    Stromboli
    Kaitlyn H.

Our waitress was very nice, but admitted to have quit a while ago, and that they were so short staff she got asked back. She was very personable. Drinks were good, we ordered the Sampler- the wings were cold, the burger buns were just not working for the little burger, Pierogies were alright, best part was the cheese cubes. For a meal I ordered the Stromboli, my boyfriend got chicken fajitas and my mom got a salad with shrimp. The food came out and was alright. My boyfriend ended up with chicken and my moms shrimp, so they exchanged shrimp to her salad. After I asked for a box twice and then ended up getting a box on our way out to put my food. I understand short staff currently, so it's hard to judge. The atmosphere of a sports bar is what we wanted. We will go back in hopes that things change around for them.

First time there just yesterday for dinner with my wife. Foods amazing and the staff is just as amazing. The Amish perogies are just phenomenal

3 Street Tacos with shrimp. Looks awesome, right?
    Simon M.

Firstly, I do admire that you bring your kids in to work to help out but they really should not be involved in food prep. $13.99 for three "street tacos with shrimp". Cold flour tortillas that were obviously just taken out of the bag. Some lettuce and three shrimp in each. It was so unappetising in every sense of the word. Maybe the other options are better but if you do not want to serve a certain menu item, and clearly that was the case here, then don't offer it. My advice about the street tacos - you should have left them in the street where you found them.

Wings were good but I ordered carrots and ranch with them..... Really?? They charged me for this?

Beer-Battered Banana Peppers This is what you get for $8 don't do it!
    Kimberly S.

$8 for a tiny portion of banana peppers? Picture posted above. Ordered based on reviews from other people. Horribly disappointed. Love the guiltless boneless and they were all small pieces too. Quality has gone way down hill. That''s gonna be a no from me dawg.

Cheese steak boils and wings are the best in town. Service could use some work depending on the bartender. I'd come again, great atmosphere.

Mom got the chicken sandwich and I got a summer salad with steak and raspberry vinaigrette. Ordered two soft drinks. Soups came out. They looked terrible. Tasted okay but not the best. Tasted like a frozen bagged soup. Mom's sandwich was decent but very spicy. My salad was awful. The steak was cold and raw. I thought maybe if I put the dressing on it maybe it would be okay. It was franks red hot not raspberry vinaigrette. I pushed it aside. Our drinks came after the food and our server never came back to check in. My mom shared her sandy with me. Sitting on the patio area was nice but the music was awfully loud. Wasn't a fan of that. I never saw our server again. I went to the host stand to ask for the check and told her if not paying for the salad. Wouldn't recommend this place. The food at best is what would would get at a concession stand at a water park. Over priced shit food. Terrible service

And the 5:30-7:30 happy hour is a huge deal! Also the mix of people is diverse - there were golf groups, including one doing a large tournament; a wedding; but then it's also a hot local scene as well with a vibrant night life. The golf "bays" too on the driving range were really cool. Finally service was consistently helpful and pleasant throughout the resort, including the restaurant.

We waited about 30 minutes just to get our drinks, and our food didn't arrive until about an hour after we ordered. Our server kept forgetting about us, even though the restaurant wasn't busy--there were only about three other families there. I had already signed up for the rewards app and had the code for my free appetizer ready to use, but no one acknowledged or accepted it. They didn't even mention it until after we had already paid our bill. For nearly $75, the portions were also disappointing, especially the fries. When I got home and started eating the free appetizer, I found multiple pieces of plastic in the dip. I also noticed hair in several of the food items we were served. I spoke with the manager, but instead of taking my concerns seriously, her response was, "You got your food and you ate it," in a rude tone. That was incredibly unprofessional and made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, this was a terrible experience from the service, food quality, and the way my complaint was handled. I'm seriously considering reporting my concerns to the local health department because finding plastic in food and hair in multiple items is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. I'd give this experience 2 out of 5 stars.

They are a class act! Every staff member we have interacted with have all been professional & friendly. The restaurant has warm inviting decor & we love the bar area. The event planner was great to work. She had wonderful suggestions on menu & set up. We chose a brunch buffet & added some of their appetizers & fresh fruit. We had rave reviews from all who attended on the venue, staff & food. We will continue to dine here and would highly recommend the space upstairs for private events. We made reservations as we know it gets rather busy. Reservations are highly suggested for Friday / Saturday nights. Large parking area outback the whole is packed full, which is generally a good sign in a restaurant. We arrived and we're promptly seated and our waiter arrived to take our drink order shortly thereafter. I had a desert bloom and Bestie had a sangria, rum punch concoction. Desert bloom was delicious. Nice change for a margarita. For apps, I had the French onion soup, which was absolutely delicious perfectly caramelized, onions, nice baguette plenty of cheese. Topped with a crispy onion broth was flavorful. She had the burrata which was a meal in it of itself came in a large salad plate with dressed leaves and strawberries, and a side of crusty bread. For means I got the cioppino and she had the angel hair with shrimp. The cioppino came with a wonderful large slice of grilled bread with an Uni butter, which was absolutely delicious. The broth of that stew was absolutely AMAZING. So rich and flavorful I could've died on that alone. It was full of seafood..... crab, claws, shrimp mussels, fish it was more than enough for two meals. Crab claws were great. The one thing I didn't like. I expected crab claws, and even muscles in the shell. But the tails on the shrimp is frustrating for me, in any dish like that, but I survived lol. Bestie was smarter than me and asked if the shrimp and her dish came with tails on, they did. She then asked if they would remove the tails which the waiter said yes they would so she requested and they obliged. Even though we were stuffed, we want to try some dessert. She had the dark side of the moon cake, and I had the Greek Panna cotta. Both were absolutely delicious. The cake was rich chocolatey just everything you would expect from an overindulge dessert. The Panna cotta was absolutely the perfect ending to the meal. It was covered with a sour cherries and small almond cookies - wonderful, flavor profile - worked so well together. Service was friendly. Price point was amazing. My meal with a drink before tip was $58. For the quality and amount of food I had and considering the giant bowl of seafood stew it was a great value. First post is on our regular rotation for Friday night dinners I haven't tried their brunch. But if you haven't tried The First Post and are looking for something not necessarily upscale, but also not of the Chili's Applebee's vein, consider giving them a try out in East York.
