    I am a homeowner sitting here with my house torn apart and left to put back the pieces myself after dealing with this company. Quick Restore has been an absolute nightmare to work with. Rooter Ranger called them out after pipe broke and I had to have new pluming blasted through. "Not so "Quick Restore" was apparently called out to do mitigation and restoration part. Ethan Gray was supposedly my project manager. He is very difficult to reach, does not responded to text or calls. I even tried calling the office after being ghosted by Ethan and was told the issue would be escalated. It has been six days now and I have not heard a word back from anybody at their company. I feel like they took the insurance money and ran. I will be contacting my insurance company for an itemized invoice for what they have billed and been paid for to this point. If there are any discrepancies or over charges, I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company the BBB. I hope their billing practices are not as shady as their "mitigation and restoration"

    I hope my review helps other people like me who are not knowledgeable in this matter not to be taken advantage of. Even after a pretty bad experience with their service, I did not think writing a review but the situation went from bad to worse. I tried to get help from the manager as I always try to resolve things directly but that led to nothing. The company is unethical. I had a pipe burst causing a water leak affecting only one small cabinet in the kitchen and a small driveway area. The plumber who fixed the pipe referred me to this company. QR started the process very aggressively pushy wanted to start before insurance even had an approved estimate. This should have been my first clue.. I requested a quote from QR to make sure that their charge will not exceed the approved. They refused to provide and reassured me that anything extra would be submitted as a supplement to the insurance company and I would not be charged extra. I have made a mistake trusting this which is why I call it unethical as they simply lied. During their process of mitigation, they used a filthy dehumidifier covered in dust filters ( see photo) and they threw away custom tile and the other parts they were not supposed to and instead of saving the part so it could be matched .The custom tile was not replaceable so now I have mismatched tiles with the rest of the living space. Never received even apology. Instead, they are trying to charge me an additional of over $2000 of what insurance approved. The full approved amount was paid to QR . However, they are trying to charge me additional they fully promised they would not, and for which they never gave me a heads up of what will cost before the start. The delay of the rebuilding due to QR mistakes additionally cost me not being able to cook and having to eat out ( one income household ) and the stress of the process I cannot even put the price. This experience convinced me they prey on vulnerable and trustworthy people to take advantage of. Others I am guessing get better service. My advice: never accept referrals that seem like it is urgent -that is a trap. Research companies. Yelp seems to be more realistic. I wish I looked here . . Never ever let them start before upfront estimate. .

We learned the hard way that many companies make big promises just to win your business. In our case, we had over $500,000 in fire and water damage, and it seemed like everyone else was more concerned about their profit margins than helping us. Some even tried to play games with the insurance company by requesting payment for items that weren't warranted. ASAP Restoration was completely different. They were honest, upfront, and transparent from day one. They took the time to review every budget, selection, and step of the process with us, making sure we understood everything along the way. The entire team is outstanding, and Josh, the owner, truly leads by example. He tells it like it is, doesn't overpromise, and works tirelessly to make sure things get done the right way. His communication is second to none,I'd much rather have someone who over-communicates than leaves me wondering what's happening. Our biggest delay wasn't ASAP at all, it was our mortgage company and lender taking their time to release funds. Throughout that entire process, Josh worked alongside us every step of the way, helping us navigate the challenges and keeping the project moving whenever possible. The finished product looks incredible, and looking back, the extra few weeks it took to get on their schedule was absolutely worth the wait. If you're looking for a restoration company that values honesty, quality, communication, and truly cares about its customers, I can't recommend ASAP Restoration and Construction enough.     What an industry! I was up north with my family for the weekend and came home to standing water…read morethroughout the first floor of my house. My first call was to a plumber for help. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, do your research, and call a company that focuses on integrity and quality work. For me, that company was ASAP Restoration.

