This review is for the service department, specifically....we had an amazing time with the sales department...lol, go figure, right? When we sat down with finance we were talked into the "bumper to bumper no worry policy" we were very interested in this because we chose to lease...I even reiterated to ensure that it covered EVERYTHING and we were told this was the most advanced package and we had "NOTHING " to worry about, so we said definitely! A year before our lease was up we were visiting family in another state and someone vandalized the car, we called and were told this was NOT covered within the scope of our warranty. After go back and forth and heated discussions and LOTS of frustration we were to be out of pocket. We spoke with our advisor, Jim, and he quoted us a price and stated it needed to be ordered and it was more involved than what WE thought there was....he quoted us 85$. I spoke to my son who works on all of his own cars and said lemme look into this, he checked his sources and found out that we HAD to go thru Cadillac to get this and he called Arrowhead and was quoted 33...he told them we would be in to pick it up, he was told it was in stock. We went, got the part from the parts department and had it installed in seconds....where did the 85$ come into place??? I believe he was trying to pocket some $$$ out of this transaction....just saying read more

My wife and I referred our son to Arrowhead Cadillac to buy a car in July. We were told we would get a referral bonus from his deal of $200, yet we are still waiting for a check. Johnny Sanders our sales agent was great about getting our son's information for buying his vehicle. We even bought a vehicle two weeks later. Service for selling the car is top notch. Expect a check for referral...you get the run around. First, Johnny told use that he was waiting for the deal to be funded. Weeks go buy, our son makes his first payment and still no referral check. Ask about it, Johnny tells us they sent the check. We never received it. Inquire about the check after checking the mail again, Johnny tells us "I will have them cancel the check and cut a new check which I will put into your hands on Monday or Tuesday, but I will get it to you even if I have to drive it to you." No check. That was last month. I decided to go over his head and speak with the finance department and spoke to the head of the department, Barbara Mason. I explained the problem I was having with Johnny and our referral check and she sounded as if she understood. Told me "She would get my son's information and my information and if there were any problems she would call me back, otherwise the check would be FedEx to me." That was a week ago. Call back with the status and was told that the accounting department is doing their end of month accounting and should be done soon. Today, I call the Barbara Mason back and now I'm told the "General Manager needs to take care of the issue and he is not in and she does not know his schedule." So, that means it will be a month of Sundays before I get my check, as the General manager just never seems to be in. This dealership is happy to take your money and get those cars out the door, but its been 3 months and I still have no check and no resolution to this problem. I won't refer any more of my friends or relatives to Johnny or Cadillac Arrowhead anymore. The family talk when you buy a car from them is BS if you ask me. I am very skeptical of dealerships after a few bad experiences. I decided to start looking for a upgrade for my wife and find something a little more upscale. I reciently saw a great deal on a SRX at Arrowhead Cadi and decided to just give it another run. I Worked with Christian on the sales floor and was able to work out a deal with him and sales manager(forgot his name). We were able to work out a good price on a used SRX. The experience was great and I didn't have to do the back and forth haggling garbage most dealers make you go through. Buying a car can be annoying and stressful however they have a calm relaxed "let's help you attitude" unlike other dealers I have worked with in the past. The experience was even more surprising when I then bargain to work with the finance manager Tim who refused to let me leave with out a warranty. NO he was not pushy but took the time to help give examples of possible repairs a vehicle with the technology could encure. After I refused he then decided to make it worth my while but splitting the cost of the warranty and taking a hit on the dealers end then let me have to worry about expensive repairs later down the road. Hopefully others get the same respect and service I received on my visit and write down how well this dealt operates. Service Advisor was poor, uncaring and didn't keep us posted on the service being done. We were over the estimated time for the repair and was told that he didn't have anyone to work on the car the first hour it was in the bay. But yeah! Replaced Service Advisor with a new Service Advisor, Jim Buchner recently. He is professional, caring, and friendly. Been with company a long time. Ask for him. read more

