My LG Washer/Dryer Combo (that's right, it's a washer and dryer all-in-one; it's also awful and you should never buy one). This demon machine breaks every year or so, but it's usually the same part and we learned to order it ourselves and fix it. Not this time. The machine just ...stopped mid-cycle. No power at all. We have a french door lg refrigerator with an ice maker in the bottom drawer freezer. It has recently begin making a extremely loud pounding sound, (like a drop hammer). Before that it was not making cubed ice consistently. There would be sheets of joined ice and other clumps that appeared to have melted and refrozen. I contacted Vladimir at GoFindTech and he came out the same day. He determined that the ice maker was filling properly, and he thawed and cleaned the ice maker and the air duct, told me to call him if the problem recurred, and just charged me a very reasonable diagnostic fee. The problem did recur, and Vladimir and I decided that replacing the ice maker was the way to go. Within a few days, he was back, and replaced the ice maker, (after retesting the old one to see if he could get it to work. The charge for the replacement was also reasonable, and he deducted the diagnostic fee from the replacement invoice. The new ice maker is working great. Making nice individual cubes, quietly. I would recommend Vladimir and GoFindTech to anyone looking for a talented appliance repairman that responds quickly and charges fairly. read more

Mr. Vladimir was most exceptional in his diagnostic abilities and in his repair prowess. Based on text messaging, he stated he was able to identify the issue with my washer. I was initially skeptical of his remote diagnosis but he indicated that if the repair was not satisfactory, he would not charge for his time and would be able to return the parts. Two days later, he brought the required parts, spring rods, and repaired the washer in a short amount of time. I was more than satisified! A few days later I noticed an odd grinding sound and sent a video to Mr. Vladimir, he thought it was unrelated to my prior issue but came for a second visit and spent time addressing potential gear box issues and added lubricant to the gears without additional charge! He is excellent at his job and seems focused on doing the right work first and foremost and was extremely flexible with respect to his schedule. Also, the price was amongst the best I received from other vendors, none of whom even mentioned remotely diagnosing the issue and fixing it at the first visit! Vladimir at GoFindTech was the quickest, most responsive, most reasonably priced, and most competent. I am glad I chose him. My 2.5 year old washer stopped draining. I stayed with him as he thoroughly diagnosed the problem and pinpointed the cause. He had the right tools, including custom-made test fixtures to see that the pump was fine. A lesser tech might have just replaced the pump. (He also has a subscription to all the service manuals, in case your machine is missing its documentation.) The problem was a relay in the control board. He ordered the board for expedited delivery, and he charged me the true price for it without marking it up. When it arrived, he came immediately to install it, working through the config and test procedures. He guaranteed his work, saying that he would not charge me unless the repair was successful. I wish the machine hadn't failed so soon, but I'm glad he was able to fix it so efficiently. I highly recommend his services. read more
