The place was beautiful however, once I walked in it felt off. Was not greeted just asked if had an appointment. I also had sent inspiration pictures and they approved! Then once we were done it was completely not what I asked for super disappointing since this was for an important formal event. Also, asked for lots of layers and not too much length to be cut. had such a weird experience at this salon. as soon as i walked in the vibes were off and no one really greeted me, it was more of a why are you here "do you have an appointment" type of question. everyone turned to look at me with not one smile. i'm sorry but don't you need some type of customer service? I typically go to Lattiude 33 hair artistry hair salon in anaheim hills which is actually boujie and where you'd expect more of a snobby vibe there but not once have i ever felt that way in that salon. I waited and expected to have a better experience once I go to meet with the hairstylist but unfortunately the experience was only worse. again no type of friendly ness and definitely didn't have any welcoming energy. i decided not to get the service due to all of these things and more but totally just an awful experience. read more

I have been going to Julie for almost 2 years now. She did an amazing job taking me from a brunette to a blonde balayage and I always leave so excited for my new hair! Most recently I followed Julie to Bronde salon which I really love. I'm a big fan of the orange circle and love the vibe of the salon. The shampoo station is SO comfortable, which for me with neck and back issues is a biiiig plus. I was able to sit there comfortable while watching Gilmore Girls on tv. This visit we decided to go for a dusty lavender which I am absolutely obsessed with. I was a little nervous about the money pieces being so vivid and Julie was able to make me feel comfortable enough to ask her to lighten them a bit, which she did so without feeling offended!! I've been going to my stylist Amber for about a year and a half now, and followed her to bronde salon. Not only do I love the way she cuts my hair, but my blow out for always amazing! She's so kind and sweet. Always accommodating as far as giving me different schedule options for getting my haircut. This new salon is just so peaceful and calming inside. Definitely recommend Amber she's been my hairstylist for a little over a year now, and she never disappoints! She listens to your wants, she recommends what she thinks is best and gives a timeframe of the sessions you need depending on the color you have in your hair.. and then she delivers my hair never feels dead or damaged after sessions with her. She always protects the integrity of the hair ! I've gone to so many hairdressers in the past and they always fry my hair. She has never fried my hair, she will do sessions, which is what your hair needs, otherwise it'll get damaged. In my case, I had a dark red/brown color, so it took about 2/3 sessions to achieve this. Which is great ! Amber is soo easy to talk to and keeps the conversation going so it's not awkward at all. Nikky KILLS it with vivids! I came to her about a month and a half ago for a color correction. This color correction consisted of a year old bleaching gone wrong and then me trying to remedy it myself with different Sally's dyes. Needles to say I have about 4 different colors in my hair and it was dry as heck. My first visit with her she examined my hair and immediately consulted with me on her observations. The whole process was smooth and professional. I went for a vivid violet color and absolutely loved it. The price was also worth every penny. she sent me with recommendations and suggestions for after care and maintenance. She also was super sweet and helpful when after about 4 weeks I reached out asking for advice on color for a color depositing conditioner to carry me through until my touch up. On my retouch visit she asked if I was happy with the color and the fade out and if we wanted to pivot or modify the blend. I wanted to stick with the same color! I couldn't be happier! read more

Stephanie the owner is very interesting to describe it depends on what mood she is in whenever you are able to reach her or if you're lucky to get an appointment with her . She is very selective of who she chooses and demeaning . I've been going to her on an off for the past 2-3 years the very first time I felt so awkward sitting in her chair I honestly wanted to walk away she was still at her previos location in Orange . She honestly has a horrible attitude like she is miserable and judgemental . I decided to give her another try since she opened her new salon , thinking maybe her attitude had changed or maybe her outlook in life changed or perhaps her business mentality shifted and it was better , she is talented and perhaps she feels entitled to treat people however she wants . On February 09,2024 I made an appointment with her at 10 am , I was punctual walked in and the other ladies working there looked at me surprised because I was there and Stephanie was not . They said she'll be here shortly so I waited 30 while they whispered to each other perhaps they knew she forgot about my appointment because they did text or call her , however Stephanie didn't have the courtesy to even acknowledge or text me after she was reminded by her team . She expected me to wait not knowing what her status was. So I waited and I finally texted like how much longer ???? The fact that I had to be the one to reach out her is a problem ! She said I'll be there at 11 , so I waited and then I texted her again 11 and she is still not near the salon . So I texted I could no longer wait and I feel like she forcefully apologized like it wasn't sincere . The fact that she didn't care to text and then not offer to reschedule me after I waisted my time from also running my business!!!!!!!! Is beyond my comprehension!! She may be talented but with her awful personality and attitude I will never understand how someone can treat people like that period yet alone her salon has not even been opened for a year !!! Fix your attitude girl ! So I reached out again on March 30 th never had the audacity to reply and acknowledge my text message but yet she goes on instagram saying she has available openings , I finde her to be judgemental and you must meet her criteria of customer in other words be boogie and very all designer brands or have a certain cool look to fit with her ! Lastly she may be talented but her awful personality is despicable ! Have the respect to acknowledge your clients if you don't want to book it's ok but don't ghost them !!! Rude!!!! read more

I've been going with her for a couple years now.. she listens to what you want and provides recommendations but is never pushy about anything and best of all she's soo fast, I don't think you'll find someone else that can do the best blowout in like less than half hour and cut that time in half if she has her assistant.
