ASAP Plumbing was plumber #4 for my slab leak issue and they solved what the first 3 plumbers couldn't. Plumbers 1-3 could not isolate the leak with any certainty and wanted to open up floors in my newly remodeled home (with continuous plank!). They wanted to tear everything up until they found the leak. I just couldn't believe in today's day and age that they couldn't solve this with minimal damage. Fortunately, Solomon was plumber #4 and isolated the issue with all of his fancy equipment. He was very confident and scientific in his approach. To my surprise he offered to fix it that evening! No tearing through floors necessary. We abandoned the leaking pipe and rerouted. Genius! I've got some dry wall repair, but I'll take that over ripping through floors aimlessly any day. I called for a leak I couldn't find it but the floor was alway wet Issac came out and he cut a section of the wall out where the floor board is warped he said the beams are dry so I don't have leak and actually said that my house reeks of cat piss and I'm imagining a leak because it's cat piss that warp the floor boards. He kept going on about the smell yes I have 3 roommate and we all have pets but to come into my home and insult me and embarrass me and make me feel horrible was mean. I turned on the water and sure enough the leak was coming up from the floor. He said oh I guess you do have a slab leak I will have someone come and check it. I wish I called someone else at that point. The problem was kindof fix but now there is a knocking in the bathroom that wasn't there before. One came out to look and said it I wanted it fix it will be another 700 to put in a vale or just live with it. I called the company and leave a few messages for a manger call back also a email but never got a response. Finally I called again and finally got a supervisor and she said she will send someone out. The same guy came back and said like I told you before nothing we can do unless you want to get the vale which is about 700. I guess I will live with knocking or call another a different company. I give this place 0 stars for the rudeness unprofessional and not fixing the whole problem unless I pay out more money. I feel like it's a scam. read more

We had a small water leak in the PVC water lines behind our washer machine. We called for service. Cole called and asked if he could come by early which was much appreciated. Run, don't walk away from this company. They are the worst. I did $15000 worth of replumbing and they found mold, they never researched where it was coming from and at the last minute, when they were getting ready to close up the last piece of drywall, I asked them where the mold came from in the first place, then with a simple flush of the toilet we found a huge leak and they were going to seal up the wall without a fix if I hadn't said something. They said that would be extra, but they would throw it in. I'm waiting for them to call me back, i've heard about 5 times that somebody will call me back to do a warranty check because I'm afraid there might be other leaks or sloppy work, FOR WEEKS no one will call me back, there's drywall repairs that still need to be done and splatter all over my garage cabinets, that they were going to come clean. I also bought a new water softener at the same time, They didn't even leave one extra bag of salt and barely put any in the system. I was told they would deliver more salt and never heard a word back. I've since heard the owner will call me back. The manager will call me back and I can't get any response. Kim told me she was sorry about the way I was treated and would have somebody call me back, but every time I call in, somebody's in a meeting and the guy that I was working with no longer works there, apparently they have a very high turnover. I am disgusted with the way I have been treated after spending $20,000. I will contact the BBB and anyone else I can, they disappear once they get your money, i'm really afraid of what is behind these walls because I don't trust the work that they did. Not to be trusted. Tried saying the whole house needed torn apart and they could not fix the leak causing the problem until the "mold" was cleaned up. After calling the restoration company sent to me by them to give an estimate the company said there was no mold. There was "water damage" to a few base boards over the 50 years of them being there. The quote to fix the leak was over 500 dollars. Replaced the faucet for 25 dollars and it took me, not a plumber, not a handyman, just a regular guy with youtube and a wrench 10 minutes to fix the issue. I was going to be charged over 10k, have my house destroyed, not put back together, for absolutely no reason. read more

