Very impressed. My Porsche Macan alerted me that I needed new brakes. I contacted the dealership for pricing and, of course, it was obscenely expensive. I knew that getting a Porsche I suppose. I decided to do some research to see if I could get brakes at a place that specializes in imported German cars. I reached out to Arrowhead Imports via their online form. After providing my VIN number, they were able to give me a much cheaper quote via email for OEM parts. I dropped it off in the morning and they kept me posted via text. I came back later to hang out in the lobby which was massive. But it wasn't much longer that they were complete. Everything was done perfectly and I've had no issues. In fact, they walked me through a much cheaper option for a regular service interval and focus on only what is needed, not charging me for extra items I don't need. I'll be back for sure. read more

Have been using this business since they opened and would not TRUST my 2012 BMW 128i with anyone else. They are HONEST, FAIR PRICED and don't do something if you don't authorize it before hand. Written suggestions are given with inspections and it's up to you to authorize it or not. I asked why they charge so much more that the dealer for an oil change and Tommie says because you get what you pay for with the dealer (bulk .99 cent oil) but with Arrowhead it premium grade (lasts a year) oil and inspection. Will continue to have them service my vehicle as long as I have it. PERIOD !!! read more

Easy to make an appointment. They use a pretty cool web based system that shows the point by point items reviewed on your car, with pictures. Thank you. 2) Service of Porsche 911 Turbo S on 2/3/22: Another great job. Installed new/upgraded exhaust, and routine oil change. Discovered that we are due to change engine mounts, and lucky me the parts from Porsche are ungodly expensive. Tommy spent time assisting me with the recommendations and scope of the project. Had my A4 there to diagnose a turbo problem. Got a new fuel pump and accessories, new batterie, and was told the part of the ECU that runs turbo was burnt. They said I could still drive it but the turbo didn't work.. $3,800 dollars later, the car ran for two days. They had left something that had to do with the turbo unplugged and never informed me about it. I noticed it the next day and two days later my entire ECU burnt up and left me without wheels and took all of my savings after paying the initial bill. I had it toward back , but they said there was nothing they could do unless I paid $2500 dollars more just to order a new one. Which is bs! read more

I was relieved to finally find a mechanic to work on my 2005 SAAB 9-5 aero. I've been to two other SAAB mechanics in the Phoenix area and was disappointed or felt overcharged at both. Tommy was professional and communicated with me regularly throughout the process of inspecting the car, working up an estimate and completing the work. They use a really cool system where I could see each aspect of the car that was inspected, what was wrong, and I could approve or deny any of the fixes individually. The office is great -- they have free wifi and plenty of snacks and a tv while you wait. When they needed to keep my car over night, they offered me a rental. Arrowhead Imports horrible garage. Do not take your car to Arrowhead Imports on Kelton in Peoria, they're the kind of mechanics that give a garage a bad name. They have no idea what they are doing. They've had my Jaguar for 3 weeks and are charging me $800.00 to reprogram my key fob. Now they want to charge to replace a cluster module. They say the total cost will be $5200. My car isn't worth much more than that. We contacted the Jaguar dealer and they said they're not even sure it is a module, so needless to say the car will be towed to their dealership. BEWARE of these people. We wanted to pay by credit card to get our car out of there, but now they say their credit card terminal through Chase Bank, will be down for several days, which I believe is a lie. read more

Where to start - I was looking for a mechanic whose reviews were stellar, a mechanic where people would recommend to their moms and everyone else - honest decent and fair! Thanks to Yelp I hit the jackpot. I requested a quote online for items I had been told needed to be fixed per other mechanics and/or men in general. Tommy was first of 2 shops to send a quote of the 5 that I requested from. His quote was on the spot what I was charged later. I was told things that I thought needed done, did not need to be done. He went above and beyond and looked at things that I had thought I'd never be able to afford to fix and not only fixed them, but did so AFFORDABLY. I'm a female and on the most limited income I've ever been on, to be able to fix some of these - a dream come true. My car, is basically a brand new car. Everything works for the first time in quite a while. The power is back, as well as the power windows etc. the total, for about 5 things, was less than one shop quoted for one, and less than the dealership quoted for another. Tommy saved me about $2k estimate. And it was done quick. Service is above and beyond, even making sure I had a ride to the shop when it was time to pick it up. Basically, I could not be happier. I will not be taking my car ANYWHERE else. If you read this take your car anywhere else, you're crazy. ;) I've sent Tommy's info to everyone I know in Phoenix. That's the best I can do. Best. Had an oil change on my 09 MZB sport, great service, I called to check cost of service and didn't expect to get in same day, but they got me in, nice! Right?? After the car was completed, they recommended additional service coming up, I asked what the cost of further service was going to be and what they recommended, so they started to enter the service recommendations on the computer to give me a print out, but then STOPPED and said "its not working rt now, i will send you an email". OK, no problem. I never heard back, no email, nothing. I requested the service recommendations again a week later on their website and still nothing. Not sure what this was all about. In retrospect, the guy at the counter ( i think the owner) was really short with me, no interaction nor small talk in comparison to other customers in the lobby. I did get very minor communication when I was paying. **Also, for the oil change, my car was parked in front and I was able to see when the tech moved the car to the back to perform the service and literally the car was back there for 5 mins- maybe 7 mins MAX!! I was very surprised when the owner said my car was finished! I actually told him "wow, already??" He said absolutely nothing. I'm not a mechanic, but common sense says that it may take time to either drain 8 quarts of oil or mechanically extract the oil out AND change the filter using OME MZB filter kit. Unless there were two techs working on my car (unknown, but my concerns would have been alleviated if the guy at the counter would of had some communication with me or interactions). read more

Best repair shop I have discovered. They are so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Had a battery replaced and programmed there after Mini wanted an arm and a leg for one. They saved me around $200. Unfortunately it went bad but they were happy replaced it without any hassle or pressure.
