Being my wife is from Barcelona, she's Mediterranean through and through. She LOVES going to good med restaurants. Needless to say, seeing this one being put in place excited her. It has taken us until now to get here. My wife got the gyro but lettuce wrapped. I got the power bowl with lamb meat. We were very happy with our meals. The meat was great. Veggies fresh. Seasoning just right (minus a little salt, which was easy to add). Love the fries. Neither of us were able to finish our meals. It's a good place that we will return to. The food is good, but the staff and management isn't that friendly. We went one night about 35 minutes prior to closing ( which was at 9:00 and we knew it) and as we walked in they "greeted" us from the bar saying that we better order and eat fast because they were closing in half an hour. The food is expensive. We ordered a chicken gyro and greek chicken salad tonight and it was $42 (no drinks, apps, etc but that did include tax and tip). We asked for a piece of pita bread to go with the salad and they said that would be an additional charge. Ridiculous. We love supporting businesses in the area and will go back, but not our favorite in the way of friendliness or making their customers happy by providing any tiny extras. read more

For being open only a couple of weeks, this place is on point! We brought a table top of 12 in, and they nailed it - service was phenomenal and the food was outstanding! The Spicy Lentil soup, the Artmeis Greeks and Lamb Gyros were a hit - where the gryo meat was seared perfectly! They have quite the bar selection too! read more

They have options for vegans and carnivores and everything in-between. I HIGHLY recommend the Artemis fries (a MUST) and the Artemis salad with gyro meat. Sorry to say I was disappointed with the food. Mediocre at best! Lamp kebab tasted like it had been soaking in pure vinegar. Rice was good, veggies were plain tasteless. Meze plate is okay- nothing special. Tastes like basic grocery store stuff. It's pricey for the considerably low quality. Service is friendly and attentive. I've given this place multiple opportunities and it keeps underwhelming in terms of what you get for the price compared to other places around. Tonight I got two and a half skimpy pieces of lamb on my gyro which cost $15, and I got a small piece of spanakopita for $11. You don't have to drive far into Lakeway to find a gyro that is overloaded with meat nearly half the cost. read more

Experience with this restaurant was on balance very good. Lamb Gyros was quite good and my wife's salad was very tasty. They also offered white wine from Greece which is exceptional. However I think there is too much focus on non-Mediterranean foods and wish these types of places would keep their focus. We will go back but this is not strictly a Mediterranean restaurant. read more

Best Mediterranean food in the Austin area (Bee Cave). Everything is seasoned perfectly - even the French fries!

I has a decent but a little disappointing lunch here. I have honestly had better pita wraps from food trucks or casual (even cava or independently owned) restaurants in town. Skimpy, somewhat under seasoned chicken. I would say it's not greasy though or over sauced which is nice. The fries were good. Baklava had a wonderful filling but the pastry itself was practically raw. If you pressed it together British Baking show style it was just dough. Mahi battered fish and sauces were liked by my table-mate We waited a long time to have our orders taken, like 10- 15 min before being greeted. There people working there were nice folks if not totally professional. The atmosphere is lovely for a strip mall type place , lots of happy and relaxed people, good noise level. If I were to go again I'd try the appetizers and dips, have a big salad. People looked pretty pleased with their salads and cocktails//wine. I would give it 4 stars if the baklava were better. read more

Great, fresh Mediterranean food. The hummus and pita is wonderful. My wife got the chicken gyro with a gluten free pita and it was wonderful. Apparently they just started offering it. My wife really really liked it. I had the lamb gyro and it was delicious. The fries and dip are incredible and addictive and the sauce is amazing! Nice to find a gluten friendly place that I can enjoy too! We will be back. read more

Do not give this place your business!!! I was a long time regular at this establishment and went especially for the staff who were amazing and kept the place running as well as it did. It was absolutely apparent how hard the staff worked to keep it running smoothly. The owner seems steadfast at running this place into the ground and is disrespectful to the staff and has no appreciation for everything they do for her. She very unprofessionally fired several employees and had several more quit when the staff questioned a new tip out system and where their hard earned money was going. A reasonable request since no explanation was offered to them. I believe this restaurant will find itself in trouble after losing most of its wonderful staff and the regulars that constantly show up to support them. read more
