We had a wonderful time at this restaurant, it was a beautiful location, and the food was excellent. We came on a whim as it was close to where we were staying with my cousin and he's a member. I enjoyed the Christmas decorations that were just going up and the fantastic view from the all glass wall facing the golf course, beautiful! Our service was excellent, and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience, except the chicken marsala. Unfortunately, it did not really taste as expected, the chicken was quite dry, and the portions were not for a adult male... other than that, a good time was had by all! Came here for Father's Day, and it sucked! No Father's Day menu or anything just basic Sunday brunch. We asked to sit outside because they typically have a nice patio and the weather wasn't too hot. The patio had trash on the floor, tables weren't wiped down, no flowers in numerous flower pots hanging on the pillars and you could smell the half empty pond/swamp...at least it masked the taste of their abysmal salmon topped eggs Benedict with hard poached eggs...seriously! The eggs weren't even runny and there was barely a drizzle of hollandaise sauce. My dad's pancakes came out cold so he let the waitress know and she brought out warm ones that seemed like they were old pancakes left under the heat lamp. 3 people, and $100+ poorer. Came for brunch yesterday. Kitchen was backed up so it was about an hour before we were served. I got the hole in one breakfast. And it was luke warm when I got it. My scrambled eggs looked like they were fried and broken up to scramble. My friends plates were also just luke warm as well. Not sure if I'll be back. Lovely venue, but food has gone from good to mediocre. We ordered 2 fish & chips. Server did her best, but our second order came out long after first entree was delivered and eaten! The place is usually dead and was during this experience....called ahead to see if the patio is dog friendly and was told absolutely. Show up with a quiet dog that just stood or sat by our chairs and didn't make a peep of noise but the waitress acted disgusted with us and the dog the entire time, like she didn't even want to breath the same air as us. First of all, I see them advertised all the time, so we went for brunch on Sunday and they said they're closed. Quite confusing, so I had to call and make sure they were open. We got there and waited about 5 minutes at an empty hostess stand, and after two people walked by and said they'd be with us, another one came out and said "ok, just go find a seat". Then about 10 minutes later some guy comes out with some water (doesn't ask if we want anything else to drink (probably because theres no drinks on the menu)) and takes our order. I ordered a southwestern eggs Benedict. It showed no meat on the ingredients but I asked anyway. He said no. Then comes back and tells me that it comes with sausage on it?? Glad I asked. (Time to fix your menu, especially the horrible font, guys) So the food comes out 25 minutes later and it's just corn and black beans and some other kind of salsa in it? And the English muffin was just covered in powder or corn meal. Most disgusting combo for an eggs benedict, but I gave it a shot and cut into it, and the eggs were COMPLETELY COOKED. And COLD. What kind of Benedict is that?? I asked the waiter what the heck is wrong with it and why it was cooked that way and he said he'd talk to the chef. Never did. Instead he came out with the check and made us pay the full price of the disgusting meal which was clearly not eaten. Never going back here again. Ever. I'd never recommend this place to anybody. The shrimp cocktail was also a big hit as was the the grilled wedge salad. We were there when the prime rib was the special and 2 of us had it and it was excellent. There really isn't anywhere in southern Utah that has a nicer ambience. Beyond that the food is excellent and the service has been outstanding. There has been a recent change in management and it can only improve in already nice experience. I would definitely recommend setting a reservation. My wife got the New York Strip, which was huge. I got the Salmon (Oscar). Both meals were amazing. What pushed it over the top was the service. We were seated promptly at a nice table just inside from the patio, but with the large doors open, it was like being in the patio area, but a little cooler. All the staff we encountered were friendly and working hard to assist the guests. Our food, the Berry French Toast and Breakfast Pizza, was good and plentiful. I tried a piece of the hamburger and the meat was rancid. Had my husband taste it just to make sure and he agreed that the meat was rancid.
