Oh man, I hate doing this, but what I have experienced at "Integrity 1st" is ANYTHING BUT integrity. My wife left a review a week ago detailing the issues. I STILL do not have my truck back and now they want MORE $. I have wasted hours on the phone with them going round and round. I have talked to Yusuf Khan (the supposed VP), Sam - District Mgr, and Dave - Store Mgr. After they sent my truck to a dealer and brought it back because the dealer said that the engine needed to be replaced, Yusuf Khan called me profusely apologizing and repeatedly saying that they would take care of us and fix my truck at NO COST TO US, that it was only right. In that conversation we explicitly talked about not just removing the glow plug that had broken off in the engine, but putting in new glow plugs and the 3 new fuel injectors. Two days ago, (12/20) Yusuf Khan (the supposed VP) called changing his tune. After listening to him talk literally uninterrupted for 25 minutes I had to interrupt when he said that we would now need to pay $2900 to get my truck back. When I reminded him of what he said before, that they would "fix my truck at NO COST TO US", he told me he never said that. My wife and I sat there in unbelief. He mentioned in a previous conversation that they record all calls that go through the shop, so we asked him to go back and listen to the recording on certain days, because while that conversation may have been on his cell phone, there were others with the store manager and district manager that were on the store phone where they both repeated what Yusuf Khan said, that our truck would be fixed including the glow plugs and fuel injectors at NO COST TO US. (Most of our conversations have been from their cell phones, but also a few from their store phone.) He said he would go back and listen and then call us the next day. When the next day came (12/21), Yusuf did NOT call us, but instead had his district manager Sam call us. We asked Sam if they went back and listened to the recording and he said they did. When my wife repeated what Yusuf, Sam and Dave all said at different times, Sam did not refute her and in fact said that their "Legal" wouldn't let us listen to it when we asked to listen to the recordings (makes you wonder what they are trying to hide). During this conversation with Sam we again went back and forth over what amount of $ they wanted us to pay to get my truck fixed. In this delineation we were now being asked to pay for the cylinder head gasket (2 of them) on top of the glow plugs & fuel injectors. In one back and forth Sam goes from saying he's not going to charge us labor, but yet the total price is the same as before! After almost an hour on the phone we ask Sam to go back to his boss with our offer to pay $1100 (the amount for the 3 fuel injectors) and call us tomorrow. The Last Straw Today 12/22, I have really exhausted all patience that I have. When you see people on the news do stupid stuff I imagine that it was probably crap like this that must've pushed them over the edge. That will not be me, but I am done messing with these people that have shown themselves to not act with what their name claims they have. Today, I had to call Sam. He is now telling us that the head gaskets they ordered did not come with the cover and that they will not fit on my truck. So now they must order new valve covers that come with the gaskets. Now he can't tell me when those parts will be in, when my truck will finally be fixed, and guess what... I'm going to need to pay more money! And if I don't then they will start charging me Storage Fee's until I pay for it and come get it! THIS is the kind of company "Integrity 1st" is. BEWARE. If you have a business you SHOULD have integrity, but if your freaking name is INTEGRITY, then you better make sure you do! They have had my truck since the day before Thanksgiving (5 weeks) as of this review. As I explained to them a week ago, my family needed my truck to drive to Tyler to see family for Christmas - not gonna happen. We'll figure it out, but no thanks to them. read more

We had a horrible experience at the Wylie location. We spoke to Yusuf & Sam, who are over the whole Integrity 1st conglomerate. They damaged my husbands truck, told us they would take care of whatever was needed at no cost to us. Then they retracted. They performed unauthorized work on the truck as evidenced by our invoice that clearly says "pending authorization" next to each line item. They then expected us to pay for all the unauthorized work and wanted us to sign a disclaimer that we wouldn't seek any legal action against them. We refused to sign, they refused to release the vehicle despite us willing to pay in full. It got so bad we had to get Wylie PD involved in order to get our vehicle back. We now have the vehicle in our possession but today everyone they know left a bad review on my husbands business. They have never been a customer of my husbands! We spoke to our lawyer who said this is considered harassment and is a criminal charge. We told Sam their reviews need to come down or we will seek legal recourse. They have yet to take them down! I would think twice about doing business with this company. They are very unethical and have ZERO integrity! read more

