Sadly I have been shopping here for about the last year. There seems to be some type of attitude within the motorcycle dealership community because people feel like if they're going to ride a motorcycle they must have an attitude. I have had very poor customer service from parts all the way up to management, there are two gentlemen there that have good attitudes but other than that the rest are garbage. They treat you like you are annoying them and they hand you stuff and don't say a word it's really terrible. They just don't take the extra time. Service is not much better, I was a mechanic for 16 years I went in there and told them my front wheel bearing was going out, they gave it back to me and said I don't know what I'm talking about and there's nothing wrong, two months later I was broke down on the side of the road with my wheel bearing completely shot. Sounds like someone else doesn't know what they are talking about. I don't have much faith in this location and I will be dealing with another Harley location moving forward! I absolutely cannot speak for sales because I have never bought a bike from them as I bought my bike from a different dealer but this is my experience with parts and service. read more

Well I walked in and felt the tension in the air. The motorcycle sales guys looked me up and down, like I did not belong. Not one person said hi except for the women. I ignored it and carried on my way. I purchased the items I wanted and the women in clothing were great and very helpful. On my way out the sales guys are standing in the entrance way, I say excuse me and get the look like I impeded their space. Like they are Gods and I need to bow down. They slightly move out of my way so I need to squeeze between them and the motorcycles. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Sorry to say but I would never buy a bike from them. I am not even sure I would ever come back to this HD dealership. I gave it two stars because the women were actually worth a crap at this place. Very disappointed!!!!! As I sit here I got more aggravated. I wanted to say something to the manager but he was probably one of the doofuses standing in the way being disrespectful. Unless you're a rich weekend warrior don't bother with this dealership. I was in contact with a rep about doing a trade in. Was looking for a zero down swap considering I have a 2020 with 20k miles and wanted an older bike that was less than $10k. I just kept getting steered away from the motorcycle I wanted and pushed to buy a newer one. So I played along. The rep (wasn't the one I had been in contact with) I was dealing with was nice and seemed cool except for the pushing me into something I really didn't want to do with a very vague bullshit explanation. It seemed like the rules were changing every five minutes. My credit score is quite good but in the end this condescending young man comes out to tell me I would need $10k as a down payment or a co-signer. Ummm... wow. Ok. I've paid into HD financing over $17,000 for a $13,000 motorcycle. I pretty much felt like I was told to fuck off. So.... I'm supposed to pay off my entire loan then buy a bike from them and get nothing for my trade. Clown shoes. Also, they really should clean up the used bikes on display. Several were filthy. The service Department worked on my 03Roadglide 9-29-22.They have done a lot of work over the years for me.They do great work on my bike.This visit was replace intake seals and and tighten battery cables.When i picked up my bike it was so clean and polished it looked like it was brand new and it runs great!Alex the manager and Brian the tech are fantastic.I think Arrowhead has some of the best Harley mechanics in USA! So, I bought my first motorcycle about two months ago from Arrowhead Harley. I purchased the extended warranty and prepaid service. My Bikeis a 2012 softail. It had about Close to 18,000 miles on it. I took it in for the required 20,000 mile service last week. I drop the bike off and the Will the service technician (who was awesome) asked me if I wanted to upgrade to full synthetic oil for $40. I said yes, it totally makes sense for the health of my engine. As we are going through the check in process, taking pictures, the technician notices that my brake light is not working using the rear brake. I told him that one of the first things I did when I bought the bike was upgrade my headlights and tail lights to LED for better visibility to traffic around me. I noticed at that time that the brake light did not work when using the rear brake. Again, this is my first motorcycle and I just did not know whether that was normal or not. They take my bike and later on that day I get a phone call from Frank . Frank tells me that my brake switch is bad and it will cost me $150 to fix it. I told him it had never worked and I had only had the bike for two months and also that I had the extended warranty. At first he told me I didn't have the warranty and after he did some research he noticed that I did. So now with the warranty it's a $50 deductible. I mentioned again that it had never worked and he just glossed it over that if I wanted it fixed it would be 50 