Very tasty little eatery the portions aren't big but the flavors are. I would recommend looking at the menu before showing up as it can be very busy and overwhelming trying to assess the menu with a crowd, but overall really good food.

We could have decided on a $$$ valentines dinner last night before a Swamp Rabbits game. But, Asada is always a solid choice. We have been here 3 times now and it never disappoints. Friendly crew and owner remembers regulars and some not-so regulars. I was craving the new poutine dish. Unfortunately it was sold out. Still, it was a perfect 5/5. The Cuban this time was tasty and huge! Support local!

The best burrito I have ever had. It is a great portion and delicious. A great spot to grab a quick lunch. The staff was very friendly. Definitely want to go back! It is a very casual place.

The food here is fantastic! The cashier guy was super nice and friendly and explained the menu really well when we asked a bunch of questions and gave us some recommendations. I got a chorizo breakfast burrito, which is apparently only available on weekends, and it did not disappoint. The portion was huge (I only ate half and took the other half home, and it reheated well later) and everything was flavorful. My husband got a chicken taco and a carnitas taco, which were bigger than a normal taco size, and they came with chips on the side (you can swap for rice and beans). I've never had yucca cheese balls before but ordered them after seeing someone get this and they were delightful! I saw some people get arepas too and they look delicious too. It was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon and the parking lot was full, but it's right next to ihop which has a huge parking lot so we just parked there and walked over. Their menu is pretty vast - I will have to come back to try other menu items soon!

Disclaimer: This review is for the chosen tacos. Traveling from Austin, and thinking about moving to Greenville, we are looking forward to returning for more exquisite choices. Finding a latin-cuisine in Greenville is not so expected, so we were excited to come across this place. The green salsa was fantastic. Perfect spice and, most importantly, full of flavor. The carne asada taco was very good for what was expected in the area (not California and not Texas). The fish taco...not so much. A lot more breading than the fish, so it was like biting into a tortilla filled with puffed/fried breading. The slaw was not at all flavorful. The size of the taco was decently sized (which we were hopeful for due to the higher taco prices), but...again...not much flavor. The chips were not our favorite either. I imagine the chips were made fried from the tortillas used, but tasted more like old oil. Meal was advertised with pico de gallo, I didn't get any. Maybe the chips would've been better with it...?

The food was incredible and prices reasonable. Staff was also friendly. Unassuming from the outside but don't let that fool you!

Food here was great went on the recommendation of a local airbnb. Had two orders of steak tacos and came with some chips and salsa. Overall good place to stop for lunch will definitely head back again. Not spicy at all if you don't want it to be.

I love everything about this place. It's nestled just between Greenville and Taylor's in a cute mission style house. The service was warm and friendly. Each time I've gone the food has been fresh and delicious. The menu has a lot of great options too. Def one of my go-to's in the area.

How can I give them MORE than 5 stars? Seriously!!!! This might be my favorite restaurant in Greenville, SC!!! Located in a converted house, you walk in, go to the counter, and place your order. They give you a ticket and plan on waiting 15 minutes or so for your food, but BE PATIENT. While waiting you will see beautiful artwork on the walls and a nicely decorated interior. I ordered one carne asada taco, deep fried yucca balls, and guava empanadas. Each dish was AMAZING. I kept thinking "this is sooo good" with each bite. The taco is HUGE. Wish they had just made 3 tacos out of it. Way too much toppings to eat like a taco. I had to remove about half the toppings to be able to hold it like a taco and eat it. With a fork I just ate extra toppings with each bite. The taco comes with chips and I ate the rest of the toppings with the chips. The yucca balls come out really hot so be careful. They have a delicious white cheese inside that is all melted and stringy. Guava empanadas did not disappoint, hand made goodness at its best. All ingredients were super fresh. All the flavor profiles really worked. Folks of Greenville, enjoy this gem!!!

Would this be good with kids?

Yes. You order at the counter and when your food is ready, your number is called and you pick it up there and bring it back to your table. There are plenty of food options for children. It's very casual.

Is this place pet friendly? Or have outdoor seating?

Restaurant is quaint inside and tight on seating and would not consider pet appropriate. No outdoor seating in February.

    Is this a BYOB restaurant?

No, they sell beer & wine.

Guys' days don't happen often, so when I got the chance to borrow one of my dad's Harleys and make the two-hour ride, I jumped at it. Willy Taco calls itself "chef-driven Mexican fusion," and honestly, they delivered. I ordered the Patagonia Steak tacos with marinated steak, charred tomatillos, chimichurri slaw, chipotle ranch and crispy onions. Definitely punching above the weight class I expected from a South Carolina taco joint bc everything was delicious The chips and salsa were great, service was great, and everything on the plate hit. Maybe I was just in a particularly good mood after spending the day riding with my dad and brother, but this one was an easy win. The cheese sauce was good, everything else...not so much. I ordered the Patagonia steak corn taco. It was actually pretty good. My mom had the carne asada bowl which came with a fried cheese tortilla. Turns out it comes with flour tortilla, so she asked for corn. Up until the point of eating the corn tortilla, which came later during the meal, she rated the food a 2.5. After tasting the tortilla, which she ate in its entirety, she still says 2.5. Lots of grease and cheese. I guess if I had to give my taco a rating it is closer to a 5 and it's not a solid 5 because it was a messy eat . The experience was cool. The seating was dirty but the young lady quickly cleaned it. Our server Aidan was super pleasant and friendly.

Chips and salsa are not complimentary, but you do get these cute little wagon wheel looking chips called duros.
