Everything is reasonably priced unlike a lot of the high priced Asian cuisine restaurants in the area. The food was amazing & the portions were great, you definitely get your money's worth. This is one of the best Chinese food restaurants I've ever been too. Everything is very fresh, and the fried noodles they bring out to the table are incredible. These aren't the cheap ones you find in takeout places, they are fresh and served with duck sauce and mustard. Whenever we are in the area we always stop at Asia. Living an hour and a half away makes it hard to go now, and nowhere else has matched the quality of food and service here. This place is the best Chinese in the Lehigh Valley. It's a frequent haunt of mine when I'm home from school. I prefer to eat vegetarian, so I can say that the tofu dishes are always on par. It's done in just the style I like, and is spiced well. The prices are reasonable as well, and the portion sizes are enough for me to have enough for a second meal. My recommendations: hot and sour soup, Chinese broccoli, and orange tofu. Can't go wrong with that combo! read more

I travel to China very often for business staying up to 6 to 9 months at times. And visited places such as Hong Kong, Macau, Shanghai, Xi'an etc. Also traveled to Chinatowns in LA, NYC, Philly, San Francisco, and Toronto. I love eating and during my trips I would look up the best restaurants int he area. Asia is as good as any famous restaurants oversea. One of my favorite dish is their peking duck, so amazin! As close to Chinese food from China as you'll get in small town Salisbury Township. I've eaten there many of times and may I say best pork fried rice, General Tso's chicken, and Lo mein around. ALERT ALERT THEY PUT EGG IN THEIR FRIED RICE. Now anyone who doesn't live around here may not understand, but most Chinese restraints in the Lehigh Valley I know of don't put egg in their fried rice. This place was very good before which was why I gave it 5. Yesterday, I went here near 8:00 PM. Only another table was there. We got our menus and everything was fine. This is where the problem starts: 1. We had no idea what to order so we asked for reccomendations from our waiter (an old friendly lady). She didn't say anything and kept asking us for our order (I could tell she was getting annoyed). 2. Last time my family went here we had a very good dish of garlic shrimp and scallops. We ordered this dish but our waiter said they didn't have. We said we ordered it before but she kept saying that we had to give her the name of the dish. We finally ordered the dish after 5 minutes of searching. 3. Our orders came out. The only problem was the pad thai. It was too salty and my aunt mentioned that she had just ate a ball of salt from the pad thai. We were going to remain silent about it but my uncle told our waiter that it was too salty. She explained that the dish was made for Americans (we're Asians) and that they tend to add MORE salt to the dish. She left us without further explanation and came back later saying that the chef will refry or recook it. 4. The dish came back out again tasting pretty much the same but spicier. 5. Our tea had ran out when the food came out which the waiter saw but took no notice. When we were finished with the meal we saw a lady passing by (I think her name is May) and we asked her to refill the tea which she didn't do. Then we asked the lady who cleared our table to refill it which thankfully she did. Last Note: All in all the other dishes were great but not great enough to outweigh my disapointments. I know this place is great and all that but I will not be coming back (they won't miss me, I'm sure). I know that many will disagree with my review but hey give me some credit I had already gave this place a five, they just didn't cherish it. read more

The best chinese restaurant in the Lehigh Valley by a good country mile. I reiterate my emphasis on Chinese because there are certainly better Thai (thai thai), Korean(Kim's kitchen), asian fusion places (bay leaf restaurant) nearby. But when it comes to pure and simple, good...no delicious Chinese food, Asia is the best. Their Wontons and dumplings are quite good to start off with. I have tried their curried beef triangles and they are quite delicious as well. Now they have two menus, one is American-Chinese, where people can get their famous general Tso's chicken and all that jazz and then there is their Chinese Menu. That is what you should stick to. Come on people! For once, ignore the General Tso's and Orange chicken and give some real chinese food a try. Some of my favorites include their double cooked pork belly, Jia Jiang noodles, Firecracker chicken bowl, Five spiced braised beef, Sichuan braised beef, tendons and tripe (delish), Peking duck (absolutely yummy, served with steamed bread), Lion's head (no, its not a real lion, they are pork meatballs in a yummy sauce), crispy cumin beef, sliced beef in Sichuan hot oil (spicy and awesome). I have been here countless times and enjoyed every visit. We show up tonight and to our surprise (wife and I) this trip was a complete fail from the tiny table we were sat at (If there were negative stars i would click on a few) to the absolutely horrendous waiter, then being held hostage for over an hour waiting for our bill. It would have been longer had we not seen ourselves to the door. Not a good experience, Asia went from our love list to hate list. Not once was anyone apologetic nor did they ask how things were when we abruptly left our table to pay our bill at the counter. Terrible! And the Peking Pork, skip it please do not recommend poor quality meat. Man I could go on and on with disappointment. And to the Asian lady manager I forget her name, man you seriously failed today. You lost a huge family that was loyal to your restaurant. You've watched our daughter grow up we have been there so many times. All you had to do was ask how things were at dinner and a simple I'm sorry would of sufficed. Shame on you!!! read more

Not AMAZING, but I will go back to try more. Lots to pick from - entire standard Chinese menu with man other cool dishes, too. We had the "lucky pouches(?)" app and they were totally over fried. Too hard to even chew. But steamed dumplings were great. Pad Thai was fine, and other two people's dishes were enjoyed as well. HUGE portions. Plenty to eat as leftovers. :-). Ya they have Chinese menu but cooking is not Chinese. Can't even stir fried the broad flat noodle. I can cook better the chef inside. Food is kind of pricey. I am very disappointed with Yelp. Best Chinese food in the Lehigh Valley in my opinion. Every time we go, the place is FILLED with Chinese people. You can order Americanized Chinese food, or food from a traditional Chinese menu. Tonight I had my most favorite thing in the world. Sesame balls with chocolate. It's the same Dim Sum as the one in Chinatown with the red bean paste, but they put chocolate inside. If they served a full Dim Sum menu, they would be the most incredible restaurant ever. One thing I particularly like is they will make changes in their dishes to accommodate you. I don't eat sugar, so sometimes I ask if there is sugar in something, and at times have said to please not put any, and they don't. read more

Really delicious food in a cozy atmosphere, and surprisingly reasonably priced. Add to that the BYOB policy and it was a beautiful dining experience that was affordable, which is rare. I lived in northeast China for four and a half years. This is my first dining experience in the US since 2011 that really reminded me of real restaurant food in China. My wife is Japanese, and she was very pleased with the Japanese dishes provided. Friendly service. This easily took first place as my favorite restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. I hope to be able to go there sometime with a large group so we can share a large number of dishes, rotating them around a lazy susan Chinese style. read more
