It wasn't easy as my bad color job was purple which faded so badly it was about 6 different colors. She fixed it right up. I called ahead on a whim to see if they would take walk-ins, and was greeted by the owner Barbara-- she was so welcoming and kind on the phone, and that was the start of the singular best (impromptu) haircut I've ever had! Sivana worked with me and my hair goals-- I had long, thick hair but with badly split ends from trying to grow out my long layers for the last two years, and Sivana knew exactly what to do with it! She cleaned up the ends, made the length perfectly symmetrical (since a quick run a few weeks ago to a local Supercut had butchered it), and gave me the most flowy, subtle layers that blended in to one another flawlessly! Barbara the owner was the best! I had originally made an appointment just to get my hair cut and after the long processes of drying and straightening, Barbara suggested I try the Brazilian Blowout. I was slightly hesitant because it can be quite pricey but I decided to go with it anyway. I few days later I went in for the treatment. It took almost 3 hours to do my hair because I have long thick hair but the results were AMAZING. My whole life I wished it could just get out of the shower and not worry about the hour long process of blow drying and straightening. Now I can blow dry it and no need for flat ironing or I can just leave it wet and it dries silky smooth and straight. The great thing about the Brazilian Blowout is it's actually good for your hair unlike the permanent straightening processes. I love my hair now and I love this salon. Everyone there is so nice and no matter who does your hair you'll be thrilled! It's nice to be at a small intimate salon with all the talent if not more than those big flashy over price salons.
