Proof call of order ‍
Paulie M.

Service horrible. Today on New Year's Eve. I ordered food at 7.53pm they told me 20-30 mins walked in at 8:35pm place was mobbed with approximately 20 people waiting around counter like a fire hazard waiting to burst.you could feel the hangry tensions in the air. I yelled out if everyone was waiting to approach counter or waiting for food call to check out..... Wasn't even place to park which I haven't ever seen it like this. I parked a block away. On the side of old vanson leathers. Nobody was at the bar either it was all pick up orders. I told the person at counter how long they thought.couldnt tell me since they been in the wrong telling people other so they stopped giving time to avoid arguing or a crowd disruption . she told me total but I wasn't paying fuk that I'm not that dumb.I said I'll try back soon maybe half hour. She says I don't guarantee anything. I came back at 9:23 pm and still wasn't even made yet they told me. WTF!! I have NEVER EVER seen a service like this. RUINED THE appetite and my whole FKN NIGHT! I will NEVER come here again. Hope they enjoy eating that 40 dollar order if they even made it which I doubt it. I'm assuming like an intelligent individual, with lil business knowledge, they most likely only prioritized pre-paid orders and instead of telling new orders or calling back customers that previously ordered to pick up, then maybe explaining the flood of orders and only orders pre-paid would be processed and made only. It's ok folks because right, Karma has its opportunities and always strikes when its least expected or due. soon as it's possible to return the favor those employees placed in so many folks tonight. As cheap and tight ass as that owner / company is, they could have simply made it right to many customers. I can't wait to hear about all these horrible orders and treatments by comments eventually placed maybe not here but I can almost guarantee it you will hear of negative responses on Facebook IG tiki tok etc.....it was bananas. an establishment that is very well known for years and continue to pull this every fkn year !! They unfortunately never improved their greediness!!!! They only went more negative. Why?? Maybe no employees or cooks??? Thank god for other good Chinese places that also make amazing Chinese or oriental cuisine who want my money and wouldn't EVER treat a customer NEVERMIND customers like 20 plus at once. Can't make this up.....Wish I ordered earlier and elsewhere but Asia one is close to me I also don't order out often so I forgotten about the shitty treatments on the holidays EVES. Lesson learned. Never again period! Nevermind on New Year's Eve......if your ready this I wish you and all your friends and families a fun safe New Years Eve and New Year's Day!! Be safe please! god bless you all

EXTREMELY UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN!!!

I can't even believe this... the chicken is extremely under cooked. It's pink and gamey! Absolutely not ok and disgusting. Thank god I noticed it. This is awful! I will never order here again! This will get people extremely sick. FIGURE IT OUT!

Put an order in at 5:25 pm New Year's Eve. Was told the order would be ready in 30 to 35 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm to at least 20+ people waiting for their food order. They have you go up to the counter, they recite your order, take your money, but then tell you they have NO idea how much longer your food will be ready. We didn't get our food until 8 pm. They had us and several other patrons waiting over 1 to 2 hours for our food. This restaurant has no regard for the families and children waiting at home to eat. They have no regard for people's time. They have no regard for NYE plans people had. They only thing they cared about was making money. Well, I am here to say SHAME ON YOU, ASIA ONE BISTRO, for taking orders one after the other, telling people it would be ready in 30 minutes, and making people wait hours for their food. I would of have more respect if you told me that the food would be ready in 2.5 hours and I could have stayed home with family and then picked up the food when it was done. Because we waited so long, the food was cold by the time we got it home. I asked for extra low sodium soy packets and they only gave me two. A patron sitting next to me said the same thing happened to her family last year and after waiting over an hour last night asked for her money back. People were cheering when a food order finally did come out. Another customer was offering to sell his food for $200 when he got his order. Please think twice about visiting this restaurant, who is only interested in making money at the expense of their customers!! To make this right Asia One Bistro should offer any customer on NYE night, who can show their receipt, a 50% off voucher for the time wasted waiting for their food. AOB, honest communication with your customers goes a long way. Please make this right!!

