We left the girl at the counter know and shesaid no problem I'll send the waitress over for your drinks and she will bring the pizza out. Waited 15min no pizza no drinks. By the name I thought it was a coffee shop. However this happens to be a fabulous pizzeria. I've had the pepperoni pizzas which are almost identical to New York pizzas. Ordered pizza here 3x. 1st time ordered a Margherita and was a little disappointed. Decided to give them another chance, so I ordered a large sausage pizza. It had tons of sausage on it. The pizza was really good, however because of all the sausage it was very greasy. The pizza here is a little on the too thin side for my taste. So, the 3rd time my son wanted the Margherita and I thought why not, maybe last time they were a little off that night. Very disappointed. Ordered a pizza by phone on Friday, was told 45-60minutes. Ok, no problem, arrived in 50 minutes and told pizza wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. I was asked to pay at that point which I did along with a tip using my credit card. Waited another 30 minutes and told my pizza would be ready in another 20 minutes. I waited 15 more minutes and asked for a refund. The owner gave me a bunch of excuses and I told him he should have the process figured out after doing business for so long. I got the refund and left but when I checked my credit card bill they kept the tip!!!!!!! WTH, I used to highly recommend this place, not anymore. My mother-in-law wanted to take us to this pizzeria she found that had great NY style pizza. Since I haven't had a good slice of pizza in almost a year I seconded the notion and we made the drive over to Aromas. It's a bit out there (at least from where my mother-in-law lives) but it was well worth the wait. Located in a strip mall, Aromas has that NY pizzeria atmosphere when you step in. A small dining area with a few tables are located in the tiny restaurant, but they are spaced out enough where you won't feel too cramped. They also offer sandwiches on their menu, but we were here for just the pizza. We ordered a regular 18" cheese pizza and were ready to chow down. This pizza is legit. It's as close to NY style pizza that I've found in either North or South Carolina. It's a pretty thin crust, and nice and crispy. The crust is also delicious, which is a sign of great pizza. It had a bit of the greasiness on top, but that's part of the wonderful NY pizza experience. The sauce had a slight sweetness to it but it wasn't anything like eating a canned sauce like some pizzerias offer. At $12.50 the pie was plenty for four of us to share for lunch. Another important note is that garlic powder, crushed red pepper and oregano are available upon request. Don't be shy to ask for it since they only enhance the pizza. I've previously sworn by Scattori's pizza as the place to go for a slice in Myrtle Beach. This is no longer the case, and I would gladly make the drive over to Murrell's Inlet for such a delicious and authentic pizza. read more

Super nice place. You walk in and find your own seat. They will bring you menus and take your order. I decided to try a meatball sub and it was very good. I tasted hubby's cheese pizza and I'm not a fan of plain cheese pizza but this one was DELICIOUS. Wish I had ordered the pizza instead but I had the best of both worlds because I stole some of his. I'm a heavy drinker and our waiter never let me go dry. I drank so much soda that I apologized for running him ragged. Lol. He was a good sport and kept em coming. We decided to dine here after reading a review on Myrtle Beach Restaurant News. It was a little drive from where we stay at the beach, but we were certainly not disappointed. We dined in and had good service. We were not planning on having appetizers, but when we saw fried ravioli on the menu we new we must try it! Glad we did! Delicious! Obviously for the main course we had pizza, 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese with chicken and bacon. VERY GOOD!! Much better than if we had called out for delivery. So far I've ordered so many things from here never had a complaint about anything their pizza crust is the best I'm partial to white pizza and they have many different varieties of white pizza. They also have delicious wings many different varieties of which I have had a few. The white pizza that I am partial to is the one with the clams and the garlic absolutely delicious. If you are a lover of crust they have the best. If you are a cannoli lover like I am they have six to seven inch cannolis with the best cannoli cream I've ever had and I'm Italian and I come from a cannoli family. Their cannolis have chocolate chips and you can get them dipped in chocolate the cannoli itself the pastry is dipped in chocolate inside and out which means that they're cream is fresh and put in after the cannoli is dipped in chocolate. The cream is thick and Rich you will have trouble finishing this cannoli. The smaller Pizza pie is just perfect for two people. read more

I'm from New York, and I've been here for 11 years, so I've tried a lot of pizza places. Aromas is firmly in my top three, and the other two are pretty far away, so I'm pretty pleased to have a reliable go-to pizza joint by my new condo! The style is kind of different from everyone else though. The pizza is very thin, but the crust is very fat and chewy. Sometimes it can make your jaw get tired, but other times it's exactly what I am in the mood for. I can't explain it... I've visited their other location, by Surfside a few times too, and it is pretty decent too.