    This is a long overdue review for ATH! They handled two major home projects for us in 2025 in a…read moremidcentury modern condo. This review is for the first one, a bedroom ceiling/roof leak that needed mold mitigation, asbestos testing and renovation. March 2025: Leak originally started as a moisture spot on the ceiling in October 2024 but my HOA ignored it. By March 2025, the ceiling had become so compromised that water streamed in like a waterfall during a massive storm. My original contact was Noah - he gave me an estimate (along with two other companies). I really appreciated how Noah was communicative, informative and thorough. And! he didn't badger me w/ phone calls & emails, like the other two companies did. He understood that I said I would take care of the situation when I could b/c I was in the middle of Massage Therapy school. I understood the "risks" of having mold & just shut the bedroom off. Fast forward to August 2025 & now we're ready to take care of the situation. Noah followed protocol of getting an asbestos test first. Luckily, it was negative. Then Spencer, their Mitigation Specialist? built a special containment room, inside the guest bedroom that sealed off the contaminated area. Heavy duty fans stayed on for about 72 hours? so the area could be thoroughly dried after being treated w/ some kind of mold treatment. Noah was available via text when I had questions - that was surprising & super helpful! Once Mitigation was completed, Noah connected me w/ Jacob at their Restoration Department. He sent over a stellar crew led by David & they proceeded to rebuild about a quarter of the bedroom - meant to mention that they had to rip out dry wall, scaffolding, etc. This crew rebuilt and then refinished the area, including re-installing wainscotting and painting the ceiling + walls. The results? This bedroom looks gorgeous! We were thrilled with how thorough/smooth ATH was w/ this process & how the renovation turned out. It's not easy to do that, so I respect him for it. Dan asked if I'd still be willing to consider an itemized quote from him for the work, and he sent a detailed one when I agreed. Then there was a long delay on my part, but when I finally accepted and signed the quote, he was on-site within a week and finished all the restoration work in 1 day.

The stress of having your home torn apart and put back together from The crazy amount of leaks (8 in my case) is a feeling of uncertainty and unpredictability... this caused me so many worries,  stresses,  and moments of tears. To be honest though,  i learned so much in this process,  and the first lesson was trust! The trust that there ARE people who have gifts that I don't!!! I needed to trust that the gifts of these people would heal my home! When I decided to lay down my feelings,  open up and let go and let things flow,  every stress and worry went away! It started with releasing those stresses when I spoke to STEVE from the Demo dept of Preferred Choice.  Him and his crew were literally like family!!! Super professional..... you know,  it could be easily uncomfortable with huge men around but NO.... these guys were super fabulous!!!! The coolest thing is you realize as professionals.... they're human too and when you talk to them... they really connect and you realize WHY THEY DO WHAT THEY DO and it all comes together that WHY trusting them is important!!!!! It def relived my stress! I adopted them as my brothers lol!!! There's no way I could do what they do! My husband and I recently bought our first home, and while trying to complete some minor upgrades, we discovered mold. We immediately panicked, assuming the absolute worst. After reading their excellent reviews, I decided to give them a call--and I am so glad I did. Everyone who came out to our house was incredible, friendly, and deeply professional. They made an incredibly stressful situation completely painless, and they treated our home as if it were their own. One important tip for future customers: This company focuses strictly on remediation, meaning they do not handle the reconstruction or repairs (like replacing drywall) once the mold is gone. This wasn't an issue for me--I simply called around and found a local contractor to patch things up afterward--but it's important to go in with the right expectations and always ask questions! The team members we worked with deserve individual recognition: Brandan came out first to rule out any active plumbing leaks. Once he confirmed the mold wasn't plumbing-related, he kindly offered to inspect the rest of our new home's plumbing. He caught a few minor issues, explained his recommendations clearly, and provided no-pressure quotes. We are so relieved to finally have a trustworthy plumber on speed dial! He then immediately looped in their mold specialist, Ruben. Ruben arrived the very same day to assess the mold and provide a fair quote. He was incredibly sympathetic to our situation and reassured us that he would remove as little material as possible while keeping the home safe and thorough. We immediately knew we were in good hands. A few days later, Ruben and Ivan completed the work. They were punctual, efficient, and surprisingly quiet. Not only did they finish on time, but they also managed to save an entire wall and our builder shelves. Because they saved the wall, Ruben actually adjusted our final invoice down to reflect the lower material removal--a massive financial relief for first-time homebuyers. Ruben took extensive photos, walked me through the containment zone to explain their findings, and even returned the next day to walk my husband through the exact same breakdown so we were both fully informed. The final report they provided was incredibly thorough, detailing every single step with photographic evidence. My husband can be very picky about contracted work, and even he was completely impressed and had zero critiques. We were so incredibly stressed, and the calm presence and expertise this team brought into our home was invaluable. After a separate, highly disappointing experience with a different local plumbing company just days prior, "Good Time" completely restored our faith in local businesses. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