bucks. I'd begrudgingly agreed to get it fixed because obviously it's a safety issue. The next day I go pick up my bike and I am looking at the bill and they charge me $75 extra for the oil change. I told the guy, Aaron, that I was told $40 for the upgrade to synthetic. He just shrugged his shoulder says he's sorry that I was told that but it's $75. Now they've got my bike held hostage if I don't pay. We start going through the paperwork and they charged me for 8 quarts of oil! I ask him if that's right, because I drove a pick up truck for 27 years and it only took 5 quarts for a big V-8. Aaron then asked me what year my bike was, I told him 2012 and he said oh that's a mistake, he's really sorry, he doesn't know how that happened. So now I just feel like these guys are just trying to rip me off. I appreciate that they did the service on my bike, but I feel like they should've eaten the $50 on the warranty issue, because I have only had the bike for two months and I also feel like they should've honored the $40 for the upgrade to synthetic. The receipt showed that each quart was $16, But when they took the three cords off, they only took nine dollars off a quart. I don't know if that is Harley Davidson math or new common core math, but all I knew is that I just wanted to get my bike out of there. If you're reading this and you do business with the service department at Arrowhead Harley, make sure you read everything to make sure there are no "mistakes". Over the weekend we went to another dealership for a "party". While we were there we looked at the new bikes available for sale. We found the same exact bike we bought earlier this year at Arrowhead. It had a giant sticker on it that said reduced $1000! When we looked at the price the marked down price was almost $2000 more than we paid at Arrowhead. So we got a better price and great customer service. Sounds like a win to me! A friend of our recently purchased a new bike and he had the same experience we did. He was impressed with the fact that when he wanted to see the bike in the sun no one hesitated to roll the bike outside for him to see. Our sales guy Stacy is always available for questions. I recently took my harley in to get a few things fixed and have an engine upgrade done and they broke it while performing the upgrade, long story short not only did they fix all my issues under warranty and get my upgrade done properly they ended up discounting the work done because of the headache, honestly i was ready to go somewhere else and put them on blast but they took care of it, cleaned her up pretty amd she runs great, i will keep spending my money there and will make sure my friends know its a stand up dealer read more

I purchases a 2018 Harley Breakout, the buy went well. Tori was my sales person, she was very friendly and helpful. I really wanted the 2023 Breakout however we did not meet with terms. I received the bike when they were detailing it I notived under the seat framer are was really dirty. I paid a $1300 reconditioning fee. The bike was delivered I was looking over the bike, the oil was low 1 quart, the underneeth of the bike was really filthy like they drove it through mud and sand. I pulled a spark plug it had oil. The bike went back to the dealership several times. Nick the GM gave me a 1 year warranty, I purchases an additional warranty. I contacted Tori, as I was not happy with the bike and how it was delivered and dfid not want any problems in the future. We were able to make a deal on the New 2023 bike thed 2nd choice I wanted. I asked about my warrenty refund, the Finance Manager was not sure how he was going to refund me the money as he said it was negative? BS me, first he said I would have a 5 year maint warrany than it went to a 3 year with my $750? he told me he was giving me it at cost, he lied to me as previously he told me the prices at cost. tyhe bike was delivered. Tori texted me asked me if I needed anything to call her. She was nice and wished me a Happy Bday. I texted her later to ask for a touch up pen as I thought to be a chip in the rear fender. She said they could not give me one? She later saiud she was not at work to contact a manager as she was frustrated and did not want to be bothered. I lost alot of money on my trade and did not receive my $2000 rebate and they did not want to refund me my $750m from my first purchase. and this wa how I was trated. She tole me to call a Manager, after I repliefd the bike was delivered and I had it less than 24 hours. I called Nick, he told me they did not have abody shop and would check the cameras. Like I was lying I did not even ride the bike yet and was kind of being a smart ass about it. Really check the cameras, I just purchases almost a 27K bike! I wiped it down as I was talking wiuth him it rubbed off. I noticed ther tires had the same dirt. I asked Tori about my $300 on install and my $120 in Clothing like the first bike she said there was no room for it. BS, any dealer everytime I purchased a New bike they always treated this as a new purchase, this was very sad especially after everything I went through on the 1st and 2nd purchase. Great service never an issue Ive had