    Tomahawk Steak- perfectly done
    Carleen I.

The second visit was even better than the first! After my first visit, I knew I wanted to take my sister to Arrabiata. This time we decided to try the five-course prix fixe and wow... every dish hit. The service was smooth, the pacing was perfect, and the attention to detail showed from start to finish. The ambiance was no rush, and just the right energy for a slow, indulgent meal. We had the Burrata Caprese: Small bite, big flavor. We had the Caesar Salad and Insalata Mista, which were Fresh, creamy, and beautifully balanced. The dish of the day, ravioli, was perfectly rich without being too heavy. The star of the show was the Tomahawk steak, which was cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth. Creme Brule: Silky, vanilla-infused custard with a perfectly caramelized sugar crust. Just the right balance of sweet, creamy, and crisp. Second time in -- and somehow it was even better.

Dessert-Caramelized Pear Highly recommend this! It has a light creamy topping and the pear is cooked to perfection, soft and tasty .

Eric the owner/chef was very informative and helpful throughout the booking process. I messed up on our schedules and he helped me reschedule. The food was over expectations. Highly recommend to anyone that enjoys high quality ingredient and gourmet.

My husband and I went on a date night on Saturday and WOW! From start to finish the experience was amazing, everything we had was EXCELLENT! You will not regret coming here, I can't wait to come back! The chef, the staff, the food was all next level.

This was truly one of my favorite all time dining experiences. Chef Eric was phenomenal. He took such pride in his food and pleasure in providing us this incredible experience. We went with the Chef's choice five course experience and each course was a true pleasure. The tomahawk steak that was sliced and plated table side was the best steak I have ever had.

By far the best steaks, chef, service, and food in southern Utah, possibly in Utah! Eric, the chef/owner is a gem. The guy knows how to prepare perfect meats and food. Steaks are done to perfection with that crust that you never find anywhere else, especially in any typical "steakhouse". Be sure to get a reservation. It's in a nondescript strip mall, but don't let that fool you. The service and ambience and everything about Arrabiata is first class. Can't wait to go back. Definitely worth a slight diversion off the beaten path to Ivins for some of the most perfectly prepared food you'll ever find. The lobster raviolis are heavenly. Totally worth the price for an occasional meal that will amaze you with perfectly balanced flavors. AMAZING CHEF! Thank you Eric!!! Btw- don't skip desert- the crème brûlée is a don't miss. Be sure to tell Eric that Kurt is pleased that his grandmother taught him so well. :)

Outstanding food and wine. We really enjoyed this place. It says reservations suggested but it seems they are actually required. We lucked out because there were cancellations but be warned it's best to make one. We started with the house made burrata appetizer. Just fantastic. Try this if it's available. I've never had better burrata. Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and tart cherry tomatoes. Next, we ordered a bottle of Pinot noir as a compromise due to one diner wanting the branzino and the other the New York steak filet. Both entrees featured a side of house made ravioli, with an incredibly rich sauce. Fillings included lobster, mushroom and four types of cheese. In a word, fantastic. Service was great. Very friendly and personable with the chef coming out to tables to make recommendations and check how we were enjoying everything. Our server was very nice as well. We finished with a piece of cheesecake with fresh raspberries and blueberries and kind of wished that we had ordered a moscato or a shot of grappa, but we were down for the count. Quite a meal and in a charming room. Ambiance. Look, it's a tad old fashioned and dark and there is some of old timey Frank Sintatra stuff and yes, it's quite expensive. An Al Martino album would fit in perfectly here. And let's be honest, Frank Sinatra is no Al Martino. However, I would say that it's worth it and you should try this place for a special occasion. Ivins is lucky to have them.

Crème brûlée & Cheesecake for dessert. Everything is good here.

Hands down. The best food in St. George. You're going to get what you pay for. If you want good food, definitely come here.

Old school, fancy little Italian steakhouse - in a strip mall next to a gas station. ...and probably my most memorable restaurant meal ever!!! Filet was the best I've ever had, without doubt. Perfect technique and highest quality meat. I've eaten my way in steak across the country, at some of the best places. My New York strip, recommended by the chef, was possibly the best steak I've had at a restaurant - certainly one of the best, certainly with the best char I've ever had. Chef Eric is an absolute master of the pan sear. MARVELOUS! House-made mozzarella Di bufala in the buratta appetizer - he literally gets water buffalo milk and makes it - WOW!!! Pasta excellent. Nice list of Italian wines. Best creme brûlée I've ever had. Eric is a super direct and passionate guy and I was delighted to chat with him - on some pretty heavy topics! - and eat in his restaurant. I WILL return. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

The food was phenomenal! The flavor and preparedness of the meal was out of this world. Our experience here was one we will not forget, thank you Eric! Our group definitely had an experience of a lifetime. I cannot recommend this place enough. You must have reservations. No other place compares.

