I ordered the Purple Sticky Rice Roll with Braised Pork, and it was delicious. The Chinese donut inside added a great crunch and texture, while the egg was soft, filling, and complemented everything well. The braised pork was seasoned perfectly and packed with flavor. I also tried the Black Bean Soy Milk, which was a nice treat. It had a unique flavor and wasn't overly sweet, making it a refreshing addition to the meal. Overall, everything was tasty and well prepared. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the area!

Was really excited to try out Taiwanese Eats on my drive up. I was able to order ahead and got the…read moreregular sticky rice roll, soymilk, braised pork rice bowl, and a side of the spicy garlic pig ears and yuzu wood eared mushrooms (about $45 before tip). Parking was pretty awful since the pick up spot is located in a random neighborhood amongst some industrial sites. I had to double park and hope that picking up my food would be quick. About 4 other people arrived the same time I did, all for UberEats or DoorDash. I received a text as I was stepping out of the car that my order was ready, but had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the window as there was no way to flag anyone down. She had to go back to the kitchen area to grab my food as none of the orders she had initially come out with were mine. The sticky rice roll was truly very sticky- I had to peel off some of the excess rice but the filling inside was good and very flavorful. The soymilk was good too, not too sweet and paired well with the rice roll like a traditional Taiwanese breakfast. The braised pork rice was pretty standard, and out of the 2 side dishes, the spicy garlic pig ears was definitely way better compared to the wood eared mushrooms. I liked that they sliced the pork ears really thin but they could've cut the pieces up a little smaller. The mushrooms were bland, wouldn't order again. Overall, the food was good but not outstanding. The difficulty in location and parking makes it a big deterrent on returning in the future.

I also ordered the Mongolian beef, which was flavorful and made with good-quality beef that wasn't fatty. My only complaint was the amount of sauce--it was very thick and oily, and enough leaked out of the to-go container to make a mess. The bean paste chicken was also tasty, with fresh vegetables and tender chicken, but again there was a heavy pool of sauce at the bottom of the container. Cutting back on the sauce a bit would make both dishes even better. Overall, the food was flavorful, portions were solid, and the prices are hard to beat. I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Or really any quality takeout of any kind. $90 order, ranging from dumplings to basic entrees to rice. Everything was off - slopped together, underseasoned, lazy vegetable chopping (and questionable) choices of vegetable ingredients. No Wok fire/heat evident in any of the entree's and everything was a gluey, flavorless mess. The noodles for the Lo Mein seemed honestly just spaghetti. The orange chicken was dry/old, almost no breading, and honestly didn't taste orangey at all. The kung pao looked like what my 7 year old could have made (when we was seven). More like boiled chicken topped with raw Safeway vegetables, whole peanuts, and a soupy cornstarch soy sauce afterthought. The kicker was they do not have any house made sauces, so if you want good mustard or something edible for dipping - welcome to shitty packet hell as they refused to provide those (if they existed). I'm curious what they do when you're in-house but if I''m paying for the same food I'm not sure why I wouldn't get something besides high-fructose corn syrup garbage stamped out in a factory two years ago. This reflects lack of care to the product and customer experience. Highly unfortunate for an establishment that used to be "decent" as I said.

I ordered the Stir Fry Basil Chicken Bento and was immediately impressed by how much you get. The portion is generous, especially for the price! It was loaded with protein and served with two different vegetable sides and a hard boiled egg. It feels like a complete, well-rounded meal rather than the sad, sparse bentos you sometimes end up with. The basil chicken itself was the star cause it was juicy, aromatic, and had just the right kick on mild. If you have any heat tolerance at all, I'd say go mild without hesitation. It's flavorful without being overwhelming. Ordering is super easy through a kiosk, my food was ready in about 8 minutes, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I'll definitely be back to work through more of the menu. If this bento is any indication of what else they're serving, I have a feeling everything hits.

They have 2 other locations (Cupertino and San Mateo), and their menu offers Taiwanese eats. Since they were known for their bento boxes, I went for the Popcorn Chicken Bento, aka R4 - The tray came with white rice topped with some weird mysterious meat curry-like slop; the marinated boiled egg was overcooked and had no flavor. The vegetables could have been better, as there were some cabbage leaves that were kind of not washed well and were spotty. The popcorn chicken was just regular fried boneless chicken bites - no flavor, whatsoever, and wasn't sure where the basil and the seasoning was? Such a disappointing experience; it's funny, because there was 1 patron dining in, and there were others picking up items to-go from online ordering. Staff were friendly, and there is a real-time screen of when orders are ready. No dice, O2 Valley. +avoid the bentos +friendly staff +online and kiosk ordering available

It's eh, kinda priced up though for sure…read more My go to is a baked dish. The quality kinda varies- the baked fish fillet with white cream sauce was good. Cheesy, tender, egg fried rice was flavorful. Portion kinda small, as the dish was very shallow. Not a lot of rice. Kinda off tho when it was the first dish that arrived to the table and it was lukewarm. I find a baked dish is typically always last since it needs time to bake, and is served scalding hot imo. That's when you know it's done right. This wasn't that. Suss The baked pork chop with cheese and tomato sauce was so disappointing and super greasy/heavy. The meat was chewy and had an unpleasant flavor. The tomato sauce was not good either. The shrimp wonton noodle soup I sadly cannot recommend, the filling was not good. Had more pork than shrimp consistency. I did not enjoy the flavor. Not aromatic. I will say, the noodles were great quality. Thin, bouncy, correct texture. What you would hope for. The soup was not good. The roast duck was good, with tender meat and fatty skin. Flavorful with the plum sauce. The fish congee was good, though a bit too runny imo once cooled down. The fried donut (you tiao) was crunchy and very doughy. Would be nice if they could slice it. I can agree with everyone about their thoughts on the 18% mandatory tip fee, it's crazy lol. Mandatory service fee for hk service (which is minimal service). It was so hard to flag down the waiter for refilling water, or to get more napkins. The place was empty and they were on their phone the whole time. Waiting for that automatic tip. Whatever man.

The sauce was delicious, rich, and comforting without being overwhelming. Everything was cooked just right and came out piping hot. Hit or Miss: Hit. Definitely something I would come back for again. 3/5 Drink Ordered: Hong Kong Style Milk Tea It was okay. Nothing bad about it, but nothing super memorable either. Pretty standard flavor overall. Hit or Miss: Slight Hit. Would drink it again if I was already there, but not something I'd specifically crave. Additional Comment: Overall, pretty solid experience. Nothing was mind blowing, but everything was done well. The baked spaghetti was definitely the highlight for me and the service helped make the meal enjoyable. I'd come back mainly for the spaghetti and a comfortable casual meal.

So, my expectations were low since I had no experience with them although the reviews looked good! Also, and "against" my better judgement, I was going to order their soup to go (which doesn't always work well). However, I was sick and didn't want to leave the house. WOW! What a WONDERFUL SURPRISE! I only ordered their #1 popular item, the Spicy Rice Noodle Beef Soup with veggies. 1) Order was delivered within 15-20 minutes! 2) Everything was fresh & still hot 3) All items were separately bagged and/or combined where it made sense. 4) The beef was tender and delicious (NOT salty either) 5) Even though I mixed it, the entire meal was excellent! I do soup like this a lot in the area, and mostly dining-in, so to experience this kind of quality for take-out was exceptional! I am really looking forward to dining there, in person, and trying other items from, what appears to be, a pretty varied menu!
