I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience at IEOMFS, with Dr. Dudziak & also…read moreManny. I put off removing my 4 wisdom teeth for the last 5 years because I was honestly terrified. I am a mom of 3 so I was really scared to go under anesthesia and also had never had any kind of oral surgery. Fast forward my wisdom teeth were causing me so much pain it became unbearable. My dentist referred me to IEOMFS for a consultation. Dr. Dudziak was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Kate was very kind and Manny was absolutely amazing. They both recognized how anxious I was the day of my procedure. Manny started talking to me about other things to get my mind off the procedure while Kate got me hooked up to nitrous oxide. I am not kidding you as strange as it sounds from that point on I had a blast. I couldn't stop laughing. Manny was so sweet and funny and kind. Dr. Dudziak came in and gave me my IV (he was fantastic at administering that as well) and he answered my questions I had prior to my procedure. From that point forward all I remember is waking up and it was all over with. (I know I was pretty silly on the nitrous and they were all so kind and funny and patient with me which I am so grateful for). I asked Kate to see my teeth that were extracted and she was kind enough to show me too which was really neat to see. I woke up so happy and relieved that I finally had gotten my wisdom teeth taken care of .. no pain or memory of the extractions/coronectomies at all whatsoever. To whoever is reading this review that needs their wisdom teeth taken care of: please just get it done and over with - and make sure to get it done here if you want a seamless experience. Do not wait like I did - the procedure and recovery really truly is not bad at all and wasn't scary at all. The procedure itself was actually enjoyable and the recovery has been more than manageable (even with me being 33 years old & having the possible risk of having a harder recovery at an older age.) I am currently on day 3 of my recovery and am already feeling so much better. I fully believe a huge contributor to this is because Dr. Dudziak is so incredibly skilled and gifted at what he does. (I have also religiously followed all of my post op care instructions they gave me). My experience with IEOMFS was all in all exceptional from the front desk, to the surgery, to my post op care as well. They are so incredibly thorough and on top on every single detail: - They sent in my prescriptions 5 days prior to surgery - called me to make sure I had them prior to surgery - answered all of my questions (I had way too many ) - gave me a ton of post op goodies (head wrap that holds cold packs that you can also use for warm packs, extra cold/warm packs, chapstick, a smoothie, a thank you card and other supplies for post op care). - The evening after my procedure I had a question about a prescription .. my husband left a message after-hours and they called him back quickly to answer the question even after-hours! -They called me day 2 to check in on me and see how I was doing. I have had 3 c-sections and never in my life have I experienced this kind of care and attention to detail pre op, during surgery or post op. Their service is top notch and so on point it's honestly amazing and deserves to be recognized. I have learned in life that there are certain things you truly do get what you pay for with (tattoos, car repairs and dental care). My experience and procedure I had done here was worth every single penny and I would choose IEOMFS and Dr. Dudziak a thousand times over. I will absolutely be referring all of my friends/family here and have already started telling the people I know that need their wisdom teeth taken care of to go here. A huge thank you to you all for giving me such an incredible experience I cannot thank you enough!! Every single one of you are absolutely amazing and I will forever be grateful for you and my experience at IEOMFS!

I was referred by Sacred Heart Dental Care by Dr. Leah Dayrit in Rancho Cucamonga at 2:30 pm for a 3 pm appointment with Dr. Matthew for a consultation. Dr. Dayrit took the time to call the clinic as she knew I was in tremendous pain. I got to the Inland Empire Oral Surgery clinic at 3 pm. I checked in and I was surprised that all my paperwork, insurance verification etc. were already completed. I waited for a few minutes and was taken in for X-rays and was guided to my surgery room. Vital monitors were placed and my blood sugar was taken and my prescription medication was assessed for potential risk to the procedure. All of this was done while the whole staff were on headphones coordinating status of their divisions or responsibility for metrics of performance. It was an amazing experience - I felt comfortable to be in the chair knowing that I would be in good hands based upon the pre-surgery experience. My dental assistant was seasoned and kind while explaining and guiding me through the process which helped me manage my expectations and not be in the dark. The finale' was my experience with Dr. Matthew. His process exemplified what the presurgery experience was. Constant communication with me one everything that I am experiencing and provides real time feedback back. It just made me so at ease and definitely reduced my anxiety. Let's just put it this way, I came in anxious and in pain and came out happy and relieved - all in less than two hours. I was even escorted out to the exit door. My heart's with you - so to all my fellow Yelper foodies - this is the place to go so we can continue to be Foodies.