The burrata and caprese appetizer special

Having heard only good things about Arrabiata from some family and it being one of the few dining options in Ivins, we had to give it a try! We were not disappointed! The chef is very personable and talks to everyone and let me tell you he's a wizard in the kitchen. I'm not big on caprese salads and haven't really liked burrata that much but the caprese and burrata appetizer was amazing! I had more than just the obligatory bite much to my wife's dismay (she loves both caprese salads and burrata). It was delicious and definitely got things rolling for dinner. For the meal I ordered the aged del monico ribeye. It was the best steak I've ever had. It had a perfect crisp on the outside, and I mean absolutely perfect, and was a true medium rare on the inside. The meat was tender, delicious and seasoned just right. I'm still thinking about the salt crystals and the dynamic between the crispy outside and tender and juicy inside. The side of lobster ravioli could have stood all on its own and I would probably go back just for that! The sauce with the ravioli was to die for, very smooth and full of flavor. The dish altogether was a masterpiece. My wife had the chicken Alfredo and it was quite perfect. I had a small bite, needed to save room for my steak and ravioli! I can say that the Alfredo sauce and the chicken were both tasty and were everything that could be desired in a chicken Alfredo. The dessert was a perfect end to the meal. It was a a delight, a delicious hazelnut gelato with a chocolate ripple and little crispy pieces throughout. If you have been considering going, DO IT! Between the experience of actually getting to talk to Chef Eric and interact with him and have him take your order and cook your food to perfection and the food being actual perfection it's a MUST! The whole evening was the perfect date, we loved getting to know Chef Eric, listening to his stories and experiences and dining on his delicious food! Just make sure to make reservations on open table before, it is a very close knit experience and just like everywhere else they are running short staffed so can only accommodate so many tables at a time.

45+ Minutes in 100° Heat, Passed Over Repeatedly, Then Offered a High-Top for a Toddler…read more Our experience at George's today was so bizarre, frustrating, and poorly handled that I am still trying to understand how a restaurant could treat a family this way. We arrived as a family of three--two adults and our toddler--and were told the wait would be approximately 15-20 minutes. We were added to the waitlist and waited outside in nearly 100-degree heat. While we waited, several parties arrived AFTER us. We know this with certainty because we watched them walk in, add their names to the list, come back outside, and even chatted with some of them while we all waited. Then, one by one, those parties were called inside and seated before us. After the last of them was seated, I finally went inside and asked the front-of-house employee in the pink shirt whether we were even still on the list. She assured me we were and said we were "next." We then waited approximately another 10 minutes. By the time someone finally came for us, our supposed 15-20 minute wait had become 45-46 minutes. And somehow, that wasn't even the most baffling part. We were walked through the restaurant, past multiple empty, standard-height tables, and taken down toward the bar. We passed yet another regular four-seat table there. And then we were offered a high-top table. For two adults and a TODDLER. Our toddler had physically walked into the restaurant with us when we originally put our names on the list. There was never any ambiguity that we had a small child with us. No booster or appropriate toddler seating was offered at this high-top, either. We obviously declined. Expecting a toddler to safely sit at a high-top is not merely impractical--it creates a completely unnecessary fall and safety risk. We were then informed that if we wanted a normal table, we would need to wait another 10-15 minutes. At that point, I was genuinely stunned. We had already waited more than twice the time we were quoted. We had watched parties who arrived after us get seated ahead of us. None of those parties, to our knowledge, were forced to choose between an inappropriate high-top and an additional wait. And we could literally see empty standard tables. When we specifically asked about the empty four-person table near the bar, we were told we couldn't sit there because that server was having a very busy day and it would be another 15-20 minutes before she could take us. So let me understand this: your restaurant allowed a family with a toddler to wait outside in extreme heat for more than 45 minutes, repeatedly seated later-arriving parties ahead of them, finally brought them inside only to offer seating obviously unsuitable for a small child, and then--while empty standard tables were plainly visible--essentially told them to go wait some more? At what point does someone on staff recognize that something has gone badly wrong and attempt to fix it? There was no meaningful apology. No sense of urgency. No empathy. No attempt to problem-solve. No acknowledgment that the original 15-20 minute estimate had turned into 45+ minutes while other guests were seated ahead of us. What makes this experience even more uncomfortable is that we are a mixed-race couple. I cannot say why we were treated differently, and I am not going to make an accusation I cannot prove. But after watching multiple parties who arrived after us be seated before us, only to then be offered uniquely inappropriate seating for our family, I am left questioning why our family was treated differently. Was there some legitimate explanation that was never communicated to us? Was this simply extraordinary incompetence and poor management of the waitlist? Or was there another reason? I genuinely don't know. But the fact that your staff's handling of the situation left us even having to ask that question should concern management. We were patient. We were polite. We waited far longer than we were told we would. We stood outside with our toddler in nearly 100-degree weather and gave your staff every opportunity to make the situation right. Instead, we were met with indifference and a level of front-of-house incompetence that was astonishing. Restaurants get busy. Servers get overwhelmed. Wait estimates can be wrong. None of that explains why multiple parties arriving after us were seated first, why no one noticed or corrected it, why a family visibly accompanied by a toddler was offered a high-top, or why--after more than 45 minutes--no one seemed remotely interested in finding a reasonable solution. We ultimately didn't need special treatment. We expected competent treatment. We didn't receive it. Management should seriously review how the waitlist was handled today and speak with the front-of-house staff involved, because this was one of the most poorly managed and deeply uncomfortable restaurant experiences our family has had.

They also allowed numerous bills and that was another great surprise. I would highly recommend for large parties and don't be fooled by the amount of people waiting, the wait isn't very long! Enjoy!

Once upon a time there was a location in Bountiful and I worked there and got hooked on the bread…read moretwists. Now anytime I'm around one when they are open I have to go in for a twist. By far the best breadsticks and ranch anyone can find. The rest of the food is good too but these are my favorite. I made a stop specifically for the twists on my way back home to Arizona and the experience was so great from the friendly staff to the clean restaurant and the super hot and super fresh twists. Definitely always going to be on my list of places to go as long as they are open.