Been coming here for years with my family! The food is always perfect.Service is great. We love the sushi. Also have gotten delivery and food is always hot and the wait time is average.

Place has gone down hill... ordered chicken fingers and received dark meat dried out what they now call chicken tenders.... It was gross. I called to complain that it was not what I ordered and they did not care! They have no desires to retain any business they definitely lost mine!

I went here the weekend of Thanksgiving and loved it!!! We live right up the street the the location is convenient. The atmosphere is amazing the decor was really pretty and it's lit mostly by candles. The food was amazing! I like that they have such a wide variety on their menu. I'm honestly not a big sushi fan but it's one of my boyfriends favorite foods so finding a place that has sushi and a lot of other food options can be challenging. We went in the day after Thanksgiving so there wasn't many people there our food came out really quick. I'm not sure what normal weekend wait times are. The waitress we had was friendly and attentive as was the rest of the staff. Overall was great will definitely be back.

What a delight! My friends and I decided to stroll down to this new asian restaurant that still had the "Grand Opening" sign plastered out front and d00d. Awesome. All of the staff is very kind and courteous (and even the delivery drivers are amazing!) The restaurant had a nice moderne decor - be sure to check out the bathrooms. There is not only Chinese, but Japanese on the menu, too! (I know I know, things you shouldn't do, but somehow they made it work). I got some sort of mysterious schezuan like dumpling appetizer thing. I can't really describe it because it was unlike any other schezuan dumpling I've had - not very spicy (*cry*) - but still good. And the beef negimaki? Order that. Now. The sushi quality was excellent. They have a nice selection of rolls and the salmon sashimi was top notch. There was even a crazy drink menu with two different pages of crazy cocktails. But the most important question is, WHAT ABOUT DESSERT? If you order the tempura ice cream, be prepare for a concoction of MAMMOTH proprortions. I got the green tea and it was awesome and HUGE. Here I thought I'd get the usual tiny scoop deep fried and served up, but this was a MAMMOTH scoop, split into FOUR MAMMOTH PIECES, with whip cream, a cherry, and chocolate drizzle. Note: the banana strawberry thing is also huge. In summary, if you are in Fall River and and want some sort of Asian Cuisne, GO HERE.

You would never know it by the outside, but the inside of Asia One looks fresh and trendy. cool light fixtures and hanging chandeliers add style to the sushi bar, circle bar and dining area. There's a Pepsi cola cooler visible when you walk in which looks kind of out of place... Doesn't go well with the decor. I've only tried their Sushi and it is Japanese style.. Small portions. If you are looking for more Americanized sushi rolls then this is not your place. my takeout order was wrong and they fixed it but it was an inconvenience to have to drive back. They forgot an entire roll on my second takeout order. It was not worth going back.

We found this spot on Uber eats but checked the Yelp reviews before ordering. Most celebrated the quality and freshness so we decided to order. There are so many different rolls available at great prices, but the love boat for two really caught our eye. One of our friends is vegetarian so they opted for a tofu skin maki and garden maki. They also offer a poke bowl with tofu, if you are looking to feed a vegetarian. I didn't realize this spot is located in Fall River, MA - but yet it still delivered to Providence which is wild to me. Lucky us! When it arrived, it was super fresh, beautifully arranged, and absolutely exactly what we were looking for. I would 100% recommend this place for takeout if you're in the delivery radius - the sushi is high quality and well priced. The Love Boat for two was 42 pieces - 10pcs sashimi, 8pcs sushi, California maki, spicy crunch tuna maki & Snow mountain maki or rainbow maki for $59 if you order for pick up and $72 for delivery. That is wild to me - essentially $1.40 a piece when the majority of the rolls if you include a rainbow maki have fresh, raw fish. So happy we discovered this spot for our cozy night in.

