I would give this store 0 starts if it was possible. I made two large purchases (thousands of dollars) from Ashley Furniture in the past few years, but will never buy from them again based on my recent experience. I know each store is probably independently operated, but I don't care anymore. There are far greater online and brick-and-mortar options to settle for inferior service and salespeople. Issue 1 - Lack of customer service. We bought two children's bedroom sets about 2 years ago from this store. Recently, we realized the delivery company never brought the wood slats that go with one of the bed sets. It still works with the box spring, but sits much higher than it should. Our 6-year old has been using a step-stool to get in her bed for the past 2 years. The slats allow for use with the mattress only. My wife went back today to look at larger beds, but also wanted to get the slats since they should have been included. The website clearly states that slats are included if you have the storage drawers underneath (which ours did). Of course, Ashley doesn't have a separate SKU for the slats, so I could understand how delivery people could forget. Either way, we are not furniture experts and never ordered a platform bed before. My opinion: This store should have made things right by providing a returning customer with the wood slats that should have been included in the first place. Instead, the so-called manager gave us a 800-number to call to try to resolve the issue (good luck). That lack of customer service and standing behind their sales = no future sales. Issue 2 - Lack of knowledge on the sales floor. The lady that helped my wife was also a manager, but neither she nor another employee understood what my wife was talking about with regard to slats. So, customers are expected to be furniture experts and know when slats should be included at the point of delivery even if your own employees aren't quite sure, right? The manager then proceeded to try to pull up several mattresses of different models to see what my wife was talking about and saw the slats on several of them. She said if we ordered the larger bed, it "should" come with slats but couldn't guarantee that it would. We could just refuse the shipment and get a refund if it was not included. Seriously? That's your answer? And you're a manager??? Issue 3 - "Price matching" does not mean price matching here. We already had a headboard for a larger bed in the same collection. We found an online price for the remaining parts to complete the kit plus delivery. Again, the slats are not itemized as a separate SKU for this bed kit, but the website says it will be included for any beds with storage drawers underneath. The same manager said she could price-match the online price, but after totaling the price and delivery, the final "price-match" was still $800 instead of $650 online. So... how is a $150 difference considered price-matching? My wife is sorry she wasted her time there today. We will never be back at any Ashley Home Store. You just lost repeat customers due solely to your lack of customer service and salespeople knowledge/training. Buyers beware! Check your deliveries to make sure you get everything you're supposed to get and don't trust these salespeople. The manager Sharita is very rude and not receptive to customer issues at all. The salesperson Martha also lied to us regarding the date our couch would be ready and where the warehouse is to pick up said couch. She said it was "very close", when in reality it is 2 hours away. She also said our couch would be ready in "1-2 weeks, most likely a week". It was over two weeks before we got the call it was ready, two hours away. Customer care also mentioned they have had complaints about this store and manager Sharita previously and they are not surprised I am having this issue. read more

Run the other way and don't look back! We purchased a complete bedroom set (or what we thought to be complete). After spending over $5500 - we found out on delivery that we did not get all of the pieces we thought we did. In addition, the headboard and footboard were damaged upon delivery and we watched the delivery men damage one of the nightstands while banging it into our front door. We called the store immediately and was told that we could not return the set without a 30% restocking fee. We didn't even have all of the pieces delivered that day and out of 8 items ordered - only 7 showed up and 3 of those were damaged. Too bad, so sad was Ashley's response. We recieved a call that the backordered piece was available for delivery a week ago - we have called back 3 times and left messages (as we were unable to reach an actual person) with no call back. The three damaged pieces we were told were in stock and we would receive in 2 days - that was 8 days ago. They have THREE BBB complaints after a month in business. Buying furniture can be a very stressful experience and from what I've heard a lot of the companies cheat you in one way or another. However, this has been one of the most excruciating experiences I've had as a consumer. I will never purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again and I would warn those close to me of how awful their customer service is. Ashley Furniture employs hard selling, commission, and negotiation tactics in a refined process of ripping you off. They play games, "let me talk to the manager", create emotional bonds, all the selling tactics you'd expect from anywhere else, and that's OK. The only part I can not tolerate is the lying. I was promised by two managers and my salesperson that I would receive my furniture in three weeks. I even pulled up the reviews of other customers that testified in how horrible their delivery estimates are and I was told these reviews were "drops of water in an ocean". If that is the case, then there is a constant rainstorm on Ashley Furniture. It took me five additional weeks of waiting past my promised date of delivery before I received my furniture. And I had to call a manager at least once a week just to get the delivery moved up from dates that they kept pushing back. I feel cheated and lied to and it's a disrespectful experience to have to go through that. All I wanted was to be treated like a human. read more