It is my recommendation that you do NOT request service with ASAP Plumbing, unless you are agreeable to service appointment issues, bait and switch on pricing, promises that are unfulfilled, and poor technician performance. Here's our story: I reached out to schedule service for our church, based upon a recommendation from someone with hopes of swift resolution Monday 01/23/23. The scheduler said we were scheduled from 4-6 pm and the technician would call or text when in route. I received a confirmation text of the scheduled appointment, as seen in the picture attached to this review. The service call fee was quoted at $125 plus any other work done on the call. By 5:15, I had not received a text or call from anyone. I called and was informed we were not on the schedule, as discussed and confirmed via text message. So, now I was put on hold to figure things out. The lady comes back on and says okay, it's resolved and you are on the schedule now. The tech will call you when he's on his way. We wait until almost 7 pm and then I call back. I'm told he's coming but stuck on a job. Okay-I'm trying to be patient, but it's wearing thin. Finally at almost 8, I get a call that the tech is down the street trying to find the building. I give more explicit instructions on how to locate the building and think he'll be there in just a few minutes. Nope! 30 minutes later he arrives. I see that his eyes are glossy and bloodshot, he's slurring his words, he can't work his iPad, and he doesn't even want to do the work to check things out. He finally agrees to snaking the line and comes back with a $227 service call fee for it being "after-hours" (when that's not my fault due to the scheduling mishap and extra delays)....Plus the snaking fee. Truthfully, with all of the red flags, I was not confident in his ability to perform service. He got his manager on the phone to discuss pricing while I spoke on the phone to our Pastor. I informed Pastor of the condition of the technician and the way the pricing has changed. We both agreed that we did not trust the situation. After letting the technician know that he could leave and we were not going to accept service, the manager still wanted a service fee. My Pastor spoke with him and informed him of the reasons why we were declining service- technician impairment and pricing different from quoted. The main point was that we were concerned for the technician's ability to perform service in his current state. The technician of course got angry and raised his voice at me. He took his phone back and we told him he could go ahead and leave. After he left, I called and spoke to a man named Niagol. I wanted to make sure that they understood that it was not about the money. Going to a job impaired is very unprofessional and unsafe. He spoke with management and said that the next morning they would come out and not charge the service call fee and offered discounts. He said they would look into the impairment of the driver. I was pleased with that response. The next morning, I called several times to get on the schedule. First, I'm told that the managers are in a meeting and I'll get a returned call. Then, I'm told they can fit me in, but they'll call me back to give me the times. After waiting for several hours, I found another company. It seemed as if they only wanted to give me the runaround. I finally found someone that would come from 2-4. About 1:30 I get a call from an ASAP technician that he would be on his way. I was confused as I had no idea we were on the schedule. I never received that return phone call. He said yes, we were scheduled from 12-2. I told him that if he could get there before the other new company technician, since I hadn't received a call yet that the new tech was on his way, that we would work with ASAP. The gentleman hung up and must've called his boss because just a few minutes later I get a call from the supervisor. I'm informed that the techs are paid on commission and if I have already scheduled with another company, there's no use in their tech coming out because their tech won't make any money. I reiterated my lack of trust due to the previous events and that if the tech would be there, we would still give ASAP the business. He told me to go ahead and have the other new company tech check it out and quote us and then ASAP will beat the price of the job. I was flabbergasted. Say what?! That really upset me. I told him, "You want me to have another company check out the issue and then you want to come in and make the profit?! No, you'll never get our business now!" I hung up. ASAP- this is completely unacceptable. Scheduling errors, an impaired technician, price changes, and then to tell us to get another company to check it out and you take the business and profit- YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! read more

I had a hose bib needed to be redone and two shower/tub valves that needed replaced or fixed. He replaced the hose bib and said he would need to go thru the garage dryway to fix it. Received a notice from the city that I had a leak. Did some troubleshooting myself and found out it was the main, and needed someone to fix it fast. I called two other plumbing companies that were "24/7 service" and supposedly based in Tempe. Each routed me to a dispatcher, who then said I'd get a call back from a technician. No one ever called me from either company, and it turned out they only had a couple technicians based out of Tempe. When I called ASAP, I got the owner, Nick, who came out within hours and gave my wife an estimate while I was at work. Super professional and responsive--was not pushy at all as we weighed our options. That night, the leak turned into a burst and was like a fountain under my driveway. I shut off my water and texted Nick that I needed to fix it immediately, and he had David and Nathan come out the next morning. Literally that afternoon/evening, the two of them came back, isolated the problem, proposed a new way to route the main without me having to get concrete work done/spend thousands more, trenched and re-piped everything while also adding a new hose bib for my garden out back. I would not recommend ASAP and would give them zero stars if available. They overcharged me and took advantage of an emergency situation on a weekend, when my water heater was leaking and I needed a new one. Isaac came out and refused to budge on the price, even after I told him another estimate I received was nearly $2,000 less than his price. Unfortunately. the lower estimate plumber could not come until Monday and I needed the water heater replaced right away. ASAP/Isaac refused to do the job until I gave them my credit card and paid up front. The only thing I give them credit for is coming out on a weekend and doing the job. The water heater is different than the old one and works but I don't even know if it is new. They would not give me a receipt for the new water heater so I cannot even confirm with the manufacturer that it is new or file for the warranty, and ASAP has continued to refuse to provide me with a receipt or an itemization of their bill. I called and left numerous messages for the managers and company and emailed them, but they ignored me. Nobody called me back and they never sent me a receipt for the water heater or itemization of their bill. I don't even know if I have the warranty they said came with the water heater. Apparently I am supposed to go on their word that I have a warranty, but I have not idea because they have proven untrustworthy to me. I would recommend finding another plumber and getting other estimates. If you have an emergency and cannot get estimates, I do not recommend calling ASAP -- call a different plumber and company and get a couple of estimates if you can. Just know if you are calling ASAP, they will overcharge you and take advantage of your emergency situation ASAP. Hire another plumber and company. Run from ASAP. In a very stressful situation, with multiple tenants being impacted by the plumbing issues everyone at ASAP went above and beyond in helping us! They set a tech last night, whom I'm sure worked a full day- he communicated with us and took the time to do what he could. With the help of Efrain, Landon and Ben they were able to get our tenants use of their water as quickly as possible. The job was a huge task but they all were so knowledgeable and understood the urgency. It was also 117 degrees in Phoenix today and they still worked so hard to get the job done so my tenants could use the water. What they promised, they delivered! Landon and Efrain were keeping me in the loop all day via calls and texts and Efrain also sent me pictures to ease my mind. Sabrina in the office was also so caring, attentive and helpful.
