The only reason some businesses can stay is because the rent should reflect the poor conditions. This park has potential, but the ongoing flooding and standing water make it difficult for businesses to succeed. Fix the drainage issue once and for all. It can be done. Improve the park, advertise it properly, and you'll attract more businesses and customers. Right now, it's just disappointing to see so much potential being wasted.
