    Came here recently because my car was making a lot of odd noises while I was driving. There is a lot of stigma as far as women who don't know much about cars getting easily ripped off in some way by mechanic shops, however my experience here proved that stigma wrong. The manager Albis was helpful explaining to me everything that was wrong with my car and what were the priorities that needed to get fixed, and the other issues that I could wait on that weren't critical at the moment. He told me the cost for the repair and after consulting with my dad who knows more about cars then I do, he said it was a great deal. I had to agree with that. The mechanics fixed my car that same day and after a week of using my vehicle, I've had zero issues! They also provide refreshments and a cozy seating area while you wait.

    It's at the Northeast corner of the auto repair mall near Josey & Keller Springs. Nice, clean shop.

    Service was great. I came for an oil change and alignment. Anyone that says they had a bad experience they are just impatient brats.

    I am very reluctant to go to any new mechanic because they're always so unreliable. Andrew, both of…read morethem, were so helpful throughout my car's repairs. There was a slight delay getting my parts, and they could have price-gouged me for my rear drums, but they were honest and told me that they didn't need to be replaced. The shop always kept in close contact (I needed quite a bit of repairs), to discuss any concerns along the way. And they were spot-on with the repairs I needed. An amazing shop here with service that is highly recommended. When working with a customer like me that asks 1,000 questions, Andrew took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Later that day, I was informed that my brakes and rotors also needed to be replaced. On Friday, I called about an hour before closing for an update. Carrie told me, "They're working on your car right now. Everything else is done--they just have to put on the brakes." I asked if she thought it would be finished before they closed because I had to work at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. She told me she would do her best and assured me not to worry because there would be a way for me to pick up my car, even if she wasn't there. She never called. The next morning, I returned around 10:00 a.m. after receiving no update and found my car still on the lift. When I expressed my frustration over the lack of communication, Carrie immediately became defensive and rude. Rather than taking accountability, she talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and spoke to me as though I were a child. At one point, she even got up from behind the desk and walked toward me in an aggressive manner, making me feel genuinely uncomfortable. Thankfully, the owner came out and completely changed the experience. He was professional, honest, and transparent. He explained that my brakes & rotors had not been completed because the shop had received the wrong-sized parts. He personally went to pick up the correct parts and had one of his best mechanics install them. That level of customer service was greatly appreciated. After I got my car back, I noticed a warning light on my dashboard that had never been there before. Carrie immediately implied it was my vehicle's issue rather than something related to the work that had just been performed, which once again led to a combative interaction. The owner stepped in, acknowledged they weren't sure of the cause, and asked me to return Monday when the technician who replaced my door locks would be back. When I returned Monday, Carrie's attitude had not changed. I asked for the owner's contact information, but she refused to provide it. I asked when he would be back, and she claimed she didn't know. Throughout the conversation, she repeatedly interrupted me, and at one point even told me to "sit down" as if I were a child. About ten minutes later, Andrew diagnosed and resolved the warning light. He was knowledgeable, informative, and explained that it was simply a minor oversight related to the previous repair. It's unfortunate that one employee overshadowed an otherwise positive experience. The owner and Andrew were exceptional, professional, and treated me with respect. Unfortunately, Carrie's attitude, lack of communication, refusal to take accountability, and unprofessional behavior made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. After reading other customer reviews, I was disappointed to see that my experience was not an isolated incident. Several reviewers described similar interactions with Carrie, and even her responses to those reviews reflected the same dismissive, argumentative, and unprofessional attitude that I experienced firsthand. That consistency makes it clear this is an ongoing customer service issue, not simply a misunderstanding. I sincerely hope management addresses it because the rest of the staff deserves better representation.

    I don't know how I've not previously written a review for Carmon as I have been a thankful…read morerecipient of expertise for probably 10 years when he had his shop at the 75 and royal area.  He is beyond budget considerate with his pricing and just overall extremely honest and fair. He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues. I reached out to Carmon and he explained what was happening and helped my family get home safely. Furthermore, he then educated us on how to prevent it in the future. His knowledge is wide-ranging but more than that he is happy to educate his clients which is invaluable. Lastly, he is so kind he always puts us at ease (my husband and I have talked about we want to have dinner with him and his wife - we like him so much!) which is such a blessing if you're stressed about a car issue or budget.  Thank you Carmon!!!!

    I had someone changed my brakes and rotor, in the process stripped a lug. This someone told me I…read moreneed to get it taken off ASAP. A friend recommended me to take it to Xpress Automotive. When I came by Xpress Automotive, Carmon is very considerate and professional. Also, my friend brought his own parts and Carmon, put it on at a reasonable price....he also was kind enough to replace a hose at no charge. I have saved his information in my phone for any vehicle repairs in the future. As a woman, it is hard to find someone that is honest. Carmon you are much appreciated.
