I was told it was because it was "a bad situation". Sure, I can understand that but if the work was going to be challenging, Kaui's Kleaners could have quoted me accordingly before accepting the project or just decline to do the work after evaluating what they saw on site better. What resulted was a frustrating waste of my time and an unprofessional job not worth the money I paid-- even with the "small" discount I received--no matter how they said they strove to do their best. It seems that the project had inadequate staffing (based on security camera footage of people coming and going to the house) and perhaps a lack of or distracted supervision based on what I came across when I inspected inside the house the next day. Why offer to return to "correct" the work after numerous discrepancies (basic, routine things that an experienced company should have spotted and taken care of) were brought to their attention after they said the job was completed and payment requested? Those should have been handled thoroughly the first time. For these reasons, I can't recommend this company. I already told Kaui that. This was the first time that the Yelp reviews failed me at a time when I really needed a job done well.

She understood what I needed and the urgency--my elderly father's oven was so dirty I was afraid he would start a house fire!--and gave me a quote quickly. She quotes on a flat fee and that made the entire transaction transparent and simple. After the quote, we then spoke on the phone and I felt instantly comfortable with her. Tatianna arrived right on time, had everything she needed to make the job happen, and left my dad's oven and kitchen SPOT-LESS! I'm telling you, I've NEVER seen an oven that clean. It's like it's brand new. Tatiana says she focuses on deep cleaning and, believe me, sister deep-cleaned and more! We had renters in one of our units for abt 3 months. It was newly renovated and with new appliances. When they left, the place was in disarray with dirty furniture left behind and dog or possibly human fences caked to the floors in several rooms of the home. Melanie and her team were excellent!!! I have before pictures of what it looked like and how it looked after they did a very thorough cleaning and disinfection of the place. Thank you again Melanie and team for saving our home. Awesome customer service Okihime Cleaning Services. I did read several of the (1) star reviews prior to arranging the appointment which more or less stated that the customers either could not get a response from the company or that there was some sort of scheduling issue. I should have listened to my gut and stayed away. This is definitely not a company that I would put my trust in.

I used Maid in Oahu to handle the move-out cleaning. The cleaning company that I had used before…read morehad done a wonderful thorough job but were on a break. So, I read the reviews for Maid in Oahu and decided to try then. They did a great job communicating what they were able to do and what they were not able to do. Which is pretty straightforward. For example, they are not able to pull out an oven/refrigerator from the wall for cleaning. But if you can find someone to do this heavy work- they will clean the area. It's a liability issue I get it. But if you are not physically able to do this or if you don't have anyone else who can do this for you then you are just out of luck. So, if there are things that are required for a move out per your lease I recommend that you send them the move out cleaning requirements. They are very transparent about what they will/won't do an that is fair. Pricing and scheduling was set, confirmed and re-confirmed. Additionally, the confirmations etc. were verbal and in writing which was very helpful. All in all , I did receive my security deposit so I am content with the service.