The location is great overlooking the harbor, there are two floors inside and patio seating. We had a couple of signature cocktails to kick us off; two rolls (unagi avocado and the Holiday roll); and tuna, yellowtail, salmon and octopus nigiri. I started with the miso soup and an oyster & quail egg shooter amped up with tequilla and got an 8oz cold sake mid-way through. Everything was really, really good. Our server was completely up to speed on food alllergies and guided us through what could be made gluten-free; she was really great throughout. Mack was responsible for making us killer cocktails and checking in on us throughout. She's fantastic, capable, friendly. The whole staff gave off a great enthusiastic vibe for working there which seems to be totally genuine. The nigiri fish cuts were generous to say the least, each piece could have been a two-biter. Considering all we ate and drank, we were really surprised when we got the check how reasonable it was. I'd love to come back here; we live in Los Angeles so it's not going to happen soon, but we'll always have great memories of a lovely evening

This…read morefamily-run restaurant has only been open about a year, but it already feels like an established part of the local dining scene. A nice space. We began with spring rolls (VERY good - chicken and shrimp) and sake, and the sake program deserves special mention. We selected a very enjoyable $38 bottle and noticed several other bottles at lower price points, along with a wide selection of canned sake--many around $11. Some diners may balk at paying that much for a can, but they will happily pay more for a mediocre glass of wine at half the volume. The value here is actually quite good, especially for those looking to explore sake beyond the ordinary. Our entrées--the ramen and chicken katsu--were excellent. The ramen featured a rich, deeply satisfying broth, while the chicken katsu was perfectly crisp on the outside and tender within. If you want a "hotter " ramen - the have an add on for a buck. Service was warm and attentive, reflecting the pride that often comes with a family-owned business. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious, allowing the quality of the food to take center stage. Bristol is fortunate to have Sakuratani. Strong Japanese dining options can be hard to find outside larger cities, and for a restaurant only a year old, they seem to be doing many things right. We look forward to returning and exploring more of their menu--and their sake offerings. Highly recommended.

Very silky, some crunch, and the dashi sauce was well balanced. We then ordered tonkotsu ramen as our entree, and let me tell you I was not disappointed. After trying numerous ramens, specifically tonkotsu, this rated 2nd under my first favorite place. The creamy, rich broth was balanced, the noodles were bouncy (maybe homemade?), and the toppings were all good! Personally I am not a fan of thick pieces of pork chashu, so just keep that in mind when ordering that meat topping. Otherwise, excellent! Service: it was pretty slow so we got in immediately. Our waiter was very nice and took care of our table promptly. Atmosphere: it's definitely darker in this place, but the atmosphere was cozy and the booths were nice! Overall for me this was a 4.7/5, I would definitely recommend going here and experiencing decent tonkotsu ramen!

This place was very close, so decided to give them a try. Outside is very generic and non-descript with only the sign outside indicating the place. Inside was nice-ish, there was a try to renovate and they got the loook right but missed some of the areas. The severs were bored but helpful. I ordered a tamago sushi warmed if possible, a sweet potato roll, and tuna sushi. Food was 20 bucks, which is a little high for the dishes ordered. Took my picks and dug in. The Tamago was served cold, rice was unseasoned, egg was sweet but needed complimentary flavors which this one lacked. The Tuna sushi was not fresh, but not too fishy in terms of smell. Tuna was standard grade and knife cut was a little ragged. Not bad but that close to the ocean I was hoping for a bit fresher fish. The sweet potato was cooked through, but the grease was a little old or the grease was not hot enough. Was a little soggy and had an off-taste. Given that their menu has all the standard Chinese fare items, lots of their to go orders were Chinese dishes, and the state of their sushi orders, this place is an upscaled version of your standard Chinese fare locations. That's not a bad thing, but it does mean that their focus isn't on their sushi and they don't do sushi well enough to be a good option. My tip would be to avoid the sushi here and stick with the Chinese staples. So long as you do that, you'll have a good experience.
