Within two day he and his excellent crew were on site cleaning up the mess, for lack of a better word, left by Arrow Extermination's "wild life" department (who failed at securing the home), securing the exterior openings for rodents. My 85 year old mother-n-law had been battling rodents for months and months without success. One... literally one, visit from Matt and his team, securing exterior openings, setting traps and we haven't seen a rat or any evidence of one since. We can't believe it but it's the truth.. NO rats in the house and we are five days from initial home securing. His team also pointed out exterior home repairs needed that we were unaware of.