This is the worst furniture store to buy from . First off we were told our sofa would be delivered by July 25th. That did not happen . Then we received a confirmed delivery date for July 4th between 8 am to 12pm . The delivery guy came around 8:16 am and left a message on our voicemail that he will wait 15 minutes. We called him back less than 10 minutes later and he left ! Then we went to Ashley furniture to get a refund or to have the sofa delivered without a new delivery charge and the manager of Ashley's furniture told us we have to pay an additional 99.00 for a second delivery on top of what we already paid which was 169.00!! The manager was rude and unbecoming. We will never shop here . We tried to cancel the order after all this trouble and the manager says we cannot cancel orders or if we do we need to pay a 30% restocking fee !!! Terrible customer service , terrible management, delivery guy hung up on us .. the whole experience with Ashley furniture has been a complete nightmare. I purchased Living Room, Dining Room, and a Chair. After a year the couch started sinking not as firm, the dining room chair the seats started coming apart, i glued the seats, the table started bubbling up and the chair had a big hold in the seam of this chair that cost $1000.00. I purchased a warranty and complained and they did not even want to fix any of the items. Never again will I purchase anything from Ashley not even a rug. As unfortunate as it sounds, reading the reviews on here makes me feel a little better. I can relate to a lot of the previous customers. My fiancé and I went into Ashley May 6th hoping to purchase a living room set for our new house. We ended up purchasing a couch, loveseat, center table, and two end tables. They had a deal that day that gave us credit to use towards accessories, and we chose to purchase a set of lamps. Our salesperson was great. The manager discounted our delivery fee $25 because our couches weren't in stock. We were going to get a call the week of May 28th to determine a delivery date. We received a call May 29th saying the couches will arrive at the distribution center June 11th (over a month after purchase). We were a little irritated with the length of delivery so my fiancé called the store to see how they can accommodate us. There was no manager available so they said they'd have him call us back. No call whatsoever. June 11th rolls around, my fiancé receives a call that all the furniture except the loveseat will be delivered June 14th. Their reasoning was that it's a discontinued item, but since we ordered it they still have to make it. Estimated delivery: JULY! It's a bunch of bs if you ask me, but we're just glad to have some kind furniture in the house. Delivery was smooth on June 14th. My fiancé calls to schedule the delivery for the loveseat. It is scheduled to be delivered June 20th. We're so excited it's getting in earlier than expected. June 19th we receive a time frame for delivery. We're excited to be finished with this fiasco. It was too good to be true. They called us just hours later to explain they have no idea why there is a delivery scheduled for us on the 20th because it's not supposed to. They rescheduled it for June 26th. I will update this review to see if they come through with this. At this point, frustrated doesn't even begin to describe how we feel about this company. I see some customers have waited longer than we have, which is so unfortunate. I am hoping writing this review will alert someone at the store since no manager is apparently ever available to talk to us. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Carlos, a nice gentleman who gave us plenty of space and answered any questions we had. We were in there for almost an hour and not once did I feel pressured into buying anything. We ended up purchasing a sectional couch that arrived within 2 weeks of purchase as promised. The couch itself is a very nice color and quite comfortable as it was in the store. Delivery went without any issues too. The guys came in with the 3 pieces of the sectional, put them together, and were out the door in 15-20 minutes. All in all my experience was exactly what I was hoping it would be despite some of the more recent bad reviews I've seen on Yelp. read more

