From the time I entered the office everyone was professional, courteous and very welcoming. The front desk is very helpful, organized and friendly. The dental assistants and technicians were outstanding, as well. My name was even listed on the board of the office to welcome me to their practice. Their waiting room is clean and videos are very educational, too. Dr Reza reviewed my x-rays and suggested treatment(s). Everything was completely on board and I felt no pressure regarding his suggestions. The follow-up visit involved repairing (3) of my existing resin tooth fillings (which I already knew were an issue) which has now been completed and I can't be any happier with the outcome of my experience. The only suggestion that I have is that additional signing for the (2) entrances at the back of the building from the parking lot would be helpful. If you are looking for a dental practice in the Rancho Cucamonga area, I strongly suggest that you give Dr. Reza and his team consideration. Looking forward to my 6 month teeth cleaning visit. When I asked the front desk clerk whether patients regularly consumed them in the waiting room she confirmed that, yes they do. When asked whether the waiting room was regularly cleaned to assess how much of a risk my child was in sitting in the chairs, she said they clean once daily. The staff did not seem concerned about the risk to my child. They also did not seem educated in preventing allergic reactions for future patients. The clinic was clean and the staff were polite albeit uneducated in food allergies. Those with a tree nut allergy be warned.

At my last appointment, which was a cleaning with no x-rays, she never even came in to do any sort of exam or check up on how the hygienist did. Today I was informed as I'm sitting in the hygienist's chair that the doctor isn't even in the office, and that I can schedule a second appointment to discuss my concerns with her. When I set a dentist appointment, especially when it's x-ray time, I'm sorry if it's too much to expect I'm going to see the dentist - at my dentist appointment. I went ahead and let them do the cleaning, but I was furious. I did have a concern that I wanted to discuss, and talk about changing an old crown, something that would have brought in money for them, but now I'm on the hunt for a new dentist instead. If I take off work, what makes you think I'm ok with just getting half of the service done, and coming back again? My appointment is booked 6 months in advance. If the doctor schedules a vacation day, have the common courtesy to call the people scheduled that day and make sure they are ok with that, and give them the opportunity to reschedule. Unfortunately my wife has had a ton of work done on her teeth throughout the years. We've seen dentists who recommended doing a full mouth reconstruction $60k. She's had multiple root canals and crowns. We went to our normal dentist who said she needs a new crown because a cavity is forming. But we weren't sure. We heard about Kaio Dental from another dentist friend and drove the hour drive from OC to see him. Let's just say we found our new dentist and are willing to drive that hour every 6 months. Dr. Tram is amazing. He taught at Western so he's knowledgeable and skilled. He understands its a changing field and one way is not the correct way. He also knows that explanation to the patient is key. He actually explained to use and showed us with a CT scan why she should hold off on the crown. There was a possible infection in the root so he recommended the imaging being read by an endodontist because if he replaced the crown and introduced bacteria into the area, it may cause even more pain. Something we had no idea on. He has amazing ethics. Isn't in it for the money. Just wants to be a good dentist. He doesn't do same day crowns anymore as he said it's too rushed and he wants focus on the quality since he does it himself. Great team, great office, clean, good parking.

On the other hand his dental work on my loose crown was extraordinary fast and precise to the point I didn't need a root canal.