Integrity One Automotive in Carrollton, Texas. This place is now under new management, and they have zero integrity. Back when it was Brake-O, while Jerry owned it, it was the best shop in Carrollton. Now, under the new owner, he won't accept any responsibility when he messes your car up. Before he tried to personally diagnose a check engine light, he told my wife he was going to pressurize the fuel lines (which you should NEVER do) because that's where the computer told him the failure was. He must have thought there was debri or something causing the problem. Well, he did the test, and my son's truck was pouring fuel all over the driveway when he tried to start it. When I contacted the owner of Integrity One, he refused to admit any culpability in the problem. I had to replace the whole gas tank, including the fuel pump, to fix it. 3 days work and $1200 later it's fixed. Go to Belt Line road and Webbs Chapel (Japanese Automotive Specialists) for good, quality work. Integrity One will destroy your car, then not take responsibility. read more

Last week I was at Integrity-1st Automotive in Carrollton to get my alternator replaced. They did a good job and for less than the original quote. Wednesday night I started up my Jeep to drive home and heard a noise, then the Jeep would not idle. Take the foot off the gas and the engine died. Took the Jeep to Integrity -1st, described the problem and the sound I heard when it first happened. Shah said he had a good idea what the problem was. They found a butterfly type value which controls air flow, that had so much gunk on it that is was sticking. (The Jeep is 18 years old.) They cleared away the gunk and took if for a test ride, problem solved. No charge. Was there for maybe 20 minutes. The Brako store that was there gave me excellent service for the last 7 years, and it looks like they will keep that commitment to professionalism and courtesy going with the new owner. We are so glad we found a neighborhood mechanic. Integrity 1st is true to their name. They are honest & extremely fair priced. All of the mechanics are experienced & thorough with our vehicles, even the store manager works on the cars. The office & waiting area is clean & very comfortable. They treat everyone with respect & really listen to you when you have to "describe" your car ailments. They take extra precautions to make sure they don't leave the inside of your car dirty after a test drive, etc. They leave you feeling comfortable & all questions answered to your satisfaction. This place is great! I will only be taking my car to Integrity from now on. It's so wonderful to find a car repair shop that really cares about its customers and saving them money. I dealt with Albis the other day and he was very helpful and showed me what was up with this tire I thought needed to be replaced. Most places would have said to put a new tire on but Albis said the tire was good yet and would last awhile. He also hammered a dent out of the tire rim so I would be able to use my car til a new rim was ordered. I certainly appreciate the honesty and will be back. 5 stars from me! read more

My car was over heating and I knew it was my radiator fan that was broken. I called three places to get a price quote and they all wanted to charge me well over $300. Within 10 minutes Integrity-1st confirmed that it was the fan motor, and gave me a very affordable price that no one could compete with. This is a review for what they did not do.. Charge me I took my car to NTB and had tires replaced, but when getting an alignment I was told it was out of camber by a degree or two , and they could not fix it so i took it to integrity 1st.. They put it up on the rack and yes,. it was out of camber Turns out my model is the 'racing rpec' version, and it leaves the factory like that . They could have easily said we can fix it for x$ ... but instead told me its fine.. The tire wear is due to them being slightly wider than factory ones read more

My front bumper had gotten caught on something and popped out a little. I couldn't push it back it. Took it up to Integrity 1st and they fixed it quickly! This place is always clean, friendly, honest, and service with a smile. Albis offered me coffee/drink while I waited and let me know exactly what to expect. I went to 2 different mechanics to get a quote on fixing a certain odor that was coming from my car Ac I went to integrity to get another quote because i couldn't afford 400$ to repair the ac . I met Shah, I think he is the owner or manager . After 10 minutes of working on my car all he needed to do was change the filter and do a quick clean. Shah only charged me $40 and made my day. Been taking my car here for over 20 years. I was a little worried because of the recent name change. Asked for new break pads on my 6 year old Murano.
