Arthur worked around our schedule many times, he was patient and very nice. I apologize to him because I didn't confirm schedules with my wife several times before giving him an appointment time. He is a very nice guy. The price he quoted is very fair and a good deal afterwards I notice how clean of a job he did. I will only use him from now. The refrigerator and oven look brand new again!!! Arthur spent longer than he had mentioned to me but this was because he was more thorough and did a fantastic job of making sure even the tiniest spots were cleaned. Seriously fantastic job. 5 stars are not enough to rate Arthur's Housecleaning! I have been working with Luciana, Arthur's sister. When previous tenants left my SF property a mess, I contacted Luciana based on other reviews posted on Yelp. She came out to look at the house and her attention to detail was apparent from the beginning. She looked at windowsills, oven hoods, ceiling fixtures! Luciana and her team have been nothing short of amazing. They got my house back in shape. My appliances look new again (which they were, prior to the ex tenant's use of them!) I decided to short term rent my house. Again, Luciana and team did not disappoint. They keep my home rent ready! When I get a last minute guest request, Luciana has been able to accommodate. On one days' notice! On a weekend! Luciana and her team now clean my house regularly. I give them the schedule in advance and they arrive on time. They are professional, dependable and honest. They do an impeccable job. They also go above and beyond. When guests feel the need to move furniture during their visit (and not put it back!) Luciana returns it to its proper place. If you have struggled (as I have in the past) to find a cleaning service that cleans your place the way you would (if you had the time) Arthur's Housecleaning is definitely a call you should make. Arthur has been cleaning our home for over 6 months and I have never been this satisfied with any of previous people I hired. I should note that I have a dog, a ferocious Jack Russell Terrier and so it was very important to me that whoever I hired felt comfortable around the dog. Second, I was looking to have my apartment cleaned every other week and wanted to find someone willing to take on this schedule. Third, it had been my experience that the first cleaning is always excellent, but that the quality would diminish over time. So, I waited for a while before writing a review. Well, it turned out that all my worries were for nothing. Arthur is great with my dog. In fact one day He actually texted me worried that my dog was missing (the pup was out walking with her dog walker). It was nice to know that Arthur genuinely cares about my little monster. He has been extremely consistent with bi-weekly cleaning and hasn't missed a week. I love having my home cleaned on Friday because it gets the weekend started off on the right note. The quality is superb. My toaster oven is cleaned every single time. I mean I don't even have to ask for it. The toaster oven is the most used appliance in my home and having all the crumbs cleaned out every other week is key. Artur's follow-through is incredible too. I don't have to ask him about anything twice. I mentioned to him that we wanted to keep the bathroom door and bedroom door closed to keep the dog out. Ever since I asked for it, the doors have been closed every single time Arthur had been at the house. Communicating with Arthur is very easy. E-mail works and so do text messages. Artur and his team are reliable, professional and great at what they do. They have been cleaning my house for about an year and we couldn't be happier. I am very particular with the cleaning of the house and I am happy that I have found a team that understands my demands and do everything they can to make their work as close to perfect as possible. Since the beginning, he made sure to listen and follow to all my requests. The other thing I really appreciate about them is their honesty. We have never had a serious issue but he has always communicated any "small inconvenience" that may had occurred. I also have a dog that is particularly sassy and tough on other people. Still, he has managed to gain her trust and make her feel comfortable when they come home and I am not there. That was huge for us. Lastly, I also appreciate their kindness. They are good people.
