They ended up having the best price of the quotes I received, but more importantly, they were responsive and easy to work with from the very beginning. They already had great reviews and were close to where I work, so everything lined up. My schedule changed and I wasn't able to get the windshield done when I originally planned. About a week later, I messaged them basically asking if they could take me on 20 minutes' notice. No problem. They told me to come over, and as soon as I arrived they pulled the truck in and started working. Before installing the windshield, they showed me the glass they had and compared it to what was already on my truck. They actually pointed out the manufacturer marking on my old windshield and explained the differences between the options, including some of the tint and markings around the glass. No upsell or pressure, just making sure I got what I wanted. They told me it would take about an hour, so I brought my laptop and figured I'd catch up on emails while I waited. I don't think it even took 30 minutes. I barely got through what I planned to do before they were finished. My windshield was cracked, and I paid $275 to have it replaced. During the process, they discovered rust underneath the windshield and offered to repair the rust free of charge. They also offered to replace the rubber trim around the windshield. While I appreciate them offering additional work at no cost, that does not excuse poor workmanship on the service I originally paid for. I did not ask for those additional services for free--they offered to do them. In my opinion, fixing something extra for free does not give a business the right to do a half-done job on the actual repair the customer came in for. When I looked at the finished work, I noticed that the corners and rubber trim were not properly lined up. I brought this to their attention calmly and respectfully. I was not yelling or being disrespectful--I was simply expressing my concerns about the quality of the work on my vehicle. Instead of listening to my concerns and addressing the issue, I repeatedly heard that everything was "fine" and was reminded about what they had done for me for free. That was frustrating because my concern was not about the additional work they offered. My concern was about the quality of the work I paid for. What made the situation even more disappointing was being told to "calm down" when I was already calm and speaking in a respectful and articulate manner. As a Black woman, being told to calm down when I was simply expressing a legitimate concern did not sit well with me. I came in expecting professional work and professional customer service. Instead, I felt dismissed and as though I was being expected to accept work that I personally believe was not completed properly. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. If you choose to come here, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting the work before leaving and speaking up if something does not look right. i literally still have gaps in my windshield to it's going to have water damage. They know how to get you to come back for sure