my Harleys oil changes here and there great. One thing who ever cleans the bikes or whips them down after servicing having a black bike a quick whip leaves streaks iono what they use but man last few times I ended up waxing the bike once I get home. Since the GM, Eric Bushamie chooses to mislead the conversation we had, I will be clear on here for him. I was never upset that AHD chose to not use a part with only a few miles on it, that was only a suggestion on my part since your service team lied to me and I found out I had to wait even longer, thus not a timely repair as you claim. I was upset that my first repair wasn't tested causing my life to be put in danger. *THEN* I was lied to about parts being ordered when they weren't, when I had to bring it back for the same repair a SECOND TIME, and missed 3 runs and a ride with my brother because of it. I also made no request of you that you make things right. I made it clear that YOUR team was asking me how they could make it right, and I told you that as a company you should be telling me how you're going to make me no longer feel uneasy about bringing my bike back to you. Don't misconstrue my words or what actually happened. I can now see how you'd handle (not handled it in this situation) anything that may come up in the future. I see that spending $43,000 with Arrowhead Harley-Davidson gets you treated like a sub-human (imagine if you bought something less expensive). GM personally acting like this is sad. On top of it, because you choose to take this route, everyone that I come in contact with will know that Chandler HD, the new Goodyear HD, and all RideNow Powersports in the valley are run by this type of poor attitude and lack business ethics. This attitude has only lost sales for good people like Marty. Still find it amazing that you ignore that my bike wasn't tested from the first time I brought it in, putting my life in danger, and ignore that your service manager lied to me about ordering parts...literally refuse to acknowledge it. I didn't ask for anything in return, or free things; only to be made to feel good about bringing it back there. Sad that you're turning on a customer, and making it into something it's not. Take note potential Harley-Davidson buyers. Arrowhead HD will turn on you in a millisecond. They got their $43,000 now they could care less. read more

Salesman was friendly but not quite up on inventory in hand, walked by bike I purchased twice before I pointed out to him, even though he knew what we were looking for. We almost left before seeing it in final moments. Z in finance was quick and painless(of course all cash deal helped) Just let him know up front to save his time on the warranty sales pitch if you really don't want it. The only real dig is time spent waiting to get to Z. The wait for a test ride, the back and forth games, all take to long.Overall a good experience, but really can't give them the top mark yet. Accessories cost way too much, labor is crazy. Shop around, I got better quality bars and cables installed for $800 cheaper than they wanted, from a reputable shop,even though I bought the bike from Arrowhead. read more

Frank in the service department saved my long distant trip. On my ride out from southern california, my key/fob was flapping in the wind broke the cilinder in my ignition switch. Doing 90 on the 10 frwy my switch broke, key fell out and the switch was stuck on the on position. The kill switch could could kill the bike but the battery/ lights stayed on and anyone could take off with it. I went to two other places and no one could help me. Came in to arrowhead harley and Frank in the service department new what I needed, had the parts and fixed my bike in 2 and a half hours!!! Outstanding service. Avoid this place at all costs. I took my 2011 street glide there for a three oil change service. Bike had 18k miles on it and never had a leak, after service I had a oil and transmission leak. I took the bike in for them to take a look. I was told that I needed both transmission gaskets as well as a new oil pan gasket with a quote of $880. I was also given the option for them to "snug up the bolts to the oil pan and transmission cover as they are a little loose" at a cost of $128.00. They claimed that it was at least an hour job and that the exhaust needed to be removed to access the bolts. A total of maybe 12 Allen bolts and about 2 minutes of my time is all it took to tighten everything up. Never did I have to remove the exhaust. Don't get fooled by these scam artist. Harley should be ashamed having their name on the outside of this building. Piss poor customer service. read more