Yeah... this place sucks. We have spent so much time complaining and writing e-mails to their corporate offices that I'm exhausted from it. Ordered furniture based on delivery time as we were new to the area at the time, and everything except for the tables came late. Guess they thought we could sit on top of our kitchen table while watching tv for 2 months. The managers could care less about your complaints by the way, so don't waste your breath with them. Oh, and the furniture warranty? It's a joke, don't waste your money. Our coffee table which we had replaced because it started PEELING was replaced with yet another, peeling coffee table. The only reason Ashley Homestore deserves even 1 star is because I am "generally" satisfied with the actual furniture that I've received. Now for the rest.... I have rarely been subjected to customer service this bad. Their BBB score is definitely bought and paid for, and I should have listened to people before going with Ashley. Here is an account of my poor experiences with them: 1. Incredibly deceiving finance team (Sterling, VA) -- I purchased several pieces and by bundling them together to give us their best price, they mangled the individual costs of each piece of furniture. This became an issue later when they needed to refund me on one piece - I got back much less than the value of it. 2. Despite mentioning they provided me a refund - they don't generally give any refunds at all. I had to FIGHT to get a refund on one piece - a chair that they sold us in the showroom that was actually discontinued. They delivered the WRONG chair, and tried to make me choose another item. After explaining to them that I only wanted that one piece and no longer want anything else, their toll-free customer service center representatives were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I went back to the showroom and worked with one gentleman, Mr. Velazquez, and he was pleasant enough to finally provided me with a refund (albeit, at a lower value than what should have been received). 3. Delivery time for the furniture kept getting pushed back. They wanted to deliver several weeks after the dates discussed, and only after multiple calls to their customer service line, as well as to the local store did I get proper delivery for most of the items. Other items were on back-order (this was never communicated to me initially) and took a total of two months to finally get delivered. That particular delivery just occurred - and even then they made mistakes by first attempting to deliver to a billing address and not the shipping address. Incredibly sloppy, since they delivered all other pieces to the correct address initially. 4. Damage - there was a table that was damaged when delivered, and the delivery gentleman even acknowledged it was damaged. My issue isn't with that, these things happen. However - he called Ashley's customer service, reported the damage, and I was told they would send someone out to see if there was any chance of repair first before replacing. A gentleman came out, agreed it was damaged, and he said he would make them aware so it could be replaced. This of course, didn't happen - I had to call and ask what the status was on our replacement and the customer service team tried to tell me this was not damaged. After multiple calls and escalations, we talked to one gentleman who was offensively rude, and began talking back to me over the phone. Eventually after more phone calls, they agreed to replace the table. Although I enjoy the pieces I've received, customer service is part of what you pay for and it's clear this area is not considered a priority to them. For that reason - STAY AWAY. You can always order Ashley Furniture online on Wayfair and some other online retailers. It would probably be best to go that route rather than visit a showroom or deal with their toll-free customer service department. read more

I went to the President's Day sale here and bought a sectional couch, ottoman, and a bar stool/bench. Terry our sales associate was friendly, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. There was no haggling as we purchased the sectional at advertised sale price. All of the associates were nice and friendly to my children who were increasingly bored and jumping on the display furniture! We were initially told our furniture would be delivered on the following Saturday, however when the store called on Friday they changed the delivery date to Tuesday. Normally I would be upset about that, however I was actually glad it freed up my Saturday for more fun things. Based on my experience at this Ashley store I will definitely be back soon! read more

