a fruit cup for joining I was to get a cookie for free, so I ordered a Rasin oatmeal cookie & a tea. they said 10.19 would be ready for p/u got a message that it was going to take longer so I waited till 10.35 to go thru the drive thru. waited 15 mins in drive thru got to the window and she gave me a big bag and my iced tea and said the straw was inside the bag. When I got home I put the whole bag in the fridge for later and took a nap When I got up and started to get ready for my dinner No sandwich in the bag everything else but the main dish the total bill was $33.49 so 1/2 the bill but no food , I didn't think I had to check my order when you're paying this amount for food . I got a email with a survey on my order and I did let them know what happen I got a response from a manager That stated Hello Mike, we apologize for your bad experience, we will follow up with our team regarding these issues. Ordered food online and picked it up at the drive-thru. Easy, fast, and efficient. Ordered 2 value duet meals. The first one was the napa almond chicken sandwich and wild rice soup. The second one was the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and tomato soup with a side of chips and macaroni. We got everything we ordered. Yes, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the sour dough bread with the napa almond chicken filling was refreshing and light. The "special dressing" is mayo-based, nothing fancy. This place is just sad. Tried to use the kiosks in the front, wouldn't take my Apple Pay or cc. Said they were out of chocolate chip cookies at the kiosk but they had tons behind the counter. Had to get in line after trying to use them with no success, only to then be behind 4 people. Told the manager my chocolate chip cookie seemed old, and could I switch it for the fresh batch that came out. Instead of just switching them, he assured me they're all made the same, and fresh. When I knocked the cookie on a hard surface he said he'd grab me a new one, and brought me back another bagged one instead of a fresh one. Bizarre. We tried to order a latte and an orange vanilla scone, when we went to the window after ordering to pay. She said they didn't have the orange scone so she offered us any other treat. Love their new Beef French Dip. High quality, and really good dipping juice with onions, like French onion soup mix. Large sandwiches. It pains me to give such a low rating because the staff on the day shift are always so friendly and polite. Unfortunately after this last visit with yet another encounter of the rude person that is the evening shift manager, there's no other way around it. She always looks mad. Tonight we placed a mobile order that according to the app would take 10 minutes. It was a LARGE Diet Pepsi, along with a chocolate muffie & 2 pumpkin muffins. My husband went in to pick up the order and was waiting for almost 30 minutes only to be told that they were out of the pumpkin muffins, so he chose something else. That in of itself was not a problem but the manager's attitude definitely was. She gave him a regular size cup for him to get the Diet Pepsi from the fountain and when he questioned it, (we are SIP CLUB members so we KNOW what sizes are offered ) her response was "oh that is the large." Seriously? On another occasion when I went in for a drink she looked on and asked, " So we'll be seeing you in another 2 hours then?" Excuse me? We pay a monthly fee for whatever drinks we want. Ask to speak to her they say oh she's on break!!!! U count I see at least 10 employees !!!! They can't get a order right! All this stems from poor management!
