So I had given a thought and decided to replace it. I called them on Friday afternoon to make an appointment to install a new HVAC. They came the next day, Saturday, and finished all in one day! It's some kind of next level service that we don't usually expect in the States. My only complaint is that they installed a new system so that I cannot run the AC unit while my louvered door is closed -- I will need to somehow change the door later after my guests leave. There was one miscommunication regarding an item listed on the estimate that was not included in the final project.