She made me greek like she was there to just hello me!! :-) I initially came for couches and to just look for bedroom furniture. I actually found everything! They DO NOT CARE! Terrible. First order was 5/15. It's now 7/2 and I still have no furniture. I have taken 2 days off work for deliveries that never happened. I was contacted last week to schedule delivery. I asked them for a Saturday delivery (which was confirmed) and was told someone would contact me Friday to give me a 3 hour window. I never heard from them. I have had to call them over and over. Finally I was told the delivery was not put in. The woman said "I am trying to get you the furniture and we can deliver Tuesday"... absolutely not, I can NOT take off work again. She then responded with "well did she tell you about the premium fee of $39.99 to deliver on a Saturday". The fact that you would say that to me after 2 months of frustration with your company is asinine. All I wanted was a refund back in May. They refused to with their "no refund policy" and now I'm stuck with furniture I do not want. We ordered our entire living room 2 months in advance and after multiple follow up calls, learned that the sales person never even put in our order. Purchased a sectional on 4/18 and was told it would arrive by 5/2 "give or take a day" and here we are 5/15 and nobody has called us to say the date has shifted,etc. We decided we would cancel two days ago and ended up speaking with someone from the store on both 5/13 and 5/14 who said their manager would call us back. Guess what? Nobody ever called us back, I had to call again today. I was able to get in touch with Kevin Davis who is the general sales manager of the store. He's telling us now it's closer to the end of the month. I told him we wanted to cancel and he said we couldn't cancel, and if we did, we would have to pay a 30% restocking fee. The irony with this statement is that the furniture has never been shipped out, so what am I paying to restock? The sales person we worked with assured us that it would be at our house on 5/2 However there's no penalty for providing the wrong information, I guess that's how it goes when all you're worried about is securing the sale. I'm going to escalate this to William Hall who is the Washington DC district manager for Ashley furniture and see if he's able to assist us. I don't think I'm asking for that much given I've been given the run around. This is really unfortunate as we have purchased from Ashley in the past. These guys are not keeping their promises, They ask you to sign all the papers, however when you decline they give false promises that you will get the delivery on time - I have family unction this Wednesday and my furniture was due to arrive today, first they do not provide any call or intimation that the delivery is delay, and when i called multiple time now they are saying that delivery will come by week end. From the lack of attention from the initial salesperson and waiting around for him. To being passed off to someone else. The hours it took just to get the paperwork processed for the order. Then not to receive a call or estimated time for delivery until the week of. I changed my entire schedule for delivery time between 4-7; they didn't show up until 7:45!!! Which then was a huge inconvenience to my evening schedule. Furniture was placed in room and each piece had damage. We didn't accept it and had them take it back. I called the store and the warehouse the next morning only to receive apologies BUT refusal to cancel my order. They stated they don't have a cancellation policy. Now they want me to wait weeks and weeks again for delivery?? This is not right. From the moment I walked into the store this whole experience has been bad. Our saleswoman Cris was great and straightforward. She even honored a sale that ended two days earlier, saving us nearly $1,000! Everything, 6 pieces, came in less than two weeks. Everything was delivered and assembled quickly with no problems. I noticed a lot of bad reviews previous to our purchase, but we really liked the sets quality and price. If I could give this a 0 I would. Ordered in APRIL and have still not received my item. Sales person was Wayne E. and he was super helpful to sell but completely non responsive when the furniture hasn't been delivered for 5 months. No response to emails and every time I finally do get in contact with some one they push the date back further. Maybe it will come for Christmas and be our surprise present. My all time favorite place to talk trash about. I ordered whole bedroom set and sectional couch from here on Feb. 17 2019 with an ETA of March 14. Understand there are delays and issues I work for a shipping company. There was ABSOLUTELY NO communications to me of the delays at all. I called March 13 to confirm which I was told March 21. So I called March 19 to ensure all in order for arrival. I was told AGAIN, it was delayed until the 25 of March. A call was made on March 26 (warehouse closed Mondays) to see the status which I was advised by Sharitta March 27...I can 1 day after March 27 and they say delayed 1st week of April!! Came in to office spoke with Krevis? Very helpful until it came to explaining the delivery details. Which none was advised. I get a call today March 26 that the guy for delivery was at my house already!! At 1245 I'm at work. I told the guy that I'm on my way (Armin? Ali?) because I'm coming from work should be 15-20 min. he said he could wait no issue. I get there and no one is there. I called the customer service number, waited 10 min, then Laura told me they had left. I got there at 1304 (1:04 pm) and Laura said they left at 1302 (1:02 pm)!!! She then tells me that due to policy they can only wait 15 min. THEN WHY DID YOUR DUMBASS DRIVER SAY THEY CAN WAIT? There is a huge disconnect between the store and customer service. Both of which are trash. Also if your sales rep is RM2 (I forgot her name, blonde, older lady who is from out of country) she couldn't spell my name right. Or my address, or my email. Or anything. No knowledge but sell sell sell. I wish I would've gotten furniture from an estate sale. I'd rather sleep on a dead persons furniture than to wait for this to show up. Make sure you request to read the policy because it doesn't cover any of your concerns but their own. Had to pay a re delivery fee because of their policy they failed to mention. I should have listen to the other bad reviews on here. I fell in love with a very comfy couch and decided to purchase. The couch was great and the initial sales women that helped was really helpful. But we then got passed on to the store manager that helped closed the deal and told us the chaise chair of the couch was not in stock. But he said the entire other main piece of the couch would be available in a week. Almost 2 months later and several phone calls and MANY different delivery dates, we got out couch. We did go to the store yesterday and cancel our order, no petition form was filled on our behalf, store manager said she will do it for us and will call the end of the day with an answer as of today no call has being received yet. As a consumer I feel betrayed and disappointed. Awful customer experience. Purchasing the bed frame from the store was fine. The problems started when it came to delivery. The store had my bed according the the rep i spoke to "for a couple days" and had not attempted to schedule delivery. Only after I called to inquire about my order did the rep then go about scheduling my deliver. I took today off from work to be available for delivery, the delivery service arrived on time and went about unloading and unboxing the bed frame. After unboxing they realized they were missing hardware (which was left at the warehouse) and were unable to set up the bed. They packed the pieces up and left, with my bed still leaning against the wall and the room not returned to how it was. I was then called by the distribution company that claimed there was no possible way to have the parts that were left at the warehouse brought to my location so the bed could be assembled today. They then had to reschedule me for nearly a week later. When you pay a premium ($130) for "white glove delivery" there is an expectation that when delivery is scheduled they will bring all the necessary parts and have the bed assembled during the delivery window and if an issue were to arise that they would work with the customer to resolve it. This was not the case and is an awful customer experience. I am now out time, a vacation day, and am still without a bed frame. I would urge anyone considering buying a bed frame to look elsewhere. read more

