Especially if you are coming up from taking your dog for a walk along the trail down below. 3. Be prepared to hurry up and wait. 4. keep eyes on the prize, if you want to get food from a truck watch when it dies down a bit. 5. they won't have a full menu, possibly because there's a lot of people and would probably cause a longer wait time than the usual. 6. May be helpful to bring blanket, or chair, and napkins (paper towels or wash cloth or some wipes) just in case. 7. Prepare to spend some money for both food and parking. Those are the reasons why I'm at a toss up on going sometimes. So I've been there on a weekend (they had it on a weekend once) and I've been here on the actual tuesday. They trucks change each time. I like that we can atleast say we have tried it and got an idea of what the truck is like. The prices are a bit high for what you get.
