Classic burger with fries.
Rose B.

Great service got seated almost immediately, good menu choices, and beautiful scenery whether indoors or outdoors, you'll be able to view the Ledges golf course and the red rock mountains. Had an amber ale and cheesy garlic bread with marinara dipping sauce. And let me tell you that was one of the best cheesy bread I've had in a long time. I had the classic burger with fries and that burger was huge and very tasty.

The service was a little slow but it was worth the wait. They have a lot of options to choose from. We ordered from the house we were staying at and had it delivered. I ordered the Asian lettuce wraps. They looked very nice and tasted good.

This is a great place for lunch especially if you are a golfer, the food is top notch and staff are very friendly. This is a great place for a larger party ! Five stars !

Views from the patio dining of the golf course and Snow Canyon.

Really enjoyed our lunch here. Split a Ruben sandwich which is one of my wife's favorite and she said it was good just not the best. Fries were very good and wedge salad was one of the best I've had. Prices reasonable. Views from outdoor dining excellent.

Eggs Benedict? Cooked all the way through. Totally ruined and disgusting.

First of all, I see them advertised all the time, so we went for brunch on Sunday and they said they're closed. Quite confusing, so I had to call and make sure they were open. We got there and waited about 5 minutes at an empty hostess stand, and after two people walked by and said they'd be with us, another one came out and said "ok, just go find a seat". Then about 10 minutes later some guy comes out with some water (doesn't ask if we want anything else to drink (probably because theres no drinks on the menu)) and takes our order. I ordered a southwestern eggs Benedict. It showed no meat on the ingredients but I asked anyway. He said no. Then comes back and tells me that it comes with sausage on it?? Glad I asked. (Time to fix your menu, especially the horrible font, guys) So the food comes out 25 minutes later and it's just corn and black beans and some other kind of salsa in it? And the English muffin was just covered in powder or corn meal. Most disgusting combo for an eggs benedict, but I gave it a shot and cut into it, and the eggs were COMPLETELY COOKED. And COLD. What kind of Benedict is that?? I asked the waiter what the heck is wrong with it and why it was cooked that way and he said he'd talk to the chef. Never did. Instead he came out with the check and made us pay the full price of the disgusting meal which was clearly not eaten. Never going back here again. Ever. I'd never recommend this place to anybody. Terrible service. Terrible food. Way too overpriced and pretentious.

Wrong, she chowed the whole thing. You had choice of soup or salad so I got the salad while the wife got the bison chili Something got messed up and all the food came out together. How do you mess up a simple cocktail?…read more For the last night in St. George, we decided to go to one of my parents' favorite places. The food is great. Based on that alone, I would give this place a 5, but unfortunately, everything else was below par. The service was slow, as was every other restaurant in St. George. I ordered a Manhattan, and lo and behold, I received some type of smoked old fashioned. When I asked for a new one, Dom, our waiter, said, "Sure, but you'll probably just get the same thing." That surprised me, and I was like, "Go talk to the bartender and see if they can make it." But Dom was pretty certain that, I'd get the same thing. So I ordered something else, and it came out fine. Dom, while new, was not a very good waiter and could use some more training in customer service and in cocktails. His attitude completely ruined the night.

This doesn't always mean great but we wanted to give it a try and we are glad we did. We started with escagot. They were very large and extremely tender. So many times a place will smother them with cheese and broil them to rubber. Not here. The garlic was fresh and not overpowering. The snails were definitely the star. One nice touch was the spoon they provided to scoop the garlic and butter onto the provided crustini. My wife ordered the Hungarian Tenderloin Goulash with Goat Cheese Spatzel. She describes the meal as "traditionally clean. All the flavors hit the right notes." I was between several choices. One was the Squid Ink Fruti De Mar. This dish restored my faith in the excellence Squid Ink pasta can be. Having traveled extensively globally, I can truly say I have never had better. The depth of flavor of the pasta grew with each additional bite. Then the seafood - it was evident that each type was cooked separately resulting in each being cooked tonight their optimum perfection. No over or undercooked here. Then the sauce. Not overpowering or over indulgent. Perfect. There is only one thing I will ding this restaurant on - its the wine list and wine prices. The list is lacking and could be much better to compliment to food. The prices for the wine don't match the value. Overall 9.8 out of 10. We will recommend ARAGOSTA and we will return.

My service and food were excellent! I had the pear purse pockets, a favorite of mine that I have not seen on a menu in years. I was very excited to see them on this menu!! The chef came out and spoke to me which was a nice gesture and much appreciated. They only serve wine and beer. They have a nice selection of wines and I don't know about the beer choices because I don't normally drink beer. I would offer a suggestion for the music. Spend the extra money and have the commercial free streaming. The ambience was great until the commercial interrupted the mood. Also, get rid of the dead green plant and pot to the left of the fireplace; it's a terrible eyesore. Overall I will definitely be back for some more purse pockets!

There are places you go... and then there are places that feel like you've finally come home…read more The Painted Pony is the latter. We adore slipping away for lunch and settling onto the patio, where the world softens--shade drapes gently overhead, birds sing as if they've been hired just for the occasion, and time... well, time slows down enough to breathe. The service is nothing short of immaculate--attentive in that quiet, effortless way that makes you feel seen without ever being interrupted. And the food... oh, the food. The bacon-wrapped dates must have been crafted in heaven... or perhaps meant for the gods and somehow gifted to us. The tuna melt was so transcendent I found myself wondering if I had ever truly tasted tuna before... or if I had just been living a lesser version of the experience all along. And the beef bourguignon... my heavens. It was as if your grandmother--if she were also a five-star chef--had been waiting for you, simmering something rich and soulful to welcome you back after a long journey. Even the tea felt royal... and the mocktails were so delightful, so thoughtfully made, that not once did we miss the alcohol. The Painted Pony isn't just a meal... it's a return.

From the moment we arrived, every dish was exceptional. The salad was fresh and beautifully prepared, the pork belly was absolutely outstanding, and the steak was cooked to perfection with the most incredible seasoning. Every bite was memorable. The biscuit was unreal--warm, comforting, and honestly one of the best I've ever had. What touched me most was the homemade ice cream. One spoonful instantly brought me back to childhood memories of my dad making homemade ice cream for us when we were kids. It was such a special and unexpected gift to relive those moments. But what truly made the evening unforgettable was our server, Parthee. She was absolutely amazing. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Ok, for the food, the fried pickles were the best thing we had, get those. Light and crispy batter with a decently thick pickle chip inside, really good. The food, fish and chips, spicy reuben, chicken sandwich, and bbq wings. Fish and chips, decent enough, nothing to write home about, delicate batter, great flavor. Spicy Reuben...what a trainwreck, the meat was stringy and annoying to eat. The sauerkraut was sweet? Just terrible. The bbq wings were as described, so not bad. The chicken sandwich was not great either, chicken was dry and kind of hard to eat. The garlic parm fries though? Amazing. Get those as your side. We also had the Guavala and the Hef, both were really good and a steal at $6 each. They also have a small store front with no prices, frustrating.