Aside from a nice saleslady we had I can honestly say the delivery stinks!... We had two guys deliver and you may think there was a fire under their asses. They were in such a hurry, they knocked off my doorknocker on the front door.. gauged the hell outta my new wall and one was extremely rude!... The bookcases (3) delivered, (2) built wrong! Put together backwards so the shelves did even fit in it. While drivers were here one of the drivers called in to say he had finished the job and then asked for me to be put on the phone. She asked me to rate the drivers *while they stood there*. Well, I don't feel that's too professional because I couldn't really RATE them as poorly as I wanted to with them standing right next to me! They need to strive to make their delivery system a bit better with more careful professional movers. read more

Beware, I would not recommend buying leather sofas at Ashley furniture. They have serious quality issues. I bought a full set of motorized sleeper and sofa set, along with 5 year protection warranty. The so called leather started peeling in the third year. The warranty claims were denied and requests to address the quality issues seems to go no where. I sent pictures and the serial numbers 2 weeks ago and no further response. The sales people on the floor seems to be fine and professional. The peeling is not just on the arms but also the seating areas. Which should easily last 10 years for a leather sofa. Poor quality - Do not buy leather sofas at Ashley. They have serious product quality issues and dogged the warranty repairs as well. read more

I began by purchasing a sofa, lift chair, oversize chair and ottoman. How I wish I would have read previous reviews. The price in the store was much different from the on line prices. I went ahead with the purchase and when delivery brought the sofa through the door, got grease on it. I was encouraged to attempt to wash the grease off. I told them it was grease and they needed to make this right. They filled out a green sheet and stated that a tech would get with me first thing in the morning. It was the next afternoon and they stated that they would order the fabric to repair the couch. In the meantime, I had returned to the store and ordered a coffee table and two end tables. When I mentioned that the price on line was less, the manager took some off the cost. Why didn't I do this the first time? It has been close to a month and today I called to find out when the coffee table, and end tables would arrive. It will be at least another month. These items have already been paid for in July, and I need to wait until September. This seems very unfair. I also need to wait until September to have the sofa repaired. I have a terminally ill husband, and wanted the house to look nice when people come to visit him. This has not worked out well at all....... read more