After 2 days of dealing with these people, I have found that they may be the most unethical group of people to ever work in the car business. Cadillac should seriously consider removing its brand from these people. We were working on purchasing a vehicle, and the first salesperson; warm and uber-friendly offered to bring the vehicle to us, so we made plans to do so, then sends a pathetic response about how his "manager won't let him". After discussing it with my wife, we decided we would enter negotiations again, and work in good faith to purchase the vehicle. The buyers' order they sent over had $10,000 more for the vehicle than the $12,000 over they already disclosed. The new salesperson was trying to explain to us how thin plastic is worth $6000 and they failed to disclose $4000 in other added accessories. Times must be rough for them, as they try to extract as much revenue for each vehicle purchase. Then as I'm in good faith continuing to work the deal with the salesperson, they inform me that they sold the same vehicle that we were in good faith working on to another customer. They never disclosed another party was looking at or interested in the vehicle or gave an opportunity for a rebuttal bid. Absolutely unethical and the most disgraceful business tactic I've ever come across. When the market turns back and they start calling and harassing you for business, make sure you take care of the dealerships that operate with integrity and honesty and leave these guys in the dust. read more

In addition, he reviewed and assisted my husband a couple of days later with the same review and personalized service. There were some take away promises and he followed up on every one of them. He was able to ship the car to us and it was worth every minute to buy the car from out of state and wait for it. You could tell he takes customer service to a superior level from the special keychains, cadillac emblems on the side like no others and even a gift card because they forgot to fill it up. I didn't notice the incorrect tires on the car until after the deal was done. When I brought the discrepancy to their attention, the sales manager told me; if I have triple A towing, I would be ok. I will never go to another dealer in my life!!! We purchased our first Cadillac about a year ago. I priced them out for about a month throughout AZ before deciding to purchase. Not only were they most competitive on price but Joe was so down to earth. No pushy sales man just a normal guy taking care of his customers and doing what is right. That was about a year ago. A week or so ago I had to make my water pump replaced. It's a used vehicle and we live in AZ so it wasn't a huge surprise. I was devastated because I work a very demanding job. Jim in service was awesome tho! He made sure my vehicle was towed and since I had it towed late at night he ensured it was secured over night. I was back on the road the next afternoon. Wow.. don't know where to start with the service section of this dealership. Every time I would take my car in, 24hours later my car would have to go back to the shop because they messed something up with it ( not the original issue ie oil change). If it's replacing a part in my car that wasn't the original issue, from missing a wire plug after getting it etc. Too many wrong things happened with my car there. Don't get me started with management, never had I ever experienced a manager like Steve, who is ok to yell at his customers on the phone. He yelled at me and my response was, "Clearly I can't communicate with you because you're going off on me...". If you look at my archives you can see all the repairs they have to done. Clearly my experience last month will be the last, EVER. Sucks that I would have to drive further to a dealership, considering this one is the closest to my home but now I want to drive 30+ mins. Oh and don't think that their compliance will do anything about your experience. Had some one from their department contact me via email, I emailed back and they never called me regarding the issue. Tried escalating the issue that same day, didn't hear back as well. Clearly they don't care about their customers!!! Goodbye!!! read more

