I went inside and asked the receptionist who then brought me outside to show me the four spots available for customers to park in. There was one spot left as we watched an SUV pull into it, and hit the car next to it with a loud crunch as we watched. Her comment to me was, "well I guess it's a good thing you didn't park there ". 2) the person that colored my hair, really struggled with not getting it to turn fire engine red and pumpkin orange. He finally got it to about the right color, after a few tries, and several hours. He was nice enough & did his best, and I realize he's learning, but at these prices I expected a little more expertise rather than experimentation. Still, I would have come back if it wasn't for the 3rd event. 3) what finally really sealed the deal with me on not coming back here and leaving this review is the fact that when I paid, I was charged a service charge for the entire bill because I was using my debit card. Being that I was paying over $500 because I also bought products, it turned out to be quite a hefty service charge. I've never had any credible business charge me a service charge for using my debit card before in my life. Not even the coffee shop charges me a service charge for using my debit card. After complaining about the bizarre service charge and told I could walk across Florida Avenue to find an ATM...., as I walked out receptionist then started giggling about I guess my ridiculousness to the stylist standing next to her. Because, you know... People who can actually afford to pay these prices are really ridiculous and deserve to be laughed at before the door closes behind them. Keep laughing, I won't be back.

I was at the salon for almost the entire day about eight hours to complete the service, which is not typical. At other salons, balayage services on my hair have taken three to four hours at most. After the service, I was encouraged to return in three months for what was described as a refresh, which was explained to me as removing any brassiness and maintaining the existing balayage. When I returned for that appointment, my hair was instead colored back to my natural dark brown, completely removing the balayage. This was not what had been explained to me, nor what I had agreed to. When I expressed my concerns, the response from the staff was unkind and dismissive, and there was no willingness to take responsibility or offer a meaningful solution. No effort was made to correct the situation or acknowledge how upsetting this experience was. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank because the salon was unwilling to work toward a fair resolution, and I will now need to find another salon to perform a color correction. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this salon. Based on what I observed, there is a lack of professionalism and integrity, and my concerns were met with dismissiveness rather than accountability. Anyone considering this salon should think twice.

The hand tied extensions were great for the first 4 days until I washed it. I went back after I told her I washed it and it lost the color and didn't end up matching the rest of my hair. All together it lasted me about 30 days if that at all. I reached out to the stylist on Instagram multiple times telling her the hair quality was deteriorating extremely fast every time it was washed and nothing was done. The only reason I paid as much as I did was because I was told the hair was supposed to last 6-8 months wow.... what a shame. I also only used their shampoo, conditioner and styling products but nothing helped. It was extremely dry and even other stylist would tell me that the hair could not be 100 percent human hair. I was absolutely taken advantage of and very disappointed. I had already reached out to them to tell them how disappointed I was and after I drove an hour up there out of my way to show them how damaged and awful it was.. they had the audacity to tell me that it was because another stylist had toned it. So for example my tip was based off of 2500$, and I gave 20% tip which ended up being 500$. ***however*** I had no idea. I was prompted on 15%, 20%, or 25% and it did not tell me the $ amount until my receipt after. -had to go back the next day because my hair didn't match extensions (Call me high maintenance but if I'm paying THAT much for hair I better be walking out looking like a freakin celebrity) After this I was justifying it because I thought "hey, Atleast the hair will last 6 months right?" .... Nope. After about a month my extensions were getting completely matted to a point I couldn't even brush them (mind you I sleep in a silk hair wrap and have silk sheets). Still decided to give this salon another shot because I heard all the great reviews. Got my hair moved up and colored ... which cost me 900$!? Still, thinking it was normal decided to schedule another appointment. I ended up having to work later and was going to come about an hour late (to an appointment that was booked for 6-8 hours mind you). Upon calling they informed me that even though I was still going to come to the appointment, I was going to be charged the 200$ cancellation fee??? Hm. Seems odd, needless to say I will not be going back there and I would advise you to do the same If you're looking for reasonably priced and a less than 10 hour time frame I would highly recommend Haley at Modish Salon in Sarasota. I love my hair bright blonde and this was a third of the time and a third of the price. She was able to do my hair, color, and extensions in 3 hours and was also able to remove an unneeded weft (which would've saved me a few hundred $ if color co could have placed them the way she did and not charged for an extra weft). Just my experience
