    Don't let Ashley fool you. Buy from Exclusive Furniture they delivered with no issues. They responded to my review and said reach which I did. When I did this is the response I got. See photo. They did confirm the delivery date of 6/1 multiple times leading up delivery. 3 times the day of with a window of 12-3:15 for delivery. They never showed up or called. Now they have an estimated delivery of 6/11. With no guarantee of when I will receive the item.

    See the different in the cushions apparently this is "normal wear and tear"

    This is a final update on my previous review. Now we are in June 2021. Ashley sent a repair man out a few months ago to repair of sofa that we consider to have had a product defect. The repair man informed us that Ashley only instructed him to fix the recliner side of the couch, even though, Ashley promised that all issues raised would be addressed. The "repair" made the couch even worse if that's possible. The recliner foot section would not longer go flat, the motor fell out of the bottom, and the extra cushion that he added made the recliner extremely uncomfortable and unable to be used any longer. I am writing this update because we tried several times to call and email Ashley following this "repair" and receive NO ANSWER. Ultimately we had to purchase a new couch and trash the Ashley couch. A waste of money and time. If I could give Ashley a negative review I would. I consider this to be fraud and theft. Ashley will sell you a shit product and make promise under their warranty that they have not intention of keeping. DO NOT BUY ASHLEY!

    The worst customer service have ever experienced. Don't buy from Ashley's period. This guys tricked me and lied to me about my order. How do you buy a whole sectional and at the end when it's delivered you are missing a piece when I called him about it he said I ll have to pay for the missing price and hang up on me. Refused the order and got my money back. Never buying from Ashley's ever again. Poor customer service and disrespectful!!!!! Be careful with this scammer!!!!

    I wish I could give them 0 stars. Delivery was awful, they couldn't communicate at all with me. The couch was broken on delivery and they left before we could even have a chance to inspect and find out. Lastly the service to get this mess sorted has been 0 stars. Never by from Ashley Furniture or Travis the person who attempts to do sales. Not a salesperson.

    On December 2nd I went into the store and purchased a farmhouse table. Sales person was great and he assured me that I would get my table delivered the following week. I received a call Dec. 19 that I would finally get my table on December 21st. When the delivery guys got to my home they informed me they were only leaving the chairs because the table was damaged . Instead of delivering everything together I had only chairs. They even left the legs of the table. My family and I went through Christmas and New Years with no table, we even had guest over to bring in the New Year, reasons why I bought this to begin with. On January 13th I was informed that my table would finally come in. This time they were short a part and couldn't install my table. They had the part from a pickup they did earlier in the day but that they couldn't use it. I was so frustrated that I called and apparently they couldn't help. I got another call today and I was given another delivery date . This will be the third attempt . My family and guest couldn't have the proper sit down to eat our dinner during the Holidays and I am more than frustrated and will never shop at Ashley's again

    Ive been calling the store since yesterday, to speak with the sales rep that recently assisted me In the store with looking for a sofa but no one is answering- (option #3- sales rep or schedule a visit). How am I supposed to schedule an appt?

A few days ago I purchased a large ceramic rabbit at this store to place in an assisted living. It cost 100 dollars. When I got home from the store, I picked the rabbit up by its head and the head broke off. I went back to the store and spoke with the store manager who told me her name was Debbie. I asked if they would replace the rabbit or at least give me a discount on a new one. Debbie told me "too bad so sad". She said there was nothing they could do to help me out. Debbie was so hostile and rude to me. I told Debbie that I have been a customer of At-Home for years and have spent a lot of money there. She told me "that's too bad." It's no wonder At-home had to file for bankruptcy last year when they have managers that are rude and not the least bit customer friendly. I still am shocked out how rude Debbie was to me.

Do not be coerced…read moreinto buying one of these prefab back yard grills that claim to come with Lifetime Warranty. That is far from the truth. On 11/9/19 I purchased a St. Thomas GX6 *Travertine with the lights and the trimmings from the Richmond, TX location. I purchased this model with the lights solely because I was told that they would be covered under warranty. Come to find out, that is also far from the truth. I paid a little over 10k to have this set delivered to my home as quickly as possible as stated on the contract "ASAP." I was told that it would be delivered and installed before Thanksgiving of that same month. Come to find out, they were behind. Then the driver did not show up, then the welding guy that was supposed to put in the additional door could not come out for some reason. Regardless of going back and forth with Sales Manager, Justin Farmer the time frame was not kept as promised. My family came to my home with a back porch and pergola with no backyard kitchen. Alright, no worries, I guess I must just take it for what it is. No one bothered to offer anything for compensation, no drawers, accessories, nothing. Oh well. The job was not complete until mid-August. So, I could not hang out with the family on my porch either for my son's birthday August 12th. Really screwed that one up, customer service could not help, I contacted leadership, and no one did nothing. Just the regular old SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). My wife was/is livid being that we did not have what we paid for ($10,000) for the family gatherings of that year and let me know that we had spent 10k only to get the back end of the stick. I defended Paradise Grills in saying, we paid for the delivery and the lifetime warranty and that I was confident we would not get jerked around on the warranty. Now, I let it go because eventually everything was delivered and installed after about 13 phone calls and a few inbox messages to leadership of Paradise Grills. Today 4/12/2021, I call in about the light associated with my grill that is inside and I was told that I had to purchase one (Phillips G4 bipin 12-volt 20-watt halogen), and that it was not covered under the warranty. Nor the lights on my St. Thomas Bar system. Ok fine, I'll buy the 25-dollar light bulb, but I also mentioned that the light cover is in front of the light bulb on the inside was cracked and blackened. "Oh, yeah that isn't covered either." I responded immediately verbatim what the sales manager, Justin Farmer told me and that what was confirmed in the showroom as I was purchasing. I was then told, that "it says clearly in the manual that comes with the Grill that it is not covered. "Well, Mr. Customer Service, you know when I get to get my hands on one of those manuals, when the grill is delivered AFTER THE PURCHASE." Also remember that the Backyard Setup was delivered a month after the purchase in which I no longer have the 30 days to take it back at that point so I would have been screwed either way. These are all facts, and the fact is that there is no lifetime warranty and you can get the same grill and work done at your home for much less purchasing from Paradise Grills. I hope that leadership gets a hold of this message and that it helps future purchasers from getting hustled like I did. I should have just had a custom job done in my backyard so that it adds value to my house and attached as real property. Do not be conned by sales folks saying that it will add value to your home. This also is a lie.
