Tom took a look at my tires and said that he did not recommend doing a tire rotation because one of them was dry rotted, however he did not say it kindly. He went on to tell me that basically my tire would pop on the interstate and that I would die. Was not impressed with this sales pitch and did not appreciate the fear mongering. They closed in 30 minutes so it seemed like they just didn't want to do the work.

I left with a broken center cap. They said it was already broken, but I am skeptical about that and feel they were trying to gaslight me instead of taking accountability. I'm very grateful to the team at AA. My car was towed there late at night, and the next day, they replaced the tire. Unfortunately, it ended up being a little too loud, so we took it back in today, and they fixed it immediately. They are open later than most places, and they even have weekend hours! Give the us about an hour and the oil change is done, tires are rotated, if an alignment or anything else is needed they give you a call and it's done! The tires plus credit card offered different promotions and road hazard is a must! Got nails in two new tires (I drive a lot) within a month and they were replaced at almost full value (minus disposal fees and taxes).
