Thankfully the owner was willing to void the whole transaction for the inconvenience, but the experience was still not great overall. My friends and I came in initially looking for a bathroom and ended up buying a few snacks. They have a decent selection of stuff HOWEVER, I will straight up say it. Unless you're White, the owner and his will watch you like a hawk as you make walk around. One of my favorite spots! I love this store and I have been a customer for as long as these owners first came to town. The owners have always been kind to me and my family. They greet us on arrival and are sure to say goodbye when we leave. The prices are expected for a small town liquor store but it is far better than driving across the mountain to Stater Brothers when you just need something small. This store is well stocked with a lot of great things including drinks, snacks, and even some last minute snow gear if you need it. My car broke down in front if this place. I asked the owner if I could pay her to park there until it got towed. Without wasting a second, she yelled that my car would be towed soon and that she didn't need my money. I said sorry to bother you and walked out, then she yelled that her husband would call the tow truck any minute. To be honest I would give this place negative stars. We had two cars and pulled into the parking, got out to walk in ready to buy a bunch of things. Lady working there immediately comes out and says we can't park here costumers only, but we responded that we are customers and would like to purchase snacks. She said no and pointed to the other stores nearby as if we weren't allowed for no apparent reason. So why give our business here? If you're looking for cheaper prices set your expectations straight, waste an extra 10 dollars in gas and drive to stater brothers. Went today to browse what they have so we can buy snacks. My wife and I walked outside to talk what we saw and what we wanted. Once we decided, we started walking back. The owner is outside painting the parking stalls. He looked at us and yelled "are you buying or not?" Then he proceeded to call my wife a b!tch. I then proceeded to tell him off. Called him names and that I appologize even if it was called for. Avoid this establishment. Very rude and unprofessional. Theres a few convenience stores just before or after in the highway.