That's what I was told by General Sales Manager, Ken Welsh during a phone conversation after posting my one star rating of the dealership on YELP earlier this month. My experience with this dealership was great! They took care of some cosmetic issues of a brand new vehicle I purchased and addressed them promptly and free of charge. Mr. Eric Zimmerman goes above and beyond as a general manager to ensure you're satisfied to your liking with your new purchase. To have a general manager make time for you to speak personally and talk about any concerns and offer resolutions really said so much about his mission with customer service in mind. Miss Barbara Mason from finance also works with you when doing the paperwork to finance your vehicle and she works with you to ensure that you have a good payment and are able to take advantage of the extra services they sell. Miss Elysia (hope I spelled it right) from the parts boutique is a genius when it comes to showing you how to use your new car and what parts to order as add-ons such as all weather mats and more. Truly exceptional when she takes time out of her day to ensure you understand how to use your new car. She did this for me even though she was supposed to leave for the day and I appreciate that. She also helped me ordering parts for my car to add-on and made the experience flawless using some of my GM rewards. Mr. Robyn Schulter is a person who made my experience even better by ensuring I understood the difference between some cars I was looking at and he's very nice. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got what I wanted and he explained in detail during his busy day everything that I wanted to know about the cars comparing them side by side. He had me in his office and wrote down part numbers for me and helped me make the decision and offered solutions to resolve anything even though he was not in those departments and that means a lot to me. I definitely know that they have earned a customer and I hope to stay in the Cadillac family for a long long time. Mr. Steve Henley was very nice, and he's the type of salesman who won't push you to do a deal immediately and will let you think about it. Very professional and knowledgeable and looked for answers on things he did not know. He also always offers me lunch or something from their yummy food they offer and is attentive. My husband and I bought a used 2013 SRX from Arrowhead Cadillac and have a fantastic experience. So, in 2020 when my husband thought we needed a new vehicle, he went right to Arrowhead and bought a beautiful new XT5. Of course, every "extra" offered was purchased and we financed the "extras" right in with the other amount we financed. Fast forward to December 2020 and my husband unexpectedly died and I was faced with living on half the income I previously had. I had to sell the XT5, which I did. I was advised to call the dealership about the partial refund I thought I should have gotten on the "extra" gap insurance and mechanical warranty (or whatever it was called). So, I "chatted" on line with someone and they promised me that a general manager would call me the next day. No call, so a week or so later, I called yet again and did the "chat" on line - again I was reminded of their normal business hours and was told that someone would call me the next day during "normal business hours" - that was at least 10 days ago. I still haven't heard a word. I'm beginning to doubt that I will ever recover any portion of the $5000 these two "extras" cost us. So, to compound the problem, I needed to have a little touch up done on the lift gate where I had skinned the paint a little with the garage door. Again, I was told by the service department that they would make an appointment for me with the "touch up" guy that came out of Tucson every Thursday so that he could do the touch up professionally. They told me how much it would cost and I gladly agreed to pay it for the people that bought the vehicle. That was about four Thursdays ago - I've not heard another word -- I do have the people that bought this care thinking I'm an absolute liar because I assured them that Arrowhead Cadillac was always so good and so prompt about getting things done. I know you probably don't care, Arrowhead, because without my husband, I won't ever be able to afford another Cadillac, so why should you bother. ok -- so it's a dealership service center right? just a GM corner of the world to take your money and leave you 'needing more' (more money or more repairs) ....right?? NOPE! Lund has always taken GREAT care of my car. I have a little Saab and well, truth be told, it's needed a few repairs, one being pretty significant ....regardless i still LOVE MY SAAB! Each time I have taken my car in, the service writers (Phil / Steve) have been GREAT! They are helpful and know the vehicle -- they always makes sure i'm in/out of there as promised. Their estimates are fair (i've compared them with others!!) and actually Lund tends to come in even less than they originally quoted. Not sure about you but i'd rather be happily surprised with a smaller bill. When I pick up my car, I get a very detailed walk through of what they serviced, what i need to look out for, etc. I also always return home in a very well cleaned car! (nice little perk!) Prior to the economic bust - they gave me a free rental car each visit (all varieties of Saabs and even a CTS). That totally ROCKED ...but now, they only have the van service, which is still good - prompt, clean and courteous. The waiting area has a variety of drinks/ snacks and tv / magazines to keep you entertained. Not the crazy "spa, movie theater, yoga, tech center" auto mall thing --but it serves me just fine!! Always a danish or a bagel to be had -- even cookies / ice cream and pop corn !!! (ohhh it's a party over there!!) hehehe but seriously, i don't need to have my car repair bill to be more expensive so it can cover the yoga instructor or the spa service expenses -- i just want my car taken care of. Maybe it's a Cadillac Hummer Saab thing - but I am a LOYAL LUND fan! just sayin read more