Ok my story is a bit different - FIrst off I should say that everything went pretty much as explained to me so I can't complain. Even after I needed to make a change to the delivery date I was accomodated politely. Let me explain: I am recently divorced and needed new furniture for my new place so I went to Ashley's in Sterling because it happened to be next door to the kabob place I ate the day before AND it wasn't value city furniture. Something about buying a VCF at my age I didn't agree with BUT I couldn't afford Haverty's (remember I said I'm divorced). Anyway it had been a long time since I bought new furniture so I had forgotten that its a war zone when you walk into a place. Imagine the sun just setting for the first time in 30 days and you happened to walk straight into a vampire nest, except instead of your blood they want your leach onto your wallet like its your aorta. Some may say this is a more horrid offense. I needed to buy a bedroom set and a very nice, tall, beautiful black woman helped me. It everything in my power not to hit on her vs buy furniture - side note. Either way, she was new and you could definitely tell she was new. Didn't matter its a furniture store and bedroom sets are a dime a dozen so we walked. She quoted me pricing that I thought was agreeable. The thing that really pains my rectum is that I didn't read any reviews ahead of time. Meaning that I didn't HAGGLE!! I LOVE TO HAGGLE!!! I just accepted the pricing she quoted me (which I still thought was good until I read these reviews). I bought a king size bedroom set with huge armoir and dresser+mirror for $1000. I was happy until today. Either way at first I requested delivery for 4 weeks because of my divorce but things expedited much quicker than I thought so I ended up calling back and requesting to move it to ASAP and they accomodated. Within 6 days of purchasing I received my furniture (keep in mind that at first I told them later and then changed it to sooner). What really upset me was that I went back to get a chair 2 days afterwards. I didn't like anythign I saw but than a new salesperson (who was very kind, almost too kind) helped me and gave me a great deal on nightstands that came with the original bedroom set. They could EVEN add it to my original purchase to get the financing AND come to me at the same time as my bedroom set. ALL GOOD THINGS. I spent another hour easily processing the after affects of this sale (they tried to sell you the warranty BUT do not buy the warranty if you have kids - believe me it doesn't cover what they do). Anyway at 10PM I get a text from the salesman who tells me that the nightstands are discontinued. Basically a waste of my time. Now when I login online to pay my bill it says I owe a ZERO balance which frightens me because I know that the zero balance is WRONG but I don't know if they will put the right amount without the nightstand or if they will add the charge with the nightstands. I can tell fixing this is going to be a night mare. If the whole nightstand thing didn't work AND I didn't know about haggling I would have rated this place a 5. A 6 if the sales person was not married and she let me make out with her on the bed. read more

Situation resolved. Wrote an e-mail to the regional sales manager, and received a refund for the shipping ($99.99) and a $100 dollar gift card for our issues. Through dealing with Ashley, I believe that the issue is that the Storefront, Inventory, and Shipping are all controlled by different companies, so not exactly Ashley's fault. Not a terrible place, as we have ordered two large pieces from them in two separate orders, and only one had an issue as described. Delivered broken furniture. Refused to replace it, will only fix. Three weeks later they send someone out to fix it but ordered the wrong parts. Now I have to wait another three weeks for the furniture to be fixed. They also do not give a time when someone comes to fix the furniture. They make you wait around all day. read more

Very impressed with intelligent store structure and knowledgeable salespeople. I have done weeks of internet research on a new mattress, but wanted to feel for myself and talk to the salespeople. After dropping by 2 competitors next door, I stopped in Ashley and met salesperson Wayne. Ashley was set up different, having rows and rows with the same manufacture of mattress in 4 firmness levels. Like Goldilocks, I could try each one on and feel differences. I discovered that I don't prefer the new foam mattress, and was only comfortable on firm - the others levels of softness felt just like my current bed. I was a hot buyer ready to make deals; however, Wayne, after listening to me about how the less-than-firm mattresses felt the same, asked an oddball question - when did I last replace my pillows? He took me to a softer bed I wasn't comfortable on, brought 2 different pillows, and one took care of the bad fit. Maybe I need a new mattress, but Wayne deserved the sale of an expensive pillow that worked; I'll try it out for a while and maybe, I don't need a new mattress. Although the furniture at this store is very poor quality you will fortunately still get to pay way too much for it. In the uncertain times we find ourselves, it is difficult to deliver on promises when things are out of your control. This is an unfortunate fact of this pandemic and I wanted to give the general public the heads up that if you order furniture from this store, do so knowing that you will be waiting a minimum of 6 months to receive it. You may never receive it at all, but rest assured you will pay upfront for it! This store is a great place to waste your money, so if you're in the holiday spirit and want to waste your time and money I highly recommend ashley furniture! read more

Gotta hand it to this store - they know how to deliver the WORST customer service better than any other place that's swiped my CCard. Just like the Hotel California, you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.... So, no - I haven't been back in the store since using my entire "store credit" over one year ago. Today, I received a "Store Credit Statement" in the amount of $283.00. That's all it said....no other information. So, do I waste my time calling this store to have them place me on hold and tell me they don't know what I'm talking about either ...Or do I just go on YELP, and yelp?! I don't want to "throw away" $283 but then again - it will come back to bite me in the backside ...I see the train wreck ahead, so why cross the tracks? read more