I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at Barosum Dental in Upland. My experience…read moreleft me feeling unheard, misdiagnosed, and ultimately traumatized. While I was out of town on July 12, 2026, I developed severe pain on the lower right side of my mouth. As soon as I returned, I scheduled an emergency appointment for July 15. I also had a previously scheduled deep cleaning appointment for July 16. During my emergency visit, the female dentist appeared to minimize my concerns. Instead of focusing on the area where I was experiencing pain, she asked whether I had seen an endodontist for a referral from a year earlier and questioned a shadow in my gums that had existed for over 30 years on the opposite side of my mouth. I requested X-rays, and a 360-degree scan was performed. After reviewing the images, she told me everything looked fine, that I had no cavities, gave me Sensodyne toothpaste for tooth sensitivity, and said I was cleared to proceed with my deep cleaning the following day. Later that same day, the office coordinator called and told me they wanted me to see the endodontist before my cleaning. I went to the appointment, and within five minutes the endodontist identified a cavity. My primary dentist confirmed the finding and recommended that my wisdom tooth be extracted. I was extremely upset that my condition had been missed during my emergency visit. I asked to speak with the female dentist who had evaluated me, but she was unavailable. I scheduled the extraction for July 17, 2026. Because I had previously had a successful experience using nitrous oxide during another tooth extraction, I requested it again to help manage my anxiety. I was numbed for the procedure and was told I was receiving nitrous oxide, but I never felt its effects. I noticed the dental assistant was on the phone for much of the procedure, and it appeared that no one ensured the nasal cannula was properly positioned. I informed both the oral surgeon and the assistant that I did not feel like I was receiving the nitrous oxide, but my concerns were dismissed. I remained anxious throughout the procedure, and the extraction was ultimately unsuccessful. I left the office emotional, traumatized, and deeply disappointed. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. As healthcare providers, listening to patients is essential. I repeatedly expressed my concerns and felt they were ignored every step of the way. I will not be returning to this office. I also plan to verify that my insurance was not billed for procedures that were not completed, including the deep cleaning and the unsuccessful tooth extraction. I hope this review encourages the office to improve communication, patient care, and attention to patient concerns so that others do not have a similar experience.

This review has been in my drafts for quite some time and I've been on the fence about posting it,…read morebut here is our experience...the good and the bad and the wtf. My son was referred to Chino Valley Oral Surgery by his orthodontist for impacted wisdom teeth removal. He was able to make an appointment for a consultation followed by the surgery to be done on the same day. One thing that I found odd was that he never got a reminder call or confirmation regarding his appointment, so I had him call the day prior to he sure he was scheduled. On the day of the appointment (consult and surgery) Dr. Lee was thorough and informative during the consultation, and gave us the opportunity to ask questions we might have. We then met with the office manager Leticia, was very understanding, knowledgeable and helpful in sorting out our insurance and billing. Then my son went into surgery, which was very fast. Post procedure, Dr. Lee met with us and said it went smoothly. My main issue is with the back office staff/dental assistants...they obviously did not communicate with each other and both were rushing to get us out. My son was still very sedated from the surgery and could barely keep his eyes open. One staff gave me VERBAL post op instructions and a small baggie with 4 pieces of gauze, saying it would be enough (which it wasn't, as my son had quite a bit of bleeding afterwards) and that she would change the gauze in his mouth before we go (didn't happen because another staff member walked us out to the car). In my past personal experience with wisdom teeth extractions, and knowing that food particles can get stuck in the gum pocket, I asked about flushing the extraction sites with a syringe and was simply told NO. Then a second staff member approached us and said "see you next week" assuming we already had an appointment, but in fact did not. She rolled her eyes & quickly returned with an appointment card, did not give me an opportunity or ask what day or time would work for us. She then proceeded to direct & walk us to the exit & to our car, and it happened so fast that I didn't even get a chance to ask about the gauze change. For quite some time, we were worried about dry socket, as my son complained of pain, still had some bleeding, and had difficulty eating solid food for several days after the procedure. However, at the follow up appointment, one week later, we were told everything was healing and there was no infection; and my son was given a syringe for flushing the extraction sites.