Experience was not as good as the first Cadillac I bought from here. The sales person didn't have knowledge of the vehicle or was lying to me. Two examples of this was i asked if it had magnetic ride he said yes and apple carplay, he also said yes. Well after buying the car and reading through the manual it has neither of these options. I was very disappointed. Also the last time I purchased from here we got a little git box with some Cadillac swag this time nothing, I had to ask and got a chuckle, like he thought i was kidding. read more

Took my '95 ETS to Lund Cadillac to have the AC recharged this January. Had to wait over 2 hours to get an estimate that came back at over $2k because of a leak that would require major replacement costs. As I'm a snowbird I didn't want to spend 1/2 the value of the vehicle on the A/C so I left without the service being completed. Fast forward to Nov - I'm back in town, take the ETS to a small service shop and get the A/C recharged for $205, leak was in the service port(think tire valve stem). Boo-hisss Lund service dept. for trying to do major surgery where a simple fix was all that was needed! read more

Jocelyn Nunez was very unprofessional on my visit to the service center. I dropped off my car on a friday, Klaudia Graves has always been very nice and provided me with the best service. When I drop off my 2015 Escalade, I usually get an Escalade as a loaner, when available. On this visit there was not one but 4-5 Escalades parked out front with "courtesy vehicles" on the back windows. Jocelyn told me that I could not have the Escalade because they were not washed, I stated that I would take it as is. She declined my offer and brought out a smaller model Cadillac (CT5). When the smaller Cadillac came out it was not only dirty but had bags of open potatoe chips in the front. I removed the chips and gave them to Jocelyn. I left and later during the day wanted to load the back seat with items I had purchased. To my surprise, there were bags with used diapers in them and empty chocolate milk cartons all over yet floor. But wait there's more, the next morning, I turned on the car and the transmission light came on. The car did not run properly and I had to call Cadillac to come tow the vehicle away. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at Arrowhead Cadillac. I have serviced my Escalade at this dealership since it opened. The remainder of the service department has always provided me with impeccable, Cadillac like, service. But a department is only as strong as its weakest link and Jocelyn Nunez is that link. She made sure I didn't just have a bad day but a horrible weekend. And I am seriously contemplating taking my vehicle somewhere else the next time it needs to be serviced. read more

They go above and beyond for their customers. My service advisor is Todd. I needed to bring my car in yesterday but they did not have a loaner car. Taking your car to Tony Grova is like finding best doctor. The waiting area have so many amenities who would want to leave. Problem was diagnosed quickly and the parts were ordered. Unethical! Deceptive! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD . A nice showroom and waiting area can not replace honest business practices. Did not disclose obvious damages to either of two vehicle we bought or mention one had major body work previously with aftermarket parts. When damage was noticed the company declined to do the right thing. Misled by a smooth talking salesman Frank who worked us over for five hours until the building closed and other staff left. We specifically requested Navigation in the SRX we wanted to purchase. We were tricked into believing it had Navigation and turned out it only had a free trial of OnStar. As soon as he got us to say ok, he ran off and we were shuffled to Finance where they spent the next hour and a half trying to upsell our contract Gave us less than 50% of value for vehicle bought 3 1/2 years prior. When we asked to correct the issue about no navigation the General Manager Rick Meewes would not take our call and deferred it to one of his associates who basically told me that I was out of luck and I was lucky they gave me the price on the cars that they did. My wife and I have spent over $100,000 on vehicles from this dealership. You think they would respect their customers more?? Only plus for this dealership has been Todd in service who has always been very helpful and forthright. Get your car fixed here but NEVER BUY HERE read more

Getting no where with the people in the service department. My 2016 Escalade has a major safety issue in that it automatically breaks in reverse where there is no obstruction in sight, which sends a violent jolt throughout the vehicle. This has been an ongoing issue that at first the department seems eager to resolve, but it has been weeks and I am getting no return calls. read more