I was actually considering purchasing another motorcycle here in the near future, but would never, EVER purchase one from Arrowhead Harley Davidson due to how I was treated on a recent visit. I came in just to look around, that's all I wanted to do. I was in the area and wanted to look at some bikes, as well as some gear, accessories, etc. When did the days end where it was OK to go browse around at your Local Harley Dealership? The salesmen here go beyond "aggressive" to a level of actually being rude and disrespectful. I came here with my Father and my Girlfriend. As I stated, in the near future I'll be buying another motorcycle, but not for another 2-3 months. My credit is perfect, I make good money but I'm paying off a few credit cards and saving up for some new furniture first so that's why. I've had many motorcycles in my life, from Cruisers to Sport Bikes, touring bikes to Adventure bikes to commuter bikes. My last motorcycle that I sold about a year ago was a $26,000 BMW. I've ridden motorcycles all over the country, partaken in large scale rides and events as well. I'm no stranger to motorcycling. Now enough about me, let's talk about the Salesmen Matthew. He first decided to stereo type and hang out with my father, kind of ignoring me and my girlfriend as he tried to peg him with questions over and over. My father eventually said "I'm not the rider looking for a bike, I don't even ride anymore. It's my son." As soon as my father said that, the salesman decided without hesitation to rush over to me and start asking me questions. I kept telling him "I'm just browsing for now, but I'll let you know if we have any questions" yet he insisted on following us like a wolf following a half dead deer. He would not go away. I sat on a bike or two and each time I did he decided to jump right in front of it and not ask but tell me "Put your feet up!" so he could hold the bike up. This was really awkward and after a time or two I strait up told him "No thanks." I'm a grown man who's been riding on the street for 17 years, I don't need some one I just met holding a bike for me because I want to sit on it... This is where things got incredibly uncomfortable and the entire reason I would never buy from Arrowhead Harley Davidson... I finally was tired of him following us around, we couldn't talk between ourselves without him jumping in so I figured we'd just look at some clothing and gear and then head out. I told him "Thank you for the help" and that I'd let him know in the near future if I was interested. Now keep in mind, I didn't take any test rides, I didn't fill out any information, I even stated to him as soon as we got there that I wouldn't be in the market for awhile. I simply looked at and sat on a few bikes. He asked me for my number and I said very politely, "That's alright, I don't like giving my number out but I'll gladly take one of your business cards." He looked at me like I just called his mother a whore. He said "Well, I need to get your number" I thought he was joking and I kind of laughed and said "I don't really like giving it out or getting sales calls, do you have a card though?" to which he replied "Well I can give you my card, but I need your number to log you into the system." As he said this he kept giving me a very uncomfortable stare, as if this was no joke and I had BETTER give him my number. My girlfriend got really uncomfortable and walked off and my Dad just shook his head. How disrespectful. I proceeded to tell him, "Sir, just because I came into this public place of business and looked around for a minute does not mean I have to give you my phone number, if I want to come in and look at a few bikes without giving you my personal information that shouldn't be a problem." He then gave me an even meaner look and tried to play the sympathy card by saying "Well, I'm going to get in big trouble, it's just so we can log your visit." I finally said "Okay, thank you" and walked off to find my girlfriend and father so that we could leave. On the way out he was at the door, staring at us in a very weird way. My father said "Thanks for your help" and he said nothing back, just stared at us. Wow, Arrowhead Harley Davidson. I don't know if this is how your train your salespeople, but NO means NO. Asking for some one's phone number isn't a big deal, but if they don't want to give it out leave it at that and give them a card. Getting this aggressive and rude is HORRIBLE business. I've been around motorcycles and the dealerships for them my whole life. I ride, my Dad used to ride, I've had family members who ride and have been very involved in the motorcycling community my whole life. I've run into some aggressive salesmen but this was not just aggressive, it was downright rude and uncalled for. Of all places Harley Davidson is known for a tight nit community and respect, I felt like I was on some cheap telemarketing call. Think twice before you do business with Arrowhead HD. read more

First of all this is a Ride Now! They use the typical used car salesman tactics as all Ride Now locations. Super high interest rates. Multiple salesmen to talk and flat out rip of central. I wouldn't buy a motorcycle from them if you can help it. They will tell you anything to get you to buy from them. They told me they would give me numbers over the phone only to call me the next day and say come on in and we will go over numbers. I told them you told me we can do it over the phone they said its not policy. Bull my buddy bought his motorcycle from Buddy Stubbs over the phone. I am only giving this place 3 stars because of the cool Harley Davidson gear they sell. Lots of t shirts and accessory. The shop is good, expensive but good.
