They have a menu that changes monthly, along with special items for holidays and other special occasions. These were for my birthday and a nice handwritten card was included. The ribbon was $1.50 extra but added to celebratory occasion. I had a plate that matched so used it to create a nice photo, including adding a candle and making a wish! I'm very happy to have discovered it because they do offer some good items here. One thing I need to mention are their home made Pop-Tarts which are big and filled with jams or other spreads. I got the strawberry one and I absolutely loved it with their coffee which is also very good. On a couple of occasions I got bagel sandwiches, one with cream cheese and one veggie with egg. I will say that I'm not a fan of their bagels as much as I want to be. They're not bad, but I actually prefer places like Einstein for bagels. I also found their egg bagel to be difficult to eat because the vegetables and fake egg patty kept sliding off and making a mess. My point is not everything here is perfect, but in addition to what I mentioned above they also have wraps, cookies, brownies, cakes and other items. Customer service here is also top notch as well and you can tell they love what they do.
