Small shop...friendly counter service...a little more expensive than I'm used to, but I have to keep location in mind. Just got into town and wanted something quick and easy for our dinner. This wasn't bad, but certainly not up to par with what I get back home. The cheesy garlic bread was delicious...no question there. My biggest problem was the sub rolls. They were not good. Nothing compared to the rolls we get in PA at our local pizza shops. That was the biggest disappointment here. Otherwise, it was good. No question Roma has the Best Pizza in Myrtle Beach! We have tried a dozen plus and none compare! The whole pie/package! Crust is ultra thin but firm! Sauce/ Cheese seems like it is woven into the crust!Delicious! Most others crust is thick and or floppy! Cheese tossed on top it's impossible to eat! All you get is the "massive slide'! I regularly go to Roma probably once a week and enjoyed it. Today I decided to eat inside. After ordering and paying, I asked where the restroom was. I was told that they don't have a public restroom. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left and gone elsewhere. Things like that make a lasting impression on me. Well, the sub is back to just a wrap in paper instead of the styrofoam container. I like that. Flavor is still good. Bun fresh and soft. The fries...wish they didn't have any seasoning on them. A bit too much for me, but acceptable. read more

Holy moly this was some GREAT pizza! Definitely on our list of new favorite places in Myrtle Beach!

I'm a fan of Roma, but my recent experience has soured me. I placed a delivery order through GrubHub. Roma pushed back the delivery time twice, and I want to be clear that this is not on GrubHub. In addition, I noted in my order that my pizza should have NO RICOTTA. And I wrote it 2x in capital letters. I also requested that they add toppings, which they did and charged me accordingly. So the pizza alone topped $30. When I finally got my pizza, it had ricotta. I sent Roma an email with photos to document this, noting that we were not willing to wait another 90 minutes to get our order corrected and that we despise ricotta so after we ate off the toppings the pizza went in the trash. Roma didn't respond, so we sent a follow-up. It's now been a week and we haven't gotten a response. I'm super disappointed in their customer service. read more

Good pizza but don't get the subs. They charge you for any extras that are included at other places-lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar! Each of these are .30 each, and the Italian sub was $13.60-it says $12.99 on the menu. The braed was doughy to boot. Publix makes a better and cheaper sandwich (5.99-8.49 usually, much better bread)-any toppings at the sub counter is free, even cheese! read more

I have always liked the food here and have never had issues until recently. The problem comes from delivery. The quality of the product is always bad and the last time my order took over two hours.The store manager only refunded half my money which was unacceptable to me as the food was pretty much garbage when it finally arrived. The chicken sandwich roll was soggy and the lettuce and tomato on it were so wilted that it was slimy not to mention the chicken itself being burnt. The fries of corse were soggy and cold and my beverage was completely missing. The fried ravioli was rubber like. The only edible item was the meatball sub. The driver apologized as he giggled and told me the previous driver had been pulled over and takes into custody for an outstanding warrant. I definitely didn't need to know that. Knowing the food obviously Sat was to long I'm unsure why they even bothered to bring it, they should have made fresh food and delivered it. It would have been a better decision. I will only ever pick up from now on if I ever decide to give them another chance. They should stop delivery service since they obviously can't handle it. read more
