I do NOT recommend this company. I chose Arthur's Remodeling because of their high Yelp rating, but my experience has been nightmarish. My small bathroom remodel began on February 4, and nearly four months later, it is still unfinished. No one has worked on it for nearly a month now. Issues I encountered: Workers not showing up -- appointments were repeatedly missed, sometimes for a week at a time. Incorrect products ordered -- causing extensive delays, especially since the correct items were only ordered after multiple follow‑ups more than a month later. Major errors left unaddressed -- issues were not corrected promptly, even after being clearly pointed out. No project oversight -- no one appeared to be tracking progress or inspecting the work quality or managing the job. Unresponsive owner -- I called the office and asked multiple times to speak with the owner, or to have him call me when he had a chance, but never received a response. Overall, the quality of service has been inadequate, communication has been poor, and the entire experience has been deeply unsatisfactory. read more

Run from these guys. I don't get where their positive reviews come from. I am in the construction business and experienced dealing with contractors. This outfit was exceptionally bad. I hired them to refinish the kitchen floor. They low-balled me and then provided no service and mediocre work. The job took three times as long as they said, the finish is lumpy, and I gave up on matching the adjacent floor appearance. This was apartment grade work, not something you want in your home. They assured me they would match the existing wood floor stain, but omitted the stain from the bid, so there was a change order for that on the first day of the job. No apology from them. After selling me on how great a job they would do, I never heard from anyone except in anonymous texts, even when I asked for more involvement. It was just the workers and me. When I acted like I was not going to pay the final invoice, an anonymous person messaged me about wanting to talk. After days of excuses about not calling, I finally just paid the bill to be done with them. read more

I met Andy, who works for Floor and Decor in Fullerton and represents Arthur's Flooring for installations. Andy was informative in regard to explaining the pros and cons of laminate vs. engineered wood vs. luxury vinyl. Andy set up an appointment for me for the sales representative who arrived at my home the next day. Brett D arrived, and we walked my residence room by room, which took several hours. I plan to remodel two fireplaces with lineal electric fireplaces and finished with stone or porcelain, install a wine bar with an accent wall, install electrical for recessed lighting, painting beams and walls, remodel a bathroom shower, replacing base boards, door trim, installing 1100 sf of new flooring and updating all my door and cabinet hardware to mat black. Brett departed, and within a few hours, Julio, who is another employee, showed up, and again, we walked the entire residence. Julio was impressive with his knowledge, detail and mentioned he would have a quote with alternatives to me within a few days' time. I haven't heard from either Brett or Julio after texting Brett on three different days and I have yet to see a quote or even a reply on my job walk quote. It has been six days since my initial visit. I'm concerned that if I need to get a quote and I can't get a reply, what would happen on my job if I needed assistance? Thought about getting my Bathroom remodeled for years. Looking to renovate my home but couldn't find a contractor that I felt comfortable with. That's was until I met William and the crew, from the initial consultation he listened to every one of my concerns and ideas. He recommended some tweaks and even came back 4 hours later to speak to my wife about some questions she had herself. Arthur's team, including his son "Junior" and Rodrigo, is amazing. They are super hard working and polite. They sent over a team of SIX to try and complete the entire reflooring job in one day! The luxury vinyl was called "Life's a Beach" and looks so clean and awesome in my home! It's the exact same tones as my travertine so the transition is seamless. What's even more amazing is they will match any price so they guarantee that you are getting a very good deal! There's something like that written on their website! Anyway, they were a lot less than the other comps I got just to make sure and realize they are an amazingly reasonable and the only team I use for flooring. The team members that really stood out and came back to finish every finishing touch were the following: Ever Flores, Alex Corto, Eduardo, and Paco. They all made sure my new flooring was beautiful. We hired them to redo our bathroom (which was small). It was a nightmare. They started in Dec and just finished a few weeks ago. The wiorkers that came told me they weren't getting paid and then wouldn't show up. We went thru 3 tile guys and the 2nd guy had no idea what he was doing. The 3rd tile guy had to rip out much of the 2nd guys work. We were quoted a price for a lot of things that never came to fruition (moving plumbing, doing a few built ins, widening a door opening, etc- each time it came to "ooos - we can't do this because." Many of the workers didn't protect the work area and dust was everywhere. We had to call Arthur multiple times. They kept sending the wrong workers to complete the job (ie: sending a plumber to make a hole in the wall to move a pipe to install a built in medicine cabinet. They ordered the wrong medicine cabinet's 4 times. I also found out that the grout they used on our tile isn't the right grout and will most likely get loose within the year. I am shocked to read positive reviews of this business after we just experienced 4 months of hell. Arthur - updating this to say we did not get a "discount" on final payment. The work that was outlined in the original estimate was never performed (moving the plumbing to a new wall, an insert in the bathroom wall, widened doorway, outlet hidden behind vanity drawer). I don't want anything Mis-represented - we just didn't pay for work that was never completed. read more

Arthur's Flooring was recommended to me by my realtor who happens to be property manager as well. So I know she's had a lot of experience with them. SALES: David Rodriguez was our sales person, and he was great about being patient and finding different options for us. We also were in town only briefly before the project scope was finalized so he made the effort to drive to the job location a couple times with samples which we really appreciated. Because we were out of state leading up to the installation date, he had to text me pictures of samples and information. He was great about answering questions, etc. INSTALLATION: The installation team (led by Ever and Luis) was super efficient and knowledgeable. They installed the entire second floor w/ LVP as well as a guest bedroom w/ engineered wood on the main level within 2 days! (please see photos). All flooring was installed with quarter round pieces along with caulking. We also appreciated how detailed they were and went above and beyond in making sure the final quality of the project was an "A"! They were also great about cleaning up at the end of each day which we really appreciated because not every contractor does that especially in the middle of a project. ADMINISTRATION: James and Haris who had business roles in the office were also great about customer service and answering our questions. We had followup questions and they were super responsive in getting back to us. They were personable and friendly too! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Arthur's Flooring! We will be using them again for our flooring needs in the future and recommending them to friends/family in the area. read more
