You can choose your protein, we tried the braised beef and the Korean bulgoli beef, a base (different types of rice) and some veggies. Some of the sides are a bit spicy, we skipped those as we're not great with spicy food. They also have a selection of condiments you can use to add even more flavor. We ordered at 10:30 for a delivery. Expected delivery was supposed to be 11:20. One of our drivers waited for 10 minutes before having to cancel because no one would speak to him. Ended up having another driver pick up the order however when he went to check the status they were very rude to him and yelled at him. I understand if it's busy but you should not be rude especially to customers. Our food was finally ready an hour and 15 minutes after the order was placed. This was not the drivers fault but restaurant. After hearing how they spoke to him, I will not be back or order again even if the food is good, you just don't treat others that way. read more

We've been eating at this location for a few years now. It used to be called Hōm back in the day before it switched to Seoul Kitchen. Think of this place as a Korean Chipotle where you build your own rice bowl. I've tried the bulgogi and spicy pork and I think the spicy pork is better (although can be a little dry). The bulgogi is usually a bit drier and not that flavorful. I like the banchan selection they have here. My favorites are the potato (sliced thinly and very flavorful), kimchi, carrots, and broccoli. I always get the spicy mayo sauce on the side to pair with the food! They have a frequent buyer program which is cool. read more

This review is going to be a cumulative score of my overall experience ordering through Yelp and getting it delivered. Yelp ordering was easy enough. I picked what I wanted including the option of 3 sides. I ordered the spicy pork with white rice. My 3 sides of choice were cucumber, mushroom, and seaweed salad. When I opened up my order, the portions were good. The amount of food was extremely filling. The pork had good flavor and the right amount of kick to it. The downfall was, out of the 3 sides I ordered, I only got cucumbers. I had received broccoli and something else instead of my other options. This was unfortunate, but I would have understood if I had received some sort of notice that perhaps the items I wanted were no longer available. My order was placed through Yelp via GrubHub. I was notified that my order was going to be delivered in the next 30-50 minutes. Fine, no problem. I was also notified that my meal would be left at the address for contactless delivery, but I should receive a text/call from the driver to confirm delivery. My food was delivered earlier than expected, but I was not contacted. If I hadn't stepped out when I did, who knows how long my food would have sat outside. read more
